When the transformer substation transformer is used, firstly, the mounting mechanism 2 on the side face of the box body 1 is opened when the transformer substation transformer is mounted, the transformer is further placed into the box body 11, the base 12 supports the box body 11, after the transformer is mounted into the box body 11, the cover plate 13 is fixed with the box body 11 through the fixing mechanism 4, further, the drainage plates 14 on the periphery of the cover plate 13 are beneficial to drainage in rainy days, rainwater is prevented from entering the box body 11 to damage the transformer, and the sound insulation plate 15 on the inner wall of the box body 11 is used for reducing the noise of the transformer during working; when the transformer is installed in the box body 11, the side plate 21 is opened, one end of the side plate 21 is in contact with the ground, the rotating shaft 25 is in rotating connection with the box body 11 when the side plate 21 rotates, and after the side plate 21 is in contact with the ground, the side plate 21 is obliquely arranged, so that the transformer can be moved from the side plate 21 to the interior of the box body 11, and the installation of the transformer is facilitated; then, after the transformer is installed, the side plate 21 is clamped with the installation opening 24, the hand of a further worker extends into the operation opening 22, the screw 23 is further rotated clockwise to enable the push block 26 to move towards the inner wall of the side plate 21, and further because the push block 26 is in a circular truncated cone-shaped structure, when the push block 26 moves, the two clamping rods 27 are squeezed back to back, the further tension spring 28 is opened, and the two clamping rods 27 are clamped into holes in the inner wall of the box body 11 respectively, so that the fixing of the side plate 21 is achieved, and the operation is simple; when the side plate 21 rotates, a worker presses the pedal 33 by feet, so that the compression springs 32 at the bottom of the pedal 33 are contracted, the sealing plate 34 is further contracted into the base 12, the rotation of the side plate 21 is further realized, when the side plate 21 is sealed with the mounting hole 24, the pedal 33 is loosened, the sealing plate 34 is reset by the compression springs 32, the sealing gasket 35 is abutted against the bottom of the side plate 21, the box body 11 is favorably sealed comprehensively, and the noise of a transformer is reduced; finally, when needing to overhaul the internal transformer of box 11, open the sealed lid 42 at protection ring 41 top, clockwise turning is located the carousel 47 on the inboard apron 13 of protection ring 41, it has driven gear 48 anticlockwise rotation to have realized carousel 47, further realized that two pinion rack 44 is driven the back-to-back movement by gear 48, then the cardboard 49 of two pinion rack 44 looks back ends takes out from the draw-in groove 49a of box 11 inner wall, further realization is to the dismantlement of apron 13, do benefit to overhauing the transformer of box 11 inside, when installing apron 13, clockwise turning carousel 47, toothed plate 44 shrink has been realized, put pinion rack 44 into the top of box 11 back loose carousel 47, realized resetting pinion rack 44 to spring 46, and then inside that cardboard 49 blocks to draw-in groove 49a, accomplish the installation to apron 13.
