The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the following figures and detailed description:

as shown in fig. 1 to 20, the button integrated seat hinge comprises a hinge pipe 1 and two fixed seats 2, the fixed seats 2 are provided with seat hinge shafts 21, a button assembly 3 and two buffer assemblies 4 located at two ends of the button assembly 3 are arranged in the hinge pipe 1, and the two buffer assemblies 4 are arranged corresponding to the seat hinges 2 and are symmetrical in structure. The button assembly 3 has a driving ramp 320; the buffer assembly 4 comprises a hinge body 41, a transverse locking piece 42 and a locking return spring 43 for returning the transverse locking piece 42, wherein the transverse locking piece 42 is provided with a base body 420, a locking piece 421 and an elastic clamping piece 422 which are arranged on one side of the base body 420 and can be transversely inserted into the hinge body 41, and a pushing rod 423 arranged on the other side of the base body 420, and the end part of the pushing rod 423 is provided with a conical pushing surface 4230 matched with the driving inclined surface 320; any angle of the conical pushing surface 4230 can be matched with the driving inclined surface 320, so that the requirements on machining precision and assembling precision can be greatly reduced, and the smoothness of mechanical matching can be improved. A locking clamping protrusion 4221 is arranged at the end part of the elastic clamping piece 422, and a locking clamping groove 412 matched with the locking clamping protrusion 4221 is arranged in the hinge body 41; the transverse locking piece 42 and the hinge body 41 are circumferentially fixed through a circumferential positioning mechanism; effectively prevent the hinge body 41 and the transverse locking piece 42 from being dislocated, and improve the stability of the mechanical structure. A seat hinge shaft hole 411 for inserting the seat hinge shaft 21 is formed at the lower end of the hinge body 41; when the button assembly 3 is pressed, the button assembly 3 drives the transverse locking piece 42 to move outwards, and the locking clamping boss 4221 is connected with the locking clamping groove 412 in a buckling mode; when the seat hinge shaft 21 is pulled out from the seat hinge shaft hole 411, the seat hinge shaft 21 drives the elastic clamping piece 422 to elastically deform so that the locking clamping boss 4221 exits the locking clamping groove 412, and the transverse locking piece 42 moves inwards to reset under the action of the locking resetting spring 43; simple structure need not to press button assembly 3 all the time and just can dismantle, easy operation is convenient, design benefit.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 11, a base accommodating cavity 410 matching with the base 420 is provided in the hinge body 41, the base 420 is substantially cylindrical, and the circumferential positioning mechanism includes a first orientation surface 4101 provided in the hinge body 41 and a second orientation surface 4201 provided on the base 420; a first transverse sliding arc surface 4102 connected with the first orientation surface 4101 is further arranged in the hinge body 41, a second sliding arc surface 4202 matched with the first transverse sliding arc surface 4102 is arranged on the base body 420, and the first orientation surface 4101 and the first transverse sliding arc surface 4102 form the inner wall of the base body accommodating cavity 410; the hinge body 41 and the transverse locking piece 42 can be fixed in the circumferential direction by the cooperation of the second orientation surface 4201 and the first orientation surface 4101, and the locking piece 421 and the elastic catch 422 can be prevented from being broken by the force of the base 420 being better stressed.

In this embodiment, the seat hinge shaft 21 is sequentially provided with a first protruding portion 211 and a second protruding portion 212 from top to bottom, and a seat hinge shaft clamping groove 213 with a diameter smaller than that of the first protruding portion 211 is formed between the first protruding portion 211 and the second protruding portion 212; a through hole 4210 for the seat hinge shaft 21 to pass through is formed in the locking piece 421, and a seat hinge shaft clamping opening 4211 communicated with the through hole 4210 and used for being clamped with the seat hinge shaft clamping groove 213 is formed in the outer side of the through hole 4210; the upper end of the first protrusion 211 is provided with an insertion push slope 216. During assembly, the button assembly 3 does not need to be pressed, when the seat hinge shaft 21 is inserted into the hinge shaft hole 411, the transverse locking piece 42 can be pushed to move outwards by inserting the pushing inclined plane 216, but the moving distance of the transverse locking piece 42 is not enough to enable the locking clamping protrusion 4221 to be in clamping connection with the locking clamping groove 412; therefore, after the first protruding portion 211 passes through the through hole 4210, the locking return spring 43 drives the transverse locking piece 42 to return, and the design is ingenious.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the button assembly 3 includes a button cover 31, button blocks 32 mounted on the left and right sides of the button cover 31, and a button return spring 33 for returning the button cover 31, wherein the button blocks 32 are provided with the driving slopes 320; the button assembly is designed in a split mode, if the button assembly is damaged, corresponding parts can be replaced, and maintenance cost of a user is effectively reduced. The button cover 31 is provided with button block cavities 310 at two ends for accommodating the button blocks 32, and the button blocks 32 are connected with the button cover 31 in a snap-fit manner. Furthermore, the front and rear side walls of the button cover 31 are respectively provided with a fastening groove 311 communicated with the button block cavity 310, and the button block 32 is provided with a first elastic fastening part 321 fastened and connected with the fastening groove 311, so that the assembly is simple and convenient, easily damaged parts are replaced, and the maintenance cost is reduced. In order to meet the requirement of matching with pushing transverse locking pieces 42 or pushing rods 423 with different sizes, the buckling groove 311 can be provided with a plurality of grooves in the longitudinal direction, and the first elastic buckling part 321 can be properly extended to adjust the assembly height of the first elastic buckling part 321 according to different size requirements, so that the requirement of matching with pushing transverse locking pieces 42 or pushing rods 423 with different sizes is met.

In order to increase the structural strength, two longitudinal reinforcing ribs 312 are longitudinally arranged in the button cover 31, so that a spring cavity 313 between the two longitudinal reinforcing ribs 312 and the button block cavities 310 respectively positioned at two sides of the spring cavity 313 are formed in the button cover 31; be provided with spring fixed part 314 in the spring chamber 313, the one end suit of button reset spring 33 is in on the spring fixed part 314, spring fixed part 314 is cruciform structure or cross, can make the assembly of button reset spring 33 more firm, effectively prevents button reset spring dislocation, improves the assembly accuracy.

In this embodiment, the front and rear side walls of the button cover 31 are respectively provided with a second elastic fastening portion 315 and notches 316 respectively located at two sides of the second elastic fastening portion 315 and communicated with the spring cavity 313; the second elastic buckling part 315 is buckled with the hinge body tube 1, so that the assembly efficiency and the assembly qualified rate can be improved.

In this embodiment, the upper end of the second protrusion 212 is provided with a slope 214, and if the seat hinge shaft 21 is inserted too deeply or assembled too hard during assembly, the slope 214 can provide a certain buffering function to prevent the transverse locking member 42 from being broken. The lower end of the second boss 212 is provided with a first pull-out reset inclined plane 215; the elastic clamping piece 422 is further provided with a reset protrusion 4222 which is positioned at the rear end of the locking clamping protrusion 4221 and matched with the second boss 212, and the upper end of the reset protrusion 4222 is provided with a second pull-out reset inclined plane 4223 matched with the first pull-out reset inclined plane 215; when the locking protrusion 4221 and the locking groove 412 are in a snap connection state and the seat hinge shaft 21 is pulled out of the seat hinge shaft hole 411, the first pull-out reset inclined plane 215 and the second pull-out reset inclined plane 4223 are in contact with each other, and the second protrusion 212 pushes the reset protrusion 4222 to drive the elastic clamping piece 422 to elastically deform, so that the locking protrusion 4221 is pulled out of the locking groove 412. The engagement of the second boss 212 with the push-reset protrusion 4222 is further facilitated by the engagement of the ramp with the ramp. In order to achieve better elastic deformation effect of the elastic clamping piece 422, the ratio of the distance from the locking clamping protrusion 4221 to the reset protrusion 4222 to the distance from the reset protrusion 4222 to the base body 420 is 0.20-0.35, and the optimal ratio is 0.25.

In this embodiment, the locking piece 421 is further provided with a limit boss 4212 for being snap-connected with the hinge body 41, and the hinge body 41 is further provided with a limit slot 413 for being snap-connected with the limit boss 4212; the length of the limiting clamping groove 413 is greater than or equal to the moving stroke of the transverse locking piece 42. A spring limiting column 416 is further arranged in the hinge body 41. In order to make the assembly of the transverse locking member 42 with the hinge body 41 more firm and the stress of the transverse locking member 42 uniform and move smoothly, the two elastic clamping pieces 422 are respectively and symmetrically arranged at the front and rear sides of the lower end of the locking piece 421. The locking reset spring 43 is positioned between the locking piece 421 and the elastic clamping piece 422, so that the space occupied by parts is effectively saved, the size of a product is reduced, the space between the locking piece 421 and the elastic clamping piece 422 is reasonably utilized, and the design is more ingenious. One end of the locking return spring 43 abuts against the base body 420, and the other end of the locking return spring 43 extends into the base body accommodating cavity 410 and is sleeved on the spring limiting column 416, so that the structure is simple.

In this embodiment, the damper assembly 4 further includes a damper 44 and an anti-loose piece 45, and the outer side of the hinge body 41 is engaged with the inner side key groove of the damper 44, so that the structure is simple. The anti-loose piece 45 covers the outer sides of the hinge body 41 and the buffer 44, so that the hinge body 41 and the buffer 44 are effectively prevented from being assembled loosely, and the assembly is firmer. The buffer 44 is a common technical means in the art, and plays a role of shock absorption and damping, so as to prevent the panel 5 from suddenly dropping, and enable the panel 5 to slowly fall. In addition, the hinge body 1 and the hinge body 41 are fixedly connected through a latch 7, and the latch 7 is a common technical means in the field and will not be described in detail.

A combined cover plate adopting the button integrated seat hinge comprises a panel 5 and a bottom plate 6, as shown in figure 10, the rear end of the bottom plate 6 is in threaded connection with the hinge pipe 1, the panel 5 and the bottom plate 6 are movably connected through the buffer component 4, and a person skilled in the art can sell the button integrated seat hinge created by the invention together through a combined mode through selling the cover plate component, so that a consumer can conveniently replace the cover plate component.

A toilet bowl adopting the button integrated seat hinge comprises a panel 5, a bottom plate 6 and a toilet bowl body, as shown in the attached drawings 1 and 2, the rear end of the bottom plate 6 is in threaded connection with the hinge pipe 1, and the panel 5 is movably connected with the bottom plate 6 through the buffer component 4; the toilet bowl is characterized in that the toilet bowl body is provided with two fixed seats 2, and the fixed seats 2 are movably connected with the buffer component 4. The person skilled in the art can combine the button integrated seat hinge and cover plate assembly of the present invention into a whole set of products for sale together by selling the toilet bowl in a combined manner.

The process of assembling the combined cover plate is as follows:

1. as shown in fig. 12, the hinge tube 1 and the bottom plate 6 are screwed together by screws;

2. then the hinge body 41, the lateral locking piece 42, the locking return spring 43, the damper 44 and the anti-loosening piece 45 are assembled together as shown in fig. 13 to form the damper assembly 4; and the damper assembly 4 is fitted in the hinge body tube 1 as shown in fig. 14;

3. assembling the seat hinge 2 on the toilet body;

4. the seating hinge shaft 21 is inserted into the damper assembly 4, and the installation is completed.

The process of replacing the combined cover plate is as follows:

1. as shown in fig. 17, the button assembly 3 is pressed, the button assembly 3 pushes the two transverse locking pieces 42 to move towards two sides, as shown in fig. 18, the locking clamp boss 4221 is clamped in the locking clamp groove 412 to complete the snap connection of the hinge body 41 and the transverse locking pieces 42;

2. the combined cover plate is lifted upwards and then pulled out to finish the disassembly;

3. as shown in fig. 20, the new combined cover plate is inserted, i.e. the seat hinge shaft 21 is inserted into the buffer assembly 4, so that the installation can be completed, and the operation is simple and convenient.
