however, the conventional AOI function detector lacks a dustproof and dust removal device, the detection result is easily influenced by entering dust in the detection process, the dust can seriously influence the detection accuracy of an instrument, the detection error rate of the AOI function detector is greatly improved, repeated detection is needed for many times, great inconvenience is brought to a user, and the detection efficiency of the AOI function detector is reduced.
