With continued reference to fig. 3-5, the welding mechanism 20 includes a welding roller 21, an ultrasonic welding assembly; the welding roller 21 is assembled in the quick mounting seat, and a gear arranged at one end of the welding roller is in driving connection with the driving box 11 on the rack 10; a driving motor and a plurality of driving chain wheels driven by chains are arranged in the driving box 11; the ultrasonic welding assembly comprises an ultrasonic generator 22, a welding head 23 and a heat dissipation element; the ultrasonic generator 22 is connected with the guide rail 53 in a sliding way through a welding lifting plate 24, and the welding lifting plate 24 is connected with a first lifting driving device 25 in a driving way; the welding head 23 is arranged at the lower part of the ultrasonic generator 22 and is positioned above the quick mounting seat, and the welding direction of the welding head 23 is downward; the heat dissipation element is composed of a top heat dissipation fan 26 and a bottom heat dissipation fan 27; the top heat dissipation fan 26 is disposed outside the ultrasonic generator 22 through a heat dissipation frame; the bottom heat dissipation fan 27 is disposed outside the welding head 23; during assembling, the welding roller 21 is firstly assembled in the quick mounting seat and becomes a module with the mounting seat, the module is assembled into the quick mounting and dismounting bracket 50 from the side of the quick mounting and dismounting bracket 50 and is locked by the locking piece 56, and the quick assembling of the welding roller 21 is realized; when the welding roller 21 needs to be replaced to adapt to the production of masks with different specifications, only the quick mounting seat needs to be pulled out, and the welding roller 21 on the quick mounting seat needs to be replaced; when the machining starting point needs to be adjusted, the quick mounting seat is only required to be pulled out, the welding roller 21 is rotated and adjusted to the starting point consistent with the cutter roller 31, and then the quick mounting seat is inserted; moreover, the ultrasonic welding assembly in the mechanism is arranged on the upper part of the rapid assembling and disassembling bracket 50, compared with the traditional mode of arranging in the worktable of the frame 10, the mode of arranging the ultrasonic welding assembly on the upper part is convenient to install and has better heat dissipation performance, and the ultrasonic welding assembly is also in driving connection with a first lifting driving device 25, the gap between the ultrasonic welding assembly and the welding roller 21 can be adjusted through the first lifting driving device 25, the rapid alignment before processing is realized, and the ultrasonic welding assembly does not need to be lifted by a manual adjusting screw rod in the traditional mode.

With continued reference to fig. 6 to 8, the cutter mechanism 30 includes a cutter roller 31 and a press roller 32; the cutter roller 31 is assembled in the quick mounting seat, and a gear arranged at one end of the cutter roller is in driving connection with the driving box 11 on the rack 10; the press roller 32 is positioned above the quick mounting seat and is in sliding connection with the guide rail 53 through a press slider 33, and the press slider 33 is in driving connection with a second lifting driving device 34 through a press roller 32 transmission assembly; the transmission assembly comprises a transmission shaft 35, a first swing arm 36, a second swing arm 37, a connecting block 38 and a stroke adjusting screw 39; the transmission shaft 35 is slidably connected with the guide rail 53 through a transmission slider 351 and is positioned above the press roller 32; the first swing arm 36 is sleeved on the transmission shaft 35 and connected with the second lifting driving device 34; the second swing arm 37 is sleeved at the left end and the right end of the transmission shaft 35; one end of the connecting block 38 is connected with the second swing arm 37, and the other end is connected with the lower pressing sliding block 33; the stroke adjusting screw 39 is arranged on the bracket upright 52, the tail end of the stroke adjusting screw is connected with the transmission slide block 351, and the vertical position of the transmission slide block 351 can be changed by screwing the stroke adjusting screw 39, so that the maximum stroke of the downward movement of the press roller 32 is adjusted; in this mechanism, the press roll 32 is disposed on top, and the cutter roll 31 is disposed below the press roll 32. The press roller 32 is connected to the fast loading and unloading bracket 50 in a sliding mode and moves up and down through the second lifting driving device 34 and the transmission assembly, compared with the traditional mode of manually adjusting a screw rod, the mechanism has the advantages that the loading speed is high, and the left end and the right end of the press roller 32 are displaced in a horizontal and synchronous mode; only the press roller 32 is moved during feeding, the cutter roller 31 does not need to be moved, the cutter roller 31 and the driving gear are always kept in a meshed state, the processing starting points of the welding mechanism 20 and the cutter mechanism 30 cannot be disturbed, and the design is reasonable; the maximum downward movement stroke of the compression roller 32 can be adjusted by screwing the stroke adjusting screw 39, so that the device is suitable for customizing masks with different thicknesses and specifications, and has strong universality. The cutter roller 31 in the mechanism is assembled through the quick mounting seat, the cutter roller 31 is firstly assembled in the quick mounting seat and becomes a module with the mounting seat, the module is installed into the quick mounting and dismounting bracket 50 from the side of the quick mounting and dismounting bracket 50, and then is locked through the locking piece 56, so that the quick assembly of the cutter roller 31 is realized; when the cutter roller 31 needs to be replaced to adapt to the production of masks with different specifications, only the quick mounting seat needs to be pulled out, and the cutter roller 31 on the quick mounting seat needs to be replaced; when the machining starting point needs to be adjusted, the quick mounting seat only needs to be pulled out, the cutter roller 31 is adjusted to the starting point of the cutter roller 31 in a rotating mode, and then the quick mounting seat is inserted.

With continued reference to fig. 9-11, the double-sided folding mechanism 40 includes a folding bottom plate 41, a pre-pressing wheel 42, a folding backing plate 43, a folding pressing plate 44, a folding inserting plate 45 and a folding adjusting pressing plate 46; the folding bottom plate 41 is provided with a front-back adjusting waist slot, and the mechanism can be adjusted to be aligned with other mechanisms through the front-back adjusting waist slot; the pre-pressing wheel 42 is arranged above the folding bottom plate 41 and is used for pre-flanging the mask material; at least two pre-pressing wheels 42 are arranged and are all mounted on a lifting support 421, and the lifting support 421 is arranged above the folding bottom plate 41 through a portal frame 422; the lifting support 421 comprises a hand-adjusting lifting screw 423 and a lifting mounting plate 424; the manual lifting screw 423 is in threaded connection with the portal frame 422; the lifting mounting plate 424 is arranged at the tail end of the hand-adjusting lifting screw 423; the pre-pressing wheels 42 are arranged at the left side and the right side of the lower part of the lifting mounting plate 424; the folding backing plate 43 is arranged above the folding bottom plate 41 and positioned at the rear side of the pre-pressing wheel 42 and used for supporting mask materials; the folding backing plates 43 are arranged oppositely in a mirror image manner, and the outermost side of the upper part of each folding backing plate 43 is provided with a width limiting strip 431; the folding backing plate 43 is connected with a width adjusting assembly; the width adjusting assembly comprises a folding mounting plate 432 and a width adjusting screw 433; the folding base plates 43 are arranged between the folding mounting plates 432; the two width adjusting screws 433 are respectively in threaded connection with different folding backing plates 43, and the positions of the two folding backing plates 43 can be respectively adjusted; the folding mounting plate 432 is fixed by a folding fixing seat 434; four folding fixing seats 434 are distributed in a rectangular shape and are all arranged at the upper part of the folding bottom plate 41, and each folding fixing seat 434 is provided with an up-down adjusting waist groove 435 for controlling the integral inclination and the integral height of the folding cushion plate 43; by adjusting the overall height, it is possible to control the distance between the folding mat 43 and the folding press 44, thus accommodating materials of different thicknesses; the folding pressing plate 44 is arranged on the rear side of the pre-pressing wheel 42, is positioned above the folding backing plate 43 and is used for carrying out back flanging on the mask material; the folding pressing plate 44 is composed of a flanging plate 441 and a pressing plate 442; the flanging plate 441 is vertically arranged, is positioned at the rear side of the pre-pressing wheel 42, and is assembled on the portal frame 422 through bolts; the presser 442 is attached to the lower portion of the flanging board 441 and located above the folding pad 43, and a feeding area 47 is formed between the presser 442 and the folding pad 43; a reinforcing connecting plate is arranged between the flanging plate 441 and the material pressing plate 442; the width of the flanging plate 441 is customized according to the folding distance of the mask; the folding insertion plates 45 are at least two and are respectively arranged on two sides of the upper part of the folding pressing plate 44 along the front-back arrangement for folding the mask material; the folding adjusting pressing plate 46 is arranged on the upper part of the folding backing plate 43 and is used for assisting the mask material to be folded.

With continued reference to fig. 12 to 13, further comprising a material tension fine-tuning mechanism 60, a surplus material receiving mechanism 70 and a material pulling mechanism 80; the material tension fine adjustment mechanism 60 comprises a fine adjustment bracket 61, a driven gear shaft 62, a fine adjustment roller 63 and a fine adjustment handle 64; the driven gear shaft 62 is vertically arranged in the fine adjustment bracket 61; the fine adjustment roller 63 is in threaded connection with the driven gear shaft 62; the fine adjustment handle 64 is in driving connection with the driven gear shaft 62; the material tension fine adjustment mechanism 60 is arranged between the welding mechanism 20 and the cutter mechanism 30, the lower side of the fine adjustment roller 63 is in contact with the material when in use, and the downward pressure of the fine adjustment roller 63 on the material can be changed by rotating the fine adjustment handle 64, so that the tension of the material is changed.

The excess material receiving mechanism 70 comprises a receiving bracket 71 and a receiving rotating wheel 72; the material receiving bracket 71 is arranged above the rack 10; the receiving rotating wheel 72 is arranged on the receiving bracket 71 and is connected with a receiving motor 73 in a driving way; the mechanism is arranged at the rear side of the cutter mechanism 30 and is used for collecting excess materials cut off by the cutter mechanism 30.

The material pulling mechanism 80 comprises a traction support 81, a traction driving roller 82 and a traction squeezing roller 83; the traction driving shaft is arranged in the traction support 81, and a gear arranged at one end of the traction driving shaft is in driving connection with a driving box 11 on the frame 10; the traction squeezing roller 83 is arranged in the traction bracket 81 and is positioned above the traction driving shaft; the mechanism is inserted among the welding mechanism 20, the cutter mechanism 30 and the double-side folding mechanism 40 and is used for providing power for material conveying.

The working principle is as follows: firstly, conveying a plurality of layers of mask materials to a welding mechanism 20 in a pretreatment assembly through a feeding support 90 for front welding, and welding the plurality of layers of mask materials; then, continuously transporting the workpiece to a cutter mechanism 30 in the pretreatment assembly, cutting off excess materials outside the welding boundary, and collecting the excess materials through an excess material collecting mechanism 70; then, the materials with the excess materials cut off are continuously transported to a double-side folding mechanism 40 for folding, firstly, the mask materials are rolled by a pre-pressing wheel 42, and the flanges at the left end and the right end of the rolled mask materials are rolled up to complete pre-flanging; then, the mask material enters a feeding area 47 formed between the pressure plate 442 and the folding backing plate 43, the turned-up parts of the left and right end turnups of the mask material continue to be turned up through the turnup plate 441, and the turned-up parts move to the surface of the pressure plate 442; finally, the materials which are turned over are folded at the left side and the right side through the folding insertion plates 45 at the left side and the right side respectively, specifically, when the materials which are turned over are folded through the folding insertion plates 45, the folding insertion plates 45 can extrude the materials at the positions to enable the materials to be attached to the surface of the pressure plate 442, after the two sides are folded, the materials are finally attached to the materials transported out from the feeding area 47, and the mask materials are folded; the folded material is continuously conveyed to a welding mechanism 20 in the post-processing assembly for post-welding, and the outer side of the folded edge is welded; then, the fish-shaped mask body is continuously conveyed to the cutter mechanism 30 in the post-processing assembly, excess materials outside the welding boundary are cut off, and the excess materials are collected away through the excess material collecting mechanism 70, so that the fish-shaped mask body is manufactured.

The nose bridge assembly mechanism can be additionally arranged on the respirator body to assemble the nose bridge to the respirator body.
