In one embodiment of the present application, the upper tile pillow 4 and the lower tile pillow 5 are fastened together, and in combination with the prior art, the basic setting operation of grinding is performed, and for convenience of understanding, since the upper tile pillow 4 and the lower tile pillow 5 belong to the workpiece to be processed and also belong to the participating parts of the grinding process, the setting can be replaced by a ground substrate or a ground standard die.
