1. A hanging integrated device, comprising:

the RFID tag comprises a hanging body, wherein a bearing part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, a connecting part is arranged at the other end of the hanging body, and the bearing part comprises an inward concave part which is integrated with an RFID electronic tag;

the hook part is connected with the connecting part and comprises two hooks, and the two hooks are respectively arranged on two sides of the hanging body.

3. The hanging assembly device of claim 2, wherein a neck is disposed between the carrier and the hanging body, the neck having a groove therein, the groove having a pulley disposed therein.

4. The hanging assembly of claim 1, wherein the recess has a first depth and a bottom of the recess has a flat surface.

5. The hanging assembly device of claim 4, wherein a chip chamfer of the RFID tag is located to the upper right of the interior recess.

6. The hanging assembly of claim 5, wherein the RFID tag is externally provided with a waterproof resin to seal the circular hole to fill the internal recess.

9. A method of tag integration for a hanger integration apparatus, the hanger integration apparatus comprising: the hanging body and the hook part; wherein the hanging integrated device has unique numbering information;

wherein the method comprises the following steps:

an inner concave part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, and the depth and the bottom plane of the inner concave part are larger than the thickness and the area of the RFID electronic tag;

arranging an RFID electronic tag in the concave part, wherein a chip chamfer of the RFID electronic tag is positioned at the upper right part of the concave part;

sealing the RFID electronic tag by using waterproof resin and filling the inner concave part;

and establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the RFID electronic tag and the unique number information of the device.

10. The method of claim 9, further comprising:

a bearing part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, a connecting part is arranged at the other end of the hanging body, the concave part is arranged in the middle or lower part of the bearing part, and the bearing part protrudes towards the direction vertical to the plane where the hook part is located;

the connecting part is connected with the hook part, the connecting part is rotatably connected with the hook part, the hook part comprises two hooks, and the two hooks are respectively arranged on two sides of the hanging body.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a livestock slaughtering technology, in particular to a hanging integrated device integrated with a chip and used for slaughtering livestock and a label integration method of the device.

Background

In the prior art, large-scale slaughtering of livestock such as pigs comprises a large number of operations. For example, in the pig hanging link of slaughtering pigs, the serial number of the hook chain and the serial number of the pig white strip on the hook need to be in one-to-one correspondence, and the serial number follows the pig white strip to carry out each slaughtering link. At present, the operation of carrying out the serial number of couple chain and the serial number of pig silver and corresponding is all carried out by artifical manual, and because the slaughter volume of the pig is great and the production link is more slaughtered in the scale, the mode of this kind of manual record operation leads to information to type inefficiency and make mistakes easily.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a hanging integration device and a label integration method thereof, and aims to solve the problem of low information input efficiency caused by recording identification information of a pig fillet manually in pig slaughtering in the prior art.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a hanging integrated device, including:

the RFID tag comprises a hanging body, wherein a bearing part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, a connecting part is arranged at the other end of the hanging body, and the bearing part comprises an inward concave part which is integrated with an RFID electronic tag;

the hook part is connected with the connecting part and comprises two hooks, and the two hooks are respectively arranged on two sides of the hanging body.

Wherein, the bearing part is protruded towards the direction vertical to the plane of the hook part.

The hanging device comprises a hanging body, a bearing part and a hanging part, wherein a neck is arranged between the bearing part and the hanging body, a groove is formed in the inner side of the neck, and a pulley is arranged in the groove.

The concave part is provided with a first depth, and the bottom of the concave part is provided with a flat plane.

Wherein, the chip chamfer of the RFID electronic tag is positioned at the upper right of the inner concave part.

Wherein the RFID electronic tag is externally provided with waterproof resin to seal the circular hole, thereby filling and leveling the inner concave portion.

The hook part is arranged on the inner concave part, the bearing part is protruded towards the direction vertical to the plane where the hook part is arranged, and one or two RFID electronic tags are integrated in the inner concave part;

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a tag integration method of a hanger integration apparatus, the hanger integration apparatus including: the hanging body and the hook part; wherein the hanging integrated device has unique numbering information;

wherein the method comprises the following steps:

an inner concave part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, and the depth and the bottom plane of the inner concave part are larger than the thickness and the area of the RFID electronic tag;

arranging an RFID electronic tag in the concave part, wherein a chip chamfer of the RFID electronic tag is positioned at the upper right part of the concave part;

sealing the RFID electronic tag by using waterproof resin and filling the inner concave part;

and establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the RFID electronic tag and the unique number information of the device.

Wherein the method further comprises: a bearing part is arranged at one end of the hanging body, a connecting part is arranged at the other end of the hanging body, the concave part is arranged in the middle or lower part of the bearing part, and the bearing part protrudes towards the direction vertical to the plane where the hook part is located;

the connecting part is connected with the hook part, the connecting part is rotatably connected with the hook part, the hook part comprises two hooks, and the two hooks are respectively arranged on two sides of the hanging body.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, the RFID electronic tag is integrated in the hanging device, so that various information of the pig white strip can be recorded through the RFID electronic tag in the pig slaughtering process, data storage and reading are facilitated, the working efficiency is effectively improved, and the condition that manual operation is easy to make mistakes can be avoided.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

According to the embodiment of the application, a hanging integrated device is provided, which can be used for automatic data entry, storage and reading in the flow line work of livestock slaughtering (especially pig slaughtering), and through the device, identification information can be distributed to corresponding pig white strips through RFID electronic tags integrated in the hanging device after the pig white strips are hung, and the identification information can follow the slaughtering links carried out later on the pig white strips, and can record various data information of each link node, for example, including: pig white strip information (weight, fat rate, grade, etc.), date of production, job position information.

Referring to fig. 1, the hanging integrated device includes: hang body 11 and couple portion 21, hang between body 11 and the couple portion 21 can be fixed connection or rotatable connection.

The hanging body 11 is generally cylindrical, a bearing part 12 is arranged at one end of the hanging body 11, and a connecting part 13 is arranged at the other end of the hanging body 11. When the hanging integrated device is vertically placed as shown in fig. 1, the top end of the upper part of the hanging body 11 is a bearing part 12, and the bottom end of the lower part is a connecting part 13.

In the present embodiment, the supporting portion 12 protrudes toward one side of the hanger body 11, and the protruding outward direction is perpendicular to the plane of the hook portion 21 (i.e., the plane of the two hooks). A neck is arranged between the bearing part 12 and the hanging body 11, the neck is a transition region between the hanging body 11 and the bearing part 12, a groove is arranged below the inner side of the neck, a pulley or a roller (not shown) is arranged in the groove, it should be noted that the direction of rotation of the pulley is consistent with the protruding direction of the bearing part 12, that is, the direction of rotation of the pulley is perpendicular to the plane of the hook part 21. Since the bearing part 12 protrudes toward one side of the hanging body 11, the neck part can be 90 (+ -10) degrees with the hanging body 11, if the hanging body 11 is perpendicular to the ground, the neck part is parallel or approximately parallel to the ground, so that when the pulley is arranged on a conveyor belt (or a conveyor line) of a production line parallel to the ground, the hanging integrated device can be stably hung on the conveyor chain of the production line. When the conveyor belt (or the conveyor line) of the assembly line moves, the hanging integrated device can also move smoothly along with the conveyor chain through the mixing wheel.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2 in combination, fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the load bearing part of fig. 1 taken along line a-a. The carrier 12 includes an internal recess 121, and the internal recess 121 may be located at a middle or lower position of the carrier 12. The concave part 121 is a circular hole, a polygonal hole or a hole with a first depth, and the bottom of the concave part 121 has a flat plane. The depth of the inner recess 121 and the size of the bottom plane are such as to allow the RFID tag to be placed therein. An RFID electronic tag, which may be an RFID chip in particular, is integrated in the inner recess 121. When the RFID tag is set, the chip chamfer of the RFID tag is set to the upper right, that is, the chip chamfer of the RFID tag is located at the upper right of the concave portion 121. Because this device is used under the harsh environment of humidity, greasy dirt, dust, dirty mostly, in order to protect the RFID chip, need to carry out the encapsulation processing to the RFID chip, but can not influence the normal use of RFID chip again. In the embodiment of the present application, the RFID chip may be sealed at the outside thereof with a waterproof resin, and the inner recess 121 is filled and leveled after curing, so that the outer surface of the carrier 12 at the inner recess 121 is a flat surface. Wherein, the waterproof resin can be epoxy glue.

Since the carrying part 12 is located at the top of the hanging integration device, the RFID tag is disposed on the carrying part 12, which facilitates the data writing and/or reading of the tag by a reader/writer which is fixedly disposed or moved. For example, in the slaughtering process, each hanging integrated device moves on the production line at a certain distance, a reader-writer is arranged at a proper position (such as above a conveying chain) of each operation station needing to read the electronic tags, and when the hanging device provided with the electronic tags passes through, the reader-writer can automatically read and/or write related information.

With continued reference to FIG. 1, the hook portion 21 of the integrated hanging device is connected to the connecting portion 13 by means including, but not limited to, hinging, pivoting, screwing, etc. The hook part 21 is substantially in a shape of a Chinese character ji, and the hook part 21 includes two hooks respectively disposed at two sides of the hanging body 11. The two hooks of the hook part 21 are used for hooking the two rear legs of the pig when the pig white strip is hung. The hook portion 21 (and the two hooks) and the hanging body 11 are substantially in a plane, and the bearing portion 12 protrudes in a direction perpendicular to the plane, so that one surface of the bearing portion 12 protruding toward the hanging body 11 can be a front surface of the hanging integrated device, and the other surface can be a back surface of the hanging integrated device. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the front side of a hanging integrated device.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present application, the bearing portion 12 protrudes toward one side of the hanger body 11, and the protruding outward direction is perpendicular to the plane of the hook portion 21 (i.e., the plane of the two hooks). One surface of the receiving portion 12 protruding toward the hanging body 11 may be a front surface of the receiving portion, and the other surface may be a rear surface of the receiving portion. The carrier 12 includes an internal recess 121, and the internal recess 121 may be located at a middle or lower position of the carrier 12. The inner recess 121 has a hollow structure, that is, the hollow structure of the inner recess 121 may be a circular through hole penetrating through the carrier 12, and one or two RFID tags may be integrated in the inner recess 121. The electronic tags are arranged in the concave part 121 penetrating through the bearing part 12, so that the electronic tags integrated in the hanging integrated device can be identified on the front side and the rear side (namely the front side and the back side) of the hanging integrated device, and the identification rate of the electronic tags is effectively improved.

With continued reference to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the present application, when there are two RFID tags, the two RFID tags are disposed respectively opposite to the front and back of the carrier 12. The hollow structure of the inner recess 121 is provided with a fixing peg 122 along a longitudinal center extension line, the inner recess 121 is provided with a bottom groove 123 and a top groove 124, the fixing peg 122 is arranged in the bottom groove 123 and the top groove 124, and the fixing peg 122 can rotate in the bottom groove 123 and the top groove 124. Two RFID tags (not shown) are fixedly connected to the fixing posts 122 respectively. For example, an RFID tag may be affixed directly to the peg 122; or a fixing groove or an installation clamping groove and the like capable of placing the RFID electronic tag are arranged in the hollow structure, the clamping groove is connected with the fixing pile 122, and the RFID electronic tag is placed in the clamping groove. In the embodiment of the present application, the fixing peg 122 can rotate and can drive the RFID tag to rotate together, so that the RFID tag can be conveniently read and/or write data by a reader/writer at a suitable position. Through set up two RFID electronic tags that bind with hanging integrated device in hanging integrated device, can discern the electronic tags integrated therein in the front and back both sides (namely front and back) of hanging integrated device, effectively improved electronic tags's recognition rate.

In some embodiments of the present application, the rotation angle of the peg 122 may be limited or restricted, so that the RFID tag faces a fixed direction to facilitate information interaction with the reader/writer. Specifically, two ends or one of the two ends of the fixing peg 122 has an extending portion or a limiting rod integrally formed therewith, and a limiting block (not shown) is disposed near the fixing peg 122 and at two ends of the limiting rod of the bottom groove 123 and/or the top groove 124 of the inner concave portion 121, and when the fixing peg 122 rotates, the limiting rod also rotates at the same time, and the limiting block blocks the limiting rod to rotate the limiting rod within a certain angle, so that the rotation angle of the fixing peg 122 is limited, and further the rotation angle of the RFID electronic tag is limited, and the RFID electronic tag faces a fixed direction and rotates only in the fixed direction. For example, the front RFID tags may be rotated 90 (+ -45) degrees or other suitable angle on the front of the integrated hanger device.

It should be noted that a sealing cover 126 or the like is further disposed on the surface of the inner recess 121 for sealing the hollow structure of the inner recess 121, so as to achieve the functions of water resistance, moisture resistance and dust resistance.

In one embodiment of the present application, the hook portion 21 (and two hooks) and the hanger body are rotatable, and the rotation angle is not limited in the present application. For example, the hook 21 may be flexibly rotated with respect to the hanger body 11, or a rotation angle between the hook 21 and the hanger body 11 may be set, for example, a maximum rotation angle between the hook 21 and the hanger body 11 may be allowed to be 30 degrees.

The embodiment of the application also provides a label integration method of the hanging integration device. The hanging integrated device comprises: a hanger body 11 and a hook 21. Wherein the integrated hanging device has unique numbering information. Different from the identification information of the electronic tag, the number information of the hanging integrated device can be in a physical form, and can be known without an electronic reading device, for example, the number information can be a label pasted on the hanging integrated device or set in other forms, which is not described herein again.

Referring to fig. 5, the tag integration method includes:

step S502, arranging an inner concave part 121 at one end of the hanging body 11, wherein the depth and the bottom plane of the inner concave part 121 are larger than the thickness and the area of the RFID electronic tag;

step S504, arranging an RFID electronic tag in the concave part 121, wherein a chip chamfer of the RFID electronic tag is positioned at the upper right of the concave part 121;

step S506, sealing the RFID electronic tag by using waterproof resin, and filling the inner concave part 121;

and step S508, establishing a corresponding relation between the identification information of the RFID electronic tag and the unique number information of the device. For example, the number information of the integrated device hanger can be input to the electronic tag, and when the electronic tag is scanned by the reader, the identification information of the RFID electronic tag and the number information of the integrated device hanger can be simultaneously viewed.

Further, the method further comprises:

a bearing part 12 is arranged at one end of the hanging body, a connecting part 13 is arranged at the other end of the hanging body, wherein the concave part 121 is arranged in the middle or lower part of the bearing part 12, and the bearing part 12 protrudes towards the direction vertical to the plane where the hook part 21 is arranged;

the connecting part 13 is connected with the hook part 21, the connecting part 13 is rotatably connected with the hook part 21, the hook part 21 comprises two hooks, and the two hooks 21 are respectively arranged on two sides of the hanging body 11.

By the method, the RFID electronic tag is integrated in the hanging integration device, and the corresponding relation is established between the identification information of the RFID electronic tag and the serial number information of the hanging integration device, so that not only is the entity of the electronic tag bound with the hanging integration device, but also the identification information of the electronic tag is bound with the serial number information of the hanging integration device, and various information of the pig white pig can be recorded through the electronic tag in the pig slaughtering process, so that data storage and reading are facilitated, the working efficiency is effectively improved, and the condition that manual operation is prone to errors can be avoided.
