It should be noted that, the motor 15 can drive the connecting shaft 16 to rotate, thereby drive the rotation shaft 3 to rotate through the speed reducer 17 and the transmission mechanism, simultaneously, the connecting shaft 16 drives the first bevel gear 21 to rotate, the first bevel gear 21 drives the second bevel gear 22 to rotate, the second bevel gear 22 drives the installation shaft 23 to rotate, the rotating speed of the installation shaft 23 is greater than the rotating speed of the rotation shaft 3, so that the rotating speed of the fan blades 24 is greater than the rotating speed of the cleaning brush 1, the fan blades 24 can better make air negative pressure, the cleaning brush 1 can more thoroughly contact with the conveyer belt, thereby cleaning the conveyer belt.

In an alternative embodiment, the transmission mechanism includes a driving wheel 18, a belt 19 and a driven wheel 20, the driving wheel 18 is connected with the output end of the speed reducer 17, the driving wheel 18 is connected with the driven wheel 20 through the belt 19, and the driven wheel 20 is arranged on the rotating shaft 3, so that the rotating shaft 3 can rotate, and the power transmission effect is ensured.

In an alternative embodiment, a mounting cover 29 is arranged on the top of the base 31, a control panel 30 is arranged on the mounting cover 29, a feed opening 291 is arranged on the top of the mounting cover 29, the cleaning brush 1 is located at the feed opening 291, and the cleaning brush 1, the mounting roller 2, the rotating shaft 3, the first roller 4, the sliding plate 5, the connecting frame 6, the second roller 7, the guide table 8, the sliding rod 9, the elastic member 10, the rotating plate 12, the bracket 14, the mounting shaft 23, the fan blades 24, the mounting frame 25, the first filter screen 261, the second filter screen 262, the guide cylinder 27 and the driving device are all located inside the mounting cover 29; the mounting cover 29 plays a protective role and simultaneously ensures the tidiness of the device; the control panel 30 is in control connection with the driving device.

In an alternative embodiment, a door 292 is rotatably arranged at the bottom of the mounting cover 29, a first magnetic block is arranged on the outer surface of the mounting cover 29, and a second magnetic block which is magnetically attracted to the first magnetic block is arranged on the door 292; the base 31 is provided with a movement driving mechanism for driving the collection box 28 to move in or out of the mounting cover 29 through the door body 292 along the transverse direction; the control panel 30 is in control connection with the movement driving mechanism.

It should be noted that, when sundries collected in the collecting box 28 need to be cleaned, the collecting box 28 is driven to knock the door 292 through the moving driving mechanism, after the cleaning is finished, the collecting box 28 is taken into the mounting cover 29, the door 292 rotates downwards under the action of self gravity, the second magnetic block is adsorbed on the first magnetic block, and the shielding effect is guaranteed.

In an alternative embodiment, a plurality of foot cups 32 are arranged on the bottom of the base 31, and casters are arranged on the foot cups 32 to facilitate flexible movement, transportation or fixing of the device according to the use requirement.

In an alternative embodiment, the method of use is as follows:

s1, moving the cleaning device to the lower part of the conveying belt to be cleaned, and enabling the cleaning brush 1 to be in contact with the bottom of the conveying belt, so that the normal operation of the cleaning process can be ensured;

s2, starting the mining belt conveyor, and enabling the conveyor belt to run, wherein the conveyor belt can be always in contact with the cleaning brush 1 during running;

s3, the rotating shaft 3 and the mounting shaft 23 are driven to rotate through the driving device, the cleaning operation of the conveying belt and the collection operation of the cleaned sundries can be simultaneously carried out, the structure is compact, the occupied space is small, and the power utilization rate is high;

s31, the rotating shaft 3 drives the cleaning brush 1, the mounting roller 2, the sliding plate 5 and the rotating plate 12 to rotate, the sliding plate 5 drives the first roller 4 and the second roller 7 to rotate in the rotating process, the second roller 7 rolls between the first limit end 801 and the second limit end 802 in a reciprocating mode, the mounting roller 2 is driven to slide in the axial direction through the first roller 4, the elastic piece 10 stretches and retracts in a reciprocating mode between the mounting roller 2 and the rotating plate 12, therefore, the mounting roller 2 and the cleaning brush 1 move in a reciprocating mode in the axial direction in the rotating process, and the cleaning brush 1 cleans sundries attached to a conveying belt;

s32, the mounting shaft 23 drives the fan blades 24 to rotate, so as to create negative air pressure inside the guide cylinder 27, and the sundries are sucked into the guide cylinder 27 and fall into the collecting box 28 through the discharge port.
