Detailed Description

The valve flap 1 includes: the valve clack body 101 is connected with a valve clack sealing ring 102 through a bolt, and hard sealing surfaces matched with each other are arranged on the valve seat 6 and the valve clack sealing ring 102. A body sealing ring 103 is arranged between the valve clack body 101 and the valve clack sealing ring 102, and the body sealing ring 103 is a rubber sealing ring used for sealing between the valve clack body 101 and the valve clack sealing ring 102. The valve clack body 101 at the joint of the valve clack sealing ring 102 and the valve clack body 101 is provided with a soft sealing ring 104, one end of the soft sealing ring 104 is in contact with a hard sealing surface of the valve seat 6, and the soft sealing ring 104 is a rubber sealing ring and is used for being matched with the hard sealing to improve the sealing effect.

When the valve is used for a certain time and the sealing surface is damaged, the bolt on the cover plate 8 is screwed off, so that the cover plate 8 is detached from the valve body 3, the valve clack 1 is rotated through the actuator 7, so that the valve clack sealing ring 102 is rotated to an opening position on one side, after the bolt on the valve clack sealing ring 102 is detached, the damaged soft sealing ring 104 and the valve clack sealing ring 102 are taken out of the valve body 3, then the intact soft sealing ring and the valve clack sealing ring are placed on the valve clack, and the intact soft sealing ring and the valve clack sealing ring are fixed on the valve clack body through the bolt again after the replacement is; then the valve clack 1 is turned to the opening at the other side (as the right side of the front view of fig. 3), at this time, the bolts for fixing the valve seat 6 and the pressing ring 4 are detached, the damaged valve seat 6 is taken out from the valve body, then the intact valve seat is replaced, and the three pressing ring 4 sub-plates are fixed back to the replaced valve seat 6 through the bolts. Finally, the replacement of the valve seat and the flap is completed after the cover plate 8 is reconnected to the valve body 3. The whole disassembly is simple, but no special tool is needed, so that the valve maintenance time is greatly reduced, the whole service life of the valve is prolonged, and the comprehensive use cost is reduced.

As shown in fig. 5, the sealing device 5 between the upper stem 10 and the valve body 3 includes: the middle of the sealing base 501 is provided with a through hole, the sealing base 501 is provided with a valve rod sealing ring 502, the valve rod sealing ring 502 is positioned in the through hole and on the outer surface of the sealing base, the valve rod sealing ring 502 is a rubber sealing ring, the upper part of the sealing base 502 is connected with a packing gland 503 through a bolt, a packing 504 is arranged between the sealing base 501 and the packing gland 503, and the packing 504 is a graphite sealing ring. The filler 504 can be replaced by removing the bolts from the gland 503 and then opening the gland 503 to replace the filler without shutting off the entire pipeline.

The basic configuration of embodiment 2 of the present invention is the same as embodiment 1, and the differences are only: the width of the groove on the valve body on the inner side of the valve seat is equal to the thickness of the pressing ring, the connecting position of the pressing ring and the valve seat is located on the outer edge of the valve seat, the spring between the valve seat and the valve body is in a compression state of the spring, and when an error exists in machining of the valve seat or the valve clack, the valve seat can still be effectively contacted with the valve clack together to achieve the effect of sealing the valve.
