The multifunctional self-positioning quick-assembly well platform as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a self-sealing (6) receiving groove recessed in the upper end face of the platform body (1) and a self-sealing cover plate (5) for covering the self-sealing (6) receiving groove, wherein the self-sealing cover plate (5) can be openably covered in the notch of the self-sealing (6) receiving groove, and the self-sealing cover plate (5) is flush with the upper end face of the platform body (1).

7. The multifunctional self-positioning fast-assembling well platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein a sealing structure is arranged on the butting conical surface of the cone lower flange (4) and the cone butting flange (3).

The multifunctional self-positioning fast-assembling well platform as claimed in claim 1, wherein a fixing structure for fixing pneumatic slips is arranged on said platform body (1), and said fixing structure is provided in plurality and distributed along the circumference of said platform body (1).

The multifunctional self-positioning quick-assembly well platform as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a connecting seat (15) for fixing a blowout preventer switch wrench (10), wherein the connecting seat (15) is connected to a side surface of the platform body (1) and is provided with a plurality of connecting seats distributed along the circumferential direction of the platform body (1).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of oil well platforms, in particular to a multifunctional self-positioning quick-assembly well platform.

Background

In the process of development, use or repair of an oil well, due to the fact that the periphery of a well mouth of the oil well is uneven, the height difference of the well mouth is large, well liquid overflow pollution in the process of well mouth operation is serious, the working site condition of well mouth operation workers is severe, and various safety accidents are often caused. The operation environment can be better improved by additionally arranging the operation platform. The existing operation platform is usually connected with the blowout preventer by using fasteners such as flanges and bolts, or is directly supported on the ground by using supporting legs and then is built around the blowout preventer. However, in the operation process, the operation platform often needs to be dismantled to carry out the in-out operation, and after the in-out operation is finished, the operation platform needs to be rebuilt to carry out other operations, namely, the operation platform needs to be repeatedly disassembled and assembled, the connection and dismantling work is complicated due to the structure of the existing operation platform, the preparation work before and after the oil well operation is additionally increased, the efficiency is low, and the potential safety hazard is high. Therefore, how to solve the problems of complicated assembly and disassembly of the operation platform and low efficiency is a technical problem that needs to be solved urgently by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a multifunctional self-positioning quick-assembly well platform which is accurate and quick in positioning, convenient and efficient to disassemble and assemble, stable in connection and capable of obviously improving the working efficiency.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a multifunctional self-positioning quick-assembly well platform which comprises a platform main body which is tiled at a well opening and is in a polygonal structure and a cone lower flange used for being connected with an upper flange of a blowout preventer, wherein the cone lower flange is detachably connected with the cone upper flange, a cone butt flange used for being butted with the cone lower flange is arranged on the platform main body, the cone lower flange and the cone butt flange are both positioned at the center of the platform main body, a butt cone groove which is guided and is used for the other one to extend into is arranged on one of the cone lower flange or the cone butt flange, the groove side wall of the butt cone groove is in an inclined structure, and the other one is correspondingly in a conical structure.

Preferably, the platform comprises a liquid collecting tank and a liquid discharging assembly, the platform main body comprises a polygonal frame, a cone butting flange positioned in the center of the frame and a plurality of pedals arranged around the circumference of the cone butting flange, the liquid collecting tank is positioned below the pedals, and the pedals are integrally of a grid structure and provided with dirty liquid inlets communicated with the liquid collecting tank.

Preferably, heating means for providing heat to the sump is also included.

Preferably, at least one of said pedals is removably connected to said frame.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described in detail below. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the examples given herein without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.

The docking cone groove may be located on the cone docking flange 3 or on the cone lower flange 4, and is preferably located on the cone docking flange 3 for convenience of operation, as shown in fig. 3, and the cone lower flange 4 may be conical in structure along the axial direction as a whole.
