Background

The transmission mode of the special vehicle air conditioner compressor belt is belt transmission, and the special vehicle air conditioner compressor belt is composed of a triangle belt, a belt wheel and the like, and has the advantages of stable work, low noise, simple structure, no need of lubrication, buffering and vibration absorption and the like. The existing assembly method is high in rework rate, low in assembly efficiency and incapable of guaranteeing assembly consistency.

The embodiment provides a special vehicle air condition compressor belt assembly quality, and its structure is as shown in fig. 1 and 2, including left supporting seat 1, right supporting seat 8, slide bar 4, limiting plate 6, threaded rod 5, upper plate 3, connecting rod 2, long round pin axle 7 and short round pin axle 12.

The left supporting seat 1 and the right supporting seat 8 are used for supporting the belt pulley. Slide bar 4 and limiting plate 6 are all connected between left side supporting seat 1 and right branch seat 8, play the spacing effect of direction.

As shown in fig. 3, the sliding rod 4 includes two sliding rods 401 and a lower plate 402, the lower plate 402 is welded between the two sliding rods 401, a guide groove is formed in the sliding rod 401, and two ends of the two sliding rods 401 are respectively installed in the sliding grooves of the left support seat 1 and the right support seat 8. Limiting plate 6 is connected in the outside of left supporting seat 1 and right supporting seat 8.

The threaded rod 5 is screwed into the upper plate 3 and the lower plate 402. The lower section of the threaded rod 5 is connected with the central threaded hole of the lower plate 402, the upper section of the threaded rod 5 is connected with the central threaded hole of the upper plate 3, and the top end of the threaded rod 5 is fixedly connected with the nut 9 in a welding mode and used for adjusting the tension force. The two sides of the upper plate 3 are respectively provided with a pin shaft hole.

As shown in fig. 4, each connecting rod 2 includes a long pipe 201, a short pipe 203, and connecting round steel 202. Wherein, a short pipe 203 is welded at one end of each of the two connecting round bars 202, and the other end of each of the two connecting round bars 202 is welded with a long pipe 201.

The long pin shaft 7 penetrates through a positioning pin hole of the limiting plate 6, a sliding groove of the left supporting seat 1 or the right supporting seat 8, a guide groove of the sliding rod 401 and a long pipe 201 of the connecting rod 2 in sequence, and the short pin shaft 12 penetrates through a short pipe 203 of the connecting rod 2 and a pin shaft hole of the upper plate 3 in sequence, so that the left side and the right side of the upper plate 3 are connected with the sliding rod 401 through the connecting rod 2 respectively. The long pin shaft 7 and the short pin shaft 12 are positioned and fixed through a flat gasket 10 and a cotter pin 11.

After the assembly is completed, the coaxiality of the sliding grooves of the left supporting seat 1 and the right supporting seat 8 and the sliding rod 401 in the device is 0.02.

The method for assembling the belt of the air conditioner compressor of the special vehicle by using the device comprises the following steps as shown in figures 5-7:

s1, calculating the torque corresponding to the tension force in the assembly requirement of the air conditioner compressor belt;

s2, the output belt pulley 14 of the comprehensive power transmission device is positioned on the comprehensive power transmission device, the belt pulley 15 of the air-conditioning compressor is preassembled on the vehicle body 13, the distance between the two belt pulleys is adjusted by rotating the adjusting bolt 18 on the air-conditioning compressor, and the fixing bolt 17 is not screwed after being assembled. The distance between the left supporting seat 1 and the right supporting seat 8 is reduced through the adjusting nut 9, so that the assembling device is arranged on the inner sides of two belt pulleys of the air-conditioning compressor and is clamped tightly;

s3, mounting the belt 16 on two belt pulleys; according to the torque calculated in S1, the tightening torque of the nut 9 is adjusted to enable the tension of the belt 16 to meet the assembly requirement;

s4, determining the position of the air conditioner compressor belt pulley 15 by rotating the adjusting bolt 18, and ensuring that the belt is always in a target tension state;

s5, fixing the distance between the two belt pulleys by adjusting the fixing bolt 17;

s6, adjusting a nut 9, reducing the distance between the left support seat 1 and the right support seat 8, taking down the assembling device, and completing the assembly.
