Background

Therefore, the production of skin-feeling furniture not only conforms to the development of the times, but also meets the emotional requirements of people on household wooden products. The skin-sensitive performance of the wooden products is mainly generated by coating a layer of coating with special structure and property on the surface of the wooden board, and when the coating is contacted with the skin of a human body, the skin of the human body can generate soft, full, warm, comfortable and other feelings.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the wooden board surface skin-feel coating prepared by the invention can be formed in one step by UV-ink-jet 3D printing, the process is simple, the production efficiency is high, and the production cost of the wooden board surface skin-feel coating can be effectively reduced.

(2) According to the invention, the UV-inkjet 3D printing technology is adopted to prepare the wooden board surface skin-feel coating, and the wooden board surface skin-feel performance can be effectively controlled through the design of printing textures, so that the wooden board surface skin-feel coating is diversified and personalized, and the requirements of different consumers on the wooden board surface skin-feel performance are met.

The wood-based panels described in examples 1-7 were tested for hardness and adhesion of the skin-feel coating, and the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, the hardness and the adhesion of the skin-feel coating on the surface of the wood board described in examples 1 to 7 both meet the basic requirements of the national furniture paint film adhesion standard (not more than 2 grade) and the national furniture paint film hardness standard (not less than 2H), which indicates that the preparation method of the skin-feel coating on the surface of the wood board described in the present invention is not only feasible, but also the skin-feel coating on the surface of the wood board prepared by the method can meet the application requirements.
