Background

Polyamides are synthetic polymers widely used to make a wide variety of shaped articles, including molded parts and injection molded parts, often highly proposed for use in the electrical, electronics, and automotive industries.

In these fields of use, the molded polyamide articles are in contact during their normal service life with heat sources which frequently reach and/or reach temperatures well above 100 ℃ for a longer period of time. The heat source may be a heat-generating device or a heated device, or may be the ambient environment in which the molded article is placed. Molded articles and molding compositions based on polyamide for the electrical, electronics and automotive industry generally have to conform to a composite property profile (propertyprofile) comprising (for e.g. molded compositions) good dimensional stability, high Heat Distortion Temperature (HDT) and good mechanical properties, such as high tensile strength, tensile modulus and tensile fatigue.

The polyamide filament has high mechanical strength, high softening point, heat resistance, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self-lubricating property, shock absorption, noise reduction, oil resistance, weak acid resistance, alkali resistance and common solvents, good electrical insulation, self-extinguishing property, no toxicity, no odor, good weather resistance and poor dyeing property, is commonly used for manufacturing combs, toothbrushes, clothes hooks, fan ribs, net bag ropes, fruit outer packaging bags and the like, and is cut into proper lengths to be used as processing raw materials when finished products are produced.

In most of polyamide yarn processing enterprises, two ends of a polyamide yarn are fixed and then manually cut off, so that the working efficiency is low, the processing progress is seriously influenced, and the polyamide flying fibers formed by cutting off in the way fly to the whole working space and are difficult to collect, thereby threatening the health of workers.

Therefore, an integrated device for cutting and collecting polyamide staple fibers is needed to solve the problem.
