As the paper feed roller 2 continues to rotate, the second document with the seal stamped is conveyed to the right by the paper feed roller 2 and enters between the paper feed roller 2 and the roller 3, and the end cam 16 continues to rotate while the paper feed roller 2 conveys the second document to complete the stamping of the third document, and the cycle is repeated.

If the paper feeding roller 2 fails to feed the paper and the stamped file cannot be conveyed away, no file exists between the paper feeding roller 2 and the roller 3, the first metal strip 4 can connect the two second metal strips 5, the driving motor 17 of the end cam 16 is short-circuited, the end cam 16 stops rotating, the stamp stops at the left end of the sliding groove 7 and does not perform stamping action, after the paper feeding roller 2 recovers the normal paper feeding action, the file enters the position between the paper feeding roller 2 and the roller 3 again, the first metal strip 4 is separated from the second metal strip 5 by the file, the end cam 16 recovers rotating, the stamping part starts to perform stamping action, and if the paper feeding roller 2 cannot recover the paper feeding action all the time, the machine needs to be stopped for inspection and maintenance.

The invention utilizes the insulativity of the paper to monitor, and can reliably work for paper files of any material, thickness, color and the like.

According to the invention, the stamping action of the stamping part is controlled through the on-off of the first metal strip 4 on the paper feeding roller 2 and the second metal strip 5 on the roller 3, when a paper feeding roller 2 cylinder fails to normally convey a file, the power source of the stamping action is cut off, so that the file damage caused by repeated stamping on the same file can be avoided, the stamping action can be automatically started again after the paper feeding roller 2 recovers normal paper feeding, and the high reliability is ensured, and meanwhile, the capability of automatically connecting the stamping action after the paper feeding part is abnormally recovered due to occasional work is also realized; in addition, the flexible arrangement of the mud printing plate enables the device to adapt to traditional seals and atomic seals, and the universality is strong.
