1. A bicycle, comprising:

a frame including a seat support;

a seat provided on the seat support portion;

a rotatable support portion provided to the seat support portion, the rotatable support portion including a fixed portion and a rotating portion rotatably coupled to the fixed portion;

a seat cover provided to the rotating portion so as to be rotatable between a first position in which the seat cover covers the seat and a second position in which the seat cover exposes the seat;

the intelligent lock is arranged on the frame and comprises a linkage part;

the transmission part is connected with the rotating part and the linkage part of the intelligent lock so as to enable the seat cover to be linked with the intelligent lock, and when the seat cover is located at the first position, the intelligent lock is in a locking state; when the seat cover is in the second position, the intelligent lock is in an unlocked state.

2. The bicycle of claim 1, wherein the transmission portion includes a first traction wheel, a second traction wheel, and a flexible transmission shaft, wherein

The first driving wheel is fixedly connected to the rotating part;

the second driving wheel is meshed with the first driving wheel;

the flexible transmission shaft is coupled with the linkage part of the intelligent lock and the second driving wheel.

3. The bicycle of claim 1, wherein the smart lock includes a locking bolt, and wherein the linkage portion of the smart lock includes:

a driven wheel coupled with the transmission part;

and the movable tooth is meshed with the driven wheel and is coupled with the lock bolt.

4. The bicycle of claim 3, wherein the smart lock includes a lock handle, the moving tooth coupled with the locking bolt through the lock handle.

5. The bicycle of claim 3, wherein the transmission includes a flexible transmission shaft, and the driven wheel is coupled to the flexible transmission shaft.

6. The bicycle of claim 3, wherein the linkage portion further comprises a limit follower and a limit bearing, the limit follower and the limit bearing limiting the moving teeth.

7. The bicycle of claim 1, wherein the smart lock further comprises a drive shaft aperture through which an end of the drive portion is coupled with the drive portion.

8. The bicycle of claim 1, wherein the seat cover includes a frame and a flexible member supported on the frame.

9. A vehicle lock, comprising:

a latch bolt;

a driven wheel;

and the movable tooth is meshed with the driven wheel and is coupled with the lock bolt.

10. A bicycle, comprising:

a frame;

a seat provided to the frame;

a seat cover provided to the seat or the frame and rotatable between a first position in which the seat cover covers the seat and a second position in which the seat cover exposes the seat;

the intelligent lock is arranged on the frame;

and the transmission part enables the seat cover and the intelligent lock to be linked.

Technical Field

The application relates to the field of shared traffic, in particular to a bicycle with a seat cover.

Background

According to statistical data, the number of 2017 is the most rapid year of users in the China shared bicycle industry, and the growth rate reaches 632.1%. The growth rate will then slow down to 14.6% with shared single car users reaching 2.35 million people in 2018. Therefore, the shared bicycle becomes an important tool for people to go out, and people hope that the shared bicycle can be further improved to bring more convenience while bringing convenience to people.

It is to be noted that the information disclosed in the above background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the background of the present application and therefore may include information that does not constitute prior art known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The application provides a bicycle, can improve convenient to use nature and travelling comfort.

Other features and advantages of the present application will be apparent from the following detailed description, or may be learned by practice of the application.

According to an aspect of the present application, there is provided a bicycle including:

a frame including a seat support;

a seat provided on the seat support portion;

a rotatable support portion provided to the seat support portion, the rotatable support portion including a fixed portion and a rotating portion rotatably coupled to the fixed portion;

a seat cover provided to the rotating portion so as to be rotatable between a first position in which the seat cover covers the seat and a second position in which the seat cover exposes the seat;

the intelligent lock is arranged on the frame and comprises a linkage part;

the transmission part is connected with the rotating part and the linkage part of the intelligent lock so as to enable the seat cover to be linked with the intelligent lock, and when the seat cover is located at the first position, the intelligent lock is in a locking state; when the seat cover is in the second position, the intelligent lock is in an unlocked state.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the transmission part comprises a first driving wheel, a second driving wheel and a flexible transmission shaft, wherein the first driving wheel is fixedly connected to the rotating part; the second driving wheel is meshed with the first driving wheel; the flexible transmission shaft is coupled with the linkage part of the intelligent lock and the second driving wheel.

According to an example embodiment, the smart lock includes a bolt, and the linkage portion of the smart lock includes: a driven wheel coupled with the transmission part; and the movable tooth is meshed with the driven wheel and is coupled with the lock bolt.

According to an example embodiment, the smart lock includes a lock handle through which the moving tooth is coupled with the deadbolt.

According to an example embodiment, the transmission comprises a flexible transmission shaft, the driven wheel being coupled with the flexible transmission shaft.

According to an example embodiment, the linkage portion further comprises a limiting driven wheel and a limiting bearing, and the limiting driven wheel and the limiting bearing limit the moving teeth.

According to an example embodiment, the smart lock further comprises a driving shaft hole through which one end of the driving part is coupled with the driving part.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the seat cover includes a frame and a flexible member supported on the frame.

According to a second aspect of the present application, there is provided a vehicle lock comprising: a latch bolt; a driven wheel; and the movable tooth is meshed with the driven wheel and is coupled with the lock bolt.

According to a third aspect of the present application, there is provided a bicycle comprising:

a frame;

a seat provided to the frame;

a seat cover provided to the seat or the frame and rotatable between a first position in which the seat cover covers the seat and a second position in which the seat cover exposes the seat;

the intelligent lock is arranged on the frame;

and the transmission part enables the seat cover and the intelligent lock to be linked.

According to the bicycle of this application embodiment, through increasing the cover lock linkage, can improve convenient to use nature and travelling comfort.

Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar parts in the drawings, and thus their repetitive description may sometimes be omitted. The drawings are merely schematic illustrations of the present disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale.

The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments. While sharing a single vehicle is becoming more popular, as a consumer, almost everyone encounters problems: the seats of the shared bicycle are too dirty. Rain with water, fine with ash, snow in snow. This brings much inconvenience to riding.

Therefore, the applicant considers that the seat shielding function is added on the basis of keeping the structure of the original shared bicycle unchanged as much as possible. Therefore, the original use mode of the shared bicycle can be ensured, and the functions of preventing dust, rain and snow are also added.

According to the application, a linkage part is added to the original vehicle lock or the vehicle lock with the linkage part is designed and manufactured. When the code scanning lock is opened, the seat cover and the lock can be linked through the transmission mechanism and the linkage part, so that the function of shielding the seat is realized, and the original use mode of the shared bicycle is hardly influenced.

Therefore, the application provides a vehicle lock, which comprises a lock tongue and a driven wheel; and a moving tooth. The movable tooth is meshed with the driven wheel and is coupled with the lock bolt. As described in detail later, the vehicle lock according to the present application may be an original vehicle lock with a linkage portion added thereto, or may be a new intelligent lock with a linkage portion. It should be noted that the seat cover is not limited to a cover for shielding rain, snow, dust, and may be a device having or having other functions as long as the seat cover is shielded from the seat.

Thus, according to the present application, there is provided a bicycle comprising: a frame; a seat provided to the frame; a seat cover provided to the seat or the frame and rotatable between a first position in which the seat cover covers the seat and a second position in which the seat cover exposes the seat; the intelligent lock is arranged on the frame; and the transmission part enables the seat cover and the intelligent lock to be linked.

Hereinafter, a bicycle according to an embodiment of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural diagram of a bicycle according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 1, a bicycle 100 according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application includes a frame 110, a saddle 120, a rotatable support 130, a seat cover 140, an intelligent lock 150, and a transmission 160.

As shown in fig. 1, the frame 110 includes a seat support 112, and the seat 120 is provided on the seat support 112. Seat support 112 may have an adjustment mechanism that enables the height of seat 120 to be adjusted to accommodate riding by persons of different heights.

The rotatable support portion 130 is provided to the seat support portion 112. The rotatable support 130 includes a fixed portion 132 and a rotating portion 134 rotatably coupled to the fixed portion, as shown in fig. 2. The rotating portion 134 and the fixing portion 132 may be coupled by a hinge, a pivot connection, or the like, which is not particularly limited in this application. The fixing portion 132 may be fixed to the seat support portion 112 by, for example, a fixing member 138, but the present application is not limited thereto.

The seat cover 140 is provided to the rotating portion 134 so as to be rotatable between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the seat cover 140 covers the seat 120, as shown in fig. 1. In the second position, the seat cover 140 exposes the seat 120, as shown in fig. 2.

According to example embodiments, the seat cover 140 may include a metallic material, a polymeric material, or a composite material. According to some embodiments, the seat cover 140 may include a frame and a flexible member supported on the frame. The seat cover may be implemented in various ways by those skilled in the art and is not limited in this application.

The smart lock 150 is provided on the vehicle frame, and includes a linkage portion so as to be capable of being linked with the seat cover 140 through the transmission portion 160. It is easy to understand that the smart lock 150 may be a general smart lock with a linkage portion integrated outside, or may be a smart lock with a linkage portion inside, which is not limited in this application.

Fig. 3a shows a smart lock that can integrate a linkage.

Fig. 3b shows an external view of an intelligent lock.

As shown in fig. 3a, the device includes a housing 310, a motor 320, a latch 330, a latch tongue 340, a first spring 350, and a second spring 360. The latch 340 has a latch slot 342. In addition, the intelligent lock also comprises a control circuit board and a wireless chip.

After the wireless chip of the smart lock receives a wireless control signal (for example, a bluetooth signal or a 3G network signal) for unlocking, the control motor 320 is started to drive the latch 330 to lift up from the card slot 342, and the locking tongue 340 moves under the action of the first spring 350 to unlock.

When locking is desired, the user may push the locking tongue 340 to move in a direction opposite to the unlocking direction by applying a force to the locking handle 344. When the latch groove 342 is aligned with the latch 330, the latch 330 enters the latch groove 342 by the second spring 360, so that the locking is completed.

Fig. 4a illustrates a linkage that may be integrated inside or outside a smart lock according to an embodiment of the present application.

Fig. 4b shows a schematic view of the linkage part shown in fig. 4a in a locked state after being integrated into the smart lock.

As shown in fig. 4a, the linkage portion may include a driven wheel 410, a moving tooth 420, a limit driven wheel 430, and a limit bearing 450. The driven wheel 410 may be coupled with, for example, the transmission 160 to be interlocked with the seat cover 140.

As shown in fig. 4a, the moving teeth 420 are engaged with the driven pulley 410, so that the driving mechanism coupled to the driven pulley 410 can be driven, thereby driving the seat cover.

Through the plurality of limit bearings 450 and the driven wheels 410 and 430, the motion track can be ensured and the resistance can be reduced, but the application is not limited thereto.

In the case where the linkage is externally integrated with the smart lock, the linkage may further include a shank hole 440 at the driven wheel 420. Thus, the handle of the smart lock may be inserted into the handle hole 440, thereby driving the moving teeth 420, and thus the moving teeth 420 may move along a predetermined path under the limit of the limit follower 430 and the limit bearing 450.

In the case where the linkage is internally integrated in the smart lock, the moving tooth 420 may be more closely coupled to the locking tongue 340 or may be integrated with the locking tongue 340. Such an integrated smart lock can be easily implemented by those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein.

The linkage portion externally integrated to the smart lock may further include a mounting portion 460 for fixing the linkage portion to the smart lock by, for example, a screw.

Fig. 4c and 4d show a schematic view of the linkage externally integrated to the smart lock. Fig. 4c shows the unlocked state and fig. 4d shows the locked state.

As shown in fig. 4c and 4d, the linkage portion includes a transmission shaft hole 490, and one end of the transmission portion 160 may be coupled to the driven wheel 410 through the transmission shaft hole 490, so that the rotation of the driven wheel 410 is transmitted to the rotation portion 134 through the transmission portion 160, thereby driving the seat cover 140 to cover or expose the seat 120.

For example, when the smart lock 150 changes from the locked state to the unlocked state or from the unlocked state to the locked state, the locking tongue 340 may move the moving teeth 420, and the moving teeth 420 may rotate the driven wheel 410. The driven wheel 410 drives the transmission part 160 to drive the rotation part 134 to rotate so as to drive the seat cover 140 to move from the first position to the second position or from the second position to the first position.

It is easy to understand that the technical solution of the present application is not limited thereto. For example, the seat cover 140 may be manually lifted or lowered. At this time, the seat cover 140 drives the transmission part 160, the transmission part 160 drives the driven wheel 410, the driven wheel 410 drives the moving tooth 420, and the moving tooth 420 drives the lock tongue 340, thereby realizing locking or unlocking.

Fig. 5 shows a schematic structural diagram of the transmission part 160 according to the embodiment of the present application.

As shown in fig. 5, and referring to fig. 1 and 2, the transmission portion 160 includes a first driving wheel 162, a second driving wheel 164, and a flexible transmission shaft 166. The first driving wheel 162 is fixedly connected to the rotating portion 134, and the second driving wheel 164 is engaged with the first driving wheel 162. The flexible drive shaft 166 is coupled to the smart lock 150 and the second driving wheel 164.

Alternatively, the flexible drive shaft 166 may be disposed along the fixed portion 132. In addition, the flexible transmission shaft 166 may be restrained on the fixing portion 132.

The transmission part 160 couples the rotating part 134 and the smart lock 150, thereby linking the seat cover 140 with the smart lock 150. For example, the flexible drive shaft 166 is coupled to the driven wheel 410 through a drive shaft aperture 490. When the seat cover 140 is in the first position, the smart lock 150 is in a locked state; when the seat cover 140 is in the second position, the smart lock 150 is in an unlocked state.

According to an exemplary embodiment, the rotatable support includes a housing 136. The housing 136 houses and shields the first and second traction wheels 162 and 164.
