The static sealing side 6 is arranged in interference fit with the mounting groove 9. The geometric dimension of the section of the static sealing side 6 is compared with the dimension of the section of the mounting groove 9, and the static sealing side has certain interference, and can be tightly attached to the mounting groove after being mounted.

The shaft mounting structure and the hole mounting structure refer to a hole surface and a shaft surface which are in contact with the dynamic sealing side of the sealing ring. The shaft mounting structure is suitable for occasions that the mounting groove 9 is arranged on a shaft, and the dynamic sealing side 6 of the sealing ring is in contact with the hole surface; the hole mounting structure is suitable for occasions that the mounting groove 9 is arranged on a hole, and the dynamic sealing side 6 of the sealing ring is in contact with the shaft surface.

The invention can be used for working conditions that static sealing and dynamic sealing are required at the same time and no oil exists, the double lips of the dynamic sealing side 5 can realize bidirectional sealing, the oil storage cavity 4 can be used for storing lubricating oil/grease, an oil film is established on the dynamic sealing side, the friction wear caused by high-speed contact with a sealed piece is reduced, the oil storage tank 3 can be communicated with an external oil/grease supply interface to store the lubricating oil/grease, and the hole can convey the lubricating oil/grease in the oil storage tank 3 to the oil storage cavity 4, so that the continuous lubricating effect of the dynamic sealing side 5 is realized. The invention has simple structure, easy production and processing and convenient popularization and use.

As shown in figure 1, static seal side 6 contains 3 surfaces, and the axial dimension of mounting groove 9 slightly is less than the axial dimension of static seal side 6, can guarantee like this that this sealing washer structure has certain precompression volume after the installation, can make static seal side 6 and mounting groove 9 closely laminate, both can promote static sealing performance, can increase the static frictional force between static seal side 6 and the mounting groove 9 again, prevents to appear relative slip between the two.

The sealing lips 1 are distributed on the dynamic sealing side 5 and are in a symmetrical outwards-turned structure, and the two sealing lips 5 are only contacted with the hole wall 7 or the shaft 8 at the end part and are not contacted near the root part.

The oil reservoir 4 is present in the root of the sealing lip 1 and is a space which does not come into contact with the bore wall 7 or the shaft 8 and which stores the lubricant/grease. The oil reservoir 3 is formed on a surface of the static seal side 6 and has a groove continuously formed in a circumferential direction for storing lubricating oil/grease. The oil guide holes 2 are formed inside the oil storage cavity, and the two ends of the oil guide holes are respectively connected with the oil storage cavity 4 and the oil storage groove 3 and are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction.

The hole mounting structure corresponds to the structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 and 3, the mounting groove 9 is formed on the hole wall 7, the dynamic seal side 5 is contacted with the shaft 8, and oil/grease is injected into the oil storage tank 3 through the injection hole 10 positioned on the hole wall 7. The shaft mounting structure corresponds to the structure of the embodiment shown in fig. 4 and 5, the mounting groove 9 is opened on the shaft 8, the dynamic seal side 5 contacts with the hole wall 7, and oil/grease is injected into the oil storage tank 3 through the injection hole 10 positioned on the shaft 8.

The oil storage double-lip-edge sealing ring disclosed by the invention is simple in structure, easy to produce and process, good in sealing and lubricating effects, and has stronger practicability and better application prospect.
