A plastic container protective case, characterized in that: the composite material sequentially comprises a shell (1), a middle partition layer (2), an inner layer (3) and an adhesive layer (4), wherein the outer layer (1) is made of polypropylene, and the inner layer (3) is made of polyethylene terephthalate; the middle interlayer (2) is vinyl chloride resin, and the three layers are adhered through an adhesive layer (4).

Background

The plastic shell is easy to process, low in cost and capable of being controlled by means of a mature plastic molding process at the present stage, and the plastic body shell is more controllable relative to a shell made of a metal material during mass production, and the manufacturing process is simple and much less relative to the shell made of the metal material, so that the plastic shell is light enough in time and processing except low cost, and the plastic shell made of the plastic material is light relative to the shell made of the metal material in weight, and the plastic container protective shell with the simple structure is provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The present invention aims to solve the technical problem in plastic shells at least to a certain extent. Therefore, the invention provides a plastic container protective shell.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a plastic container protective shell sequentially comprises a shell, a middle interlayer, an inner layer and an adhesive layer, wherein the outer layer is polypropylene, and the inner layer is polyethylene terephthalate; the middle interlayer is vinyl chloride resin, and the three layers are adhered through adhesive layers.
