Technical Field

The invention relates to a walking wheel and a mower, in particular to a structure of the walking wheel.

Background

The intelligent lawn mower is a robot for maintaining a lawn, has the advantages of intellectualization, modernization, environmental protection, liberation of hands and the like, and is more and more favored by markets and consumers. Meanwhile, as a high-end lawn management tool, the lawn management tool also can meet different requirements of users and is matched with the overall environment for use.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a travelling wheel which is convenient for color matching replacement and has low manufacturing cost of a mould.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a traveling wheel comprising: a hub; the wheel cover is positioned on the wheel hub; and a wheel cover decoration piece detachably mounted on the wheel cover.

As a further improvement of the invention, the wheel cover is detachably assembled with the wheel hub; and the wheel cover ornament is clamped between the wheel hub and the wheel cover.

As a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of mounting holes are arranged in the circumferential direction of the wheel cover; the wheel trim includes: the middle part and a plurality of convex parts extending outwards from the middle part along the circumferential direction; and the projections are nested in the corresponding mounting holes.

As a further improvement of the invention, the middle part is a ring body and is coaxially arranged with the hub and the wheel cover.

As a further improvement of the present invention, the projection includes: the decoration block is matched with the mounting hole; the flange is positioned on one side of the decorative block and protrudes out of the decorative block; and when the protruding parts are nested in the corresponding mounting holes, the decoration blocks are clamped in the corresponding mounting holes to be exposed from the outer side of the wheel cover, and the flanges are abutted to the periphery of the mounting holes.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the traveling wheel, the wheel cover ornaments are detachably arranged on the wheel cover, then the wheel cover is arranged on the wheel hub, and the color matching of the traveling wheel is adjusted through the wheel cover ornaments, so that the traveling wheel meets the selection requirements of a user or meets the whole environment for use. The wheel cover and the wheel cover ornament can be replaced and combined independently, so that color matching is convenient to replace, and the cost of the manufactured die is low.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the present invention discloses a road wheel 100, including: a hub 110; a wheel cover 120 positioned on the wheel hub 110; and a wheel house 130 detachably mounted on the wheel cover 120.

Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the wheel cover 120 is detachably assembled with the wheel hub 110; and the wheel cover decoration 130 is clamped between the wheel hub 110 and the wheel cover 120. When replacing the wheel cover garnish 130, the wheel cover 120 can be detached from the wheel hub 110, a new wheel cover garnish 130 can be mounted on the wheel cover 120, and finally the wheel cover 120 can be mounted on the wheel hub 110. Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the wheel covering trim 130 includes: an intermediate portion 131, a plurality of projections 132 extending outward in the circumferential direction from the intermediate portion 131; and the projections 132 nest within the corresponding mounting holes 121.

Optionally, referring to fig. 2, the middle portion 131 is a ring body and is coaxially disposed with the hub 110 and the wheel cover 120. Referring to fig. 2, the protrusion 132 includes: a decoration block 1321 fitted with the mounting hole 121; the rib 1322 is positioned on one side of the decorative block 1321 and protrudes out of the decorative block 1321; and when the protrusions 132 are nested in the corresponding mounting holes 121, the decoration blocks 1321 are clamped in the corresponding mounting holes 121 to be exposed from the outside of the wheel cover 120, and the ribs 1322 abut against the periphery of the mounting holes 121.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the back surface (i.e., the side close to the hub) of the wheel cover trim is planar, and the front surface (i.e., the side close to the wheel cover) of the wheel cover trim protrudes through the decorative block 1321 so as to be clamped into the mounting hole. Referring to fig. 5, in order to reduce the weight of the decoration block, a weight-reducing slot 1323 is formed in the back surface of the decoration block 1321; and the front of decorating the piece 1321 is equipped with the color matching groove, and the tank bottom of color matching groove is equipped with corresponding look board 1324, can make the look board cave in the color matching groove, avoids the look board to be worn and torn the fading, plays the effect of protection look board. Specifically, the inner protrusion 122 and the outer groove 123 may be designed in the same shape and structure, or in different shapes and structures, but the inner protrusion and the outer groove may not form a through hole, so as to ensure that the wheel cover covers the outer side of the traveling wheel, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the inner structure of the traveling wheel.

In addition, referring to fig. 12, the wheel cover 120 and the wheel hub 110 are positioned and installed by at least two positioning members that are asymmetrically arranged; wherein the positioning member comprises: a positioning rod 125 positioned on the circumference of the wheel cover 120; and positioning holes 114, which are located on the circumference of the wheel hub 110 and are matched with the positioning rods 125, and the wheel cover 120 and the wheel hub 110 are positioned and assembled by clamping the positioning rods 125 into the corresponding positioning holes 114.

The invention also discloses a lawn mower comprising: the machine shell is provided with a control assembly for controlling the traveling wheels to drive the mower to travel; the at least two traveling wheels are positioned at the bottom of the shell and are exposed out of the shell; and at least one universal wheel positioned at the bottom of the machine shell.

Optionally, the type and kind of the mower are not limited as long as the mower can be driven to travel by the traveling wheel. The following two types of lawn mowers are listed for illustrating the assembly relationship and operation of the road wheels in the lawn mowers, but should not be construed as limiting the model of the lawn mowers.

As shown in fig. 13 to 14, the present invention discloses a first lawnmower comprising: a housing 200 on which a control assembly is arranged to control the road wheels 100 to drive the mower to travel; two traveling wheels 100 positioned at the bottom of the housing 200 and exposed out of the housing 200; and two universal wheels 300 at the bottom of the cabinet 200.

Optionally, the mower is further provided with a movable upper cover 400 to be buckled on the top of the housing 200.

As shown in fig. 15-17, the present invention discloses a second lawnmower comprising: a housing 200 on which a control assembly is arranged to control the road wheels 100 to drive the mower to travel; two traveling wheels 100 positioned at the bottom of the housing 200 and exposed out of the housing 200; and a universal wheel 300 positioned at the bottom of the cabinet 200.

Optionally, the mower is further provided with a movable upper cover 400 to be buckled on the top of the housing 200.

In the scheme, the travelling wheels are arranged in the first mower and the second mower, the travelling wheels are similar in structure and identical in function, the travelling wheels are only limited to the appearance structure and other designs of the mowers, the number and the installation positions of the travelling wheels are different, the structure of the travelling wheels cannot be substantially improved, the working processes of the travelling wheels in the two mowers are basically identical, and the travelling wheels can be mutually referred.

Further, as shown in fig. 18, the assembling process of the traveling wheel includes: judging the color matching of the mower; adjusting the color matching of the traveling wheels; the walking wheel is controlled by the control assembly to drive the mower to walk. Optionally, whether the matching color of the mower meets the requirement or is matched with the whole working environment of the mower can be judged manually, and then the walking wheels are adjusted to match the color. Specifically, adjusting the walking wheel color matching comprises: nesting the wheel cover ornament in the mounting hole of the wheel cover; and mounting a wheel cover on the outer side of the wheel hub. The wheel cover ornament and the wheel cover can be disassembled and assembled manually or mechanically through the structure and the assembly relation of the travelling wheels.

In conclusion, the travelling wheel and the mower have the advantages that the wheel cover ornaments are detachably arranged on the wheel cover, then the wheel cover is arranged on the wheel hub, and the color matching of the travelling wheel is adjusted through the wheel cover ornaments, so that the travelling wheel and the mower meet the selection requirements of users or the whole environment matched with the use. The wheel cover and the wheel cover ornament can be replaced and combined independently, so that color matching is convenient to replace, and the cost of the manufactured die is low.

Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
