The filtering area of the conventional disc type vacuum filter is 40-200 square meters, and when the disc type vacuum filter is used for dewatering iron ore concentrates, the equipment is sensitive to fluctuation of the concentration of supplied ore pulp, the treatment capacity and the water content of a filter cake of the disc type vacuum filter cannot be timely adjusted when the concentration of the supplied ore pulp changes, the conventional equipment can only be adjusted by changing the rotating speed of a main shaft, when the ore supply concentration is high, the filter plate device is immersed in the ore pulp, when the filter cake is formed in an adsorption area, the condition that the thickness of the filter cake is too thick easily occurs, under the condition, the rotating speed of the main shaft is generally increased, the time of the filter plate device in the ore pulp adsorption area is shortened, but the rotating speed of the main shaft is increased, the time of the filter plate device from the filter cake dewatering area to a back-blowing ore discharge area is correspondingly shortened. On the contrary, when the concentration of the ore pulp in the tank body is lower, the rotating speed of the main shaft is usually reduced, the filter plate device stays in the ore pulp adsorption area as much as possible, the thickness of a filter cake is ensured, and the condition that the yield is not up to the standard is easily caused due to the slow rotating speed of the main shaft; in addition, when the back-blowing ore discharging area discharges materials, due to the back-blowing effect of the fan, the filter cloth is in a bulging state and continues to operate, the time for discharging gas into a contraction state through the filter cloth is long, scraping between the filter cloth and an adjustable scraper guide wheel is easy to occur, and finally the filter cloth and even a filter plate device are damaged; and when the disc type vacuum filter is used for treating fine-grained materials, the filter cloth is easy to block, the service life is short, and the filter cloth needs to be frequently replaced. According to the invention, the filter cloth air leakage opening is added in the distribution head back-blowing ore discharge area cavity, so that gas left in the filter cloth during back blowing of the fan can be quickly discharged, and the filter cloth contracts, so that the condition of interference can not be generated when the filter cloth passes through the scraper, the failure rate of equipment is reduced, and the service life of the filter cloth is prolonged.

According to the invention, the adjustable scraper guide wheels are arranged on the two sides of the filter plate device, so that the interference between the filter disc and the trough body ore discharge trough due to the deformation of the filter plate device is avoided, the failure rate of the equipment is reduced, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 1-4, the invention comprises a tank body 5 provided with an ore discharge chute, an overflow port and a discharge port, bearing blocks 2 and bearing bushes are arranged at two ends of the tank body 5, a main shaft 4 is supported between the two bearing blocks 2, and the main shaft 4 comprises a central support shaft, a filtrate pipe, a connecting pipe and the like.

The filter plate device 8 is assembled to the connection pipe of the main shaft 4 by the gland 11 and the long screw 12 by the compression of the nut. The ore feeding box 9 is arranged above the tank body 5, the ore feeding pipe is positioned between two adjacent filter plate devices 8, the stirring device 7 is arranged below the tank body 5 and is parallel to the main shaft 4, the stirring blades are arranged on the stirring shaft and positioned between the two adjacent filter plate devices 8, and the stirring transmission 13 and the main transmission system 3 are arranged on one side of the tank body. Guide wheels 20 and scrapers 21 are provided on both sides of the filter plate device 8. The baffle 10 is arranged on two side plates of the tank body 5.

When the device operates, the ore feeding box 9 feeds ore pulp into the tank body 5 through the ore feeding pipe, the stirring device 7 at the lower part of the tank body 5 stirs the ore pulp under the driving of the stirring transmission 13, and can change the rotating speed of the stirring device 7 through the frequency converter according to the settling velocity of different minerals, so that the concentration of the ore pulp in the tank body 5 is uniform, the condition of bottom accumulated material can not occur, and the filter plate device 8 is favorable for forming filter cakes with uniform thickness on the surface when the filter plate device works in an ore pulp adsorption area. The main shaft 4 is driven by the main transmission system 3 to run at a constant speed, and the filter plate device 8 rotates along with the main shaft and sequentially passes through the working processes of an ore pulp adsorption zone, a filter cake dehydration zone and a back-blowing ore discharge zone. The concentration change of the ore pulp in the tank body 5 can be judged by observing the thickness of the filter cake in the back flushing ore discharging area. When the filter cake becomes thin and the concentration of the ore pulp is low, the thickness of the filter cake can be ensured by reducing the rotating speed of the main shaft 4 and releasing the gate valve 19 to increase the angle of the ore pulp adsorption area; when the filter cake becomes thick, the thickness of the filter cake can be controlled by increasing the rotating speed of the main shaft 4, closing the gate valve 19 and reducing the angle of the ore pulp adsorption area. When the blowback ore discharge area is unloaded, the fan blows the air into the filter plate device 8 through the distribution head blowback area 17, and the filter cloth that adsorbs on the filter cloth drops naturally, discharges through cell body 5 ore discharge groove, and in order to prevent to unload thoroughly during the blowback, the filter cake can be stained with on the cell body 5 or be brought back the ore pulp in, has set up scraper blade 21 in filter plate device 8 both sides, guarantees the efficiency of unloading as far as possible. In order to prevent the equipment from being damaged due to the interference of expanded filter cloth and a scraper blade during back flushing, a filter cloth air leakage opening 18 is additionally arranged below a back flushing pipe, so that the safety and reliability of the equipment are ensured. In addition, in order to prevent the filter disc from being inclined due to the deformation of the filter plate used for a long time, guide wheels 20 are arranged at two sides of the filter plate device 8 to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
