An abrading jig for sheet products according to claim 5, wherein said fixing plate includes a support portion, first arm portions formed to extend downward from both lateral sides of said support portion, and a first escape space formed between a pair of said first arm portions, said rod portion is located in said first escape space, and said first arm portions pass downward over said rod portion.

An abrasive machining fixture for sheet products as set forth in claim 6, wherein said carrier further includes a carrier, a pair of second arms extending downwardly from lateral sides of said carrier, and a second space defined between said pair of second arms, said rod being partially disposed in said second space, said pair of second arms extending downwardly across said rod, said first and second arms being formed with a holding groove on longitudinal sides thereof, said base being formed with a second bolt hole on lateral outer sides thereof, said fixing plate and said carrier being fixed in said base by a plurality of second bolts passing through said second through holes and said holding groove, respectively, said carrier being formed on a top surface of said carrier.

A grinding jig for sheet products as set forth in claim 7, wherein the drawing cap is provided with a protruding point on a side thereof facing the base, the drawing cap is rotatable around the rod, the protruding point is engageable in a hole or groove structure on a longitudinal outer side of the base, and the drawing cap is rotatable and then supportable against a longitudinal outer side surface of the base.

Referring to fig. 2 to 5, the clamping assembly a includes a base 20, a fixing plate 30, a carrying base 40, a clamping block 50 and a pull rod 60. The sheet product 80 clamped by the clamping assembly a comprises an outer surface 81, an inner surface 82 and a plurality of product structures 83 arranged on the inner surface, wherein the product structures 83 comprise structures such as grooves. The fixing plate 30 includes a support portion 31, a pair of first arm portions 32 extending downward from both lateral sides of the support portion 31, and a first escape space 33 formed between the pair of first arm portions 32. The surface of the support portion 31 facing the side of the bearing seat 40 is provided with a limiting hole 34.

The bearing seat 40 includes a bearing portion 41, a pair of second arm portions 42 extending downward from two lateral sides of the bearing portion 41, a second escape space 43 formed between the pair of second arm portions 42, and a bearing groove 44 opened on a bottom surface of the bearing portion 41. The bearing groove 44 is provided with a profiling structure 441 corresponding to the product structure 83 of the sheet product 80, so that the inner side 82 of the sheet product 80 is completely attached in the bearing groove 44.

The fixing plate 30 and the first and second arms 32 and 42 of the bearing seat 40 are respectively provided with a plurality of clamping grooves 35 and 45 at two longitudinal sides thereof.

The clamping block 50 is assembled in the sliding groove 24 and can move in the sliding groove 24 along the longitudinal direction, and the clamping block 50 includes a clamping end 51, a pushed portion 52 formed by extending downward from the clamping end 51, and sliding wing portions 53 formed by extending from both lateral sides of the clamping block 50. The pushed portion 52 is inserted into the pull rod groove 25. The clamping block 50 is inserted from the bearing seat slot 22 or the fixing plate slot 23, and then longitudinally moved into the sliding slot 24, and the sliding wing part 53 is clamped into the limiting part 241 of the sliding slot 24 to prevent the clamping block 50 from being separated from the sliding slot 24.

The pull rod 60 comprises a rod body 61 and a pull cap 62 fixed on the radial outer side of the rod body 61, and the rod body 61 is provided with a plurality of moving holes 63 corresponding to the pushed parts 52 of the clamping blocks 50 in the vertical direction. The rod body 61 is further formed with a plurality of through holes 65 in a transverse direction, and the pull cap 62 is provided with a protruding point 621 on a side facing the seat body 20. The pull rod 60 is inserted into the pull rod groove 25 from the longitudinal outside of the holder body 20.

Subsequently, the bearing seat 40 and the fixing plate 30 are inserted into the bearing seat groove 22 and the fixing plate groove 23, the first and second avoiding spaces 33, 43 respectively accommodate the rod body 61 of the pull rod 60, and the clamping grooves 35, 45 of the first and second arm portions 32, 42 respectively cross over at least the rod body 61 and are located at the other side, and then pass through the second bolt holes 262 opened on the lateral outer wall of the seat body 20 and the clamping grooves 35, 45 through the plurality of second bolts 262 to fix the bearing seat 40 and the fixing plate 30. And then the spring 71 clamped by the clamping block 50 and the fixing plate 30 is placed between the clamping block 50 and the fixing plate 30, or one end of the spring 71 is directly fixed in the limiting hole 34 of the clamping block 50 or the fixing plate 30. The carrying groove 44 is open at a side facing the clamping block 50, such that the side of the sheet product 80 disposed in the carrying groove 44 is exposed outside the carrying groove 44 and can be supported by the clamping block 50.
