背景技术

放疗是治疗恶性肿瘤最重要的方法之一，而皮肤作为照射的必经之路，因而在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时也会不同程度的损伤皮肤，目前对于发生放射性皮肤损伤的具体机制的研究尚不明确，主要是缺乏合适的动物模型。因为目前放射性皮肤损伤造模的方式主要是将小鼠麻醉后对其腿部皮肤和背部皮肤照射，都不可避免的伤及内脏器官和骨髓等重要器官，无法获得单纯的仅损伤皮肤的动物模型，对放射性皮肤损伤机制研究造成极大的干扰。而且通常在对小鼠皮肤固定前，还需要对小鼠进行麻醉，不仅整个麻醉过程费时费力，且麻醉本身有一定的致死风险，不能保证小鼠百分百能醒过来，另外在麻醉状态下，小鼠呼吸变慢变弱，在牵拉皮肤的过程中也会导致小鼠因窒息死亡。
