2. The aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester according to claim 1, characterized in that the pressure detection mechanism is a pressure gauge respectively provided on each of the air ducts (2).

The aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester according to claim 1, characterized in that the inflation and deflation mechanism (4) comprises a plurality of individually arranged inflation tubes, each of which is arranged in correspondence with one of the air ducts (2) on the connection post (1).

The aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester according to claim 1, characterized in that the connection post (1) is provided with a strip-shaped groove in its length direction for accommodating the air bag (3); and the air bag (3) is embedded in the strip-shaped groove in the uninflated state of the air bag (3).

5. The aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester of claim 1, wherein the number of the air bags (3) is four, and each air bag (3) is arranged corresponding to one of the elastic sheets (6) in the electrical jack (5).

6. The aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester of claim 1, further comprising:

the air bag limiting stopper (7), the air bag limiting stopper (7) is arranged on the connecting column (1); the elastic piece detection mechanism is in a detection preparation state, the side part of the elastic piece (6) is abutted to the air bag limiting stopper (7) so as to limit the circumferential position of the connecting column (1) to enable the air bag (3) and the elastic piece (6) to be arranged oppositely.

9. A method of testing an aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester as claimed in claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:

s1, respectively filling equal amount of gas into each air bag (3) through the inflation and deflation mechanism (4), wherein the air pressure in each air bag (3) reaches a preset air pressure value; under the preset air pressure value, the air bag (3) is abutted against the elastic sheet (6) in the electric jack (5) so as to push the elastic sheet (6) to be in a power-on state;

s2, sequentially reducing the air pressure value in each air bag (3) to obtain the triggering electrified air pressure value of each elastic sheet (6) and the corresponding air bag (3) when the airplane electric connector is in the electrified state;

s3, comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag (3) with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is smaller than the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet (6) corresponding to the air bag (3) is unqualified;

comparing the triggering electrification air pressure value of each air bag (3) with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrification air pressure value is larger than or equal to the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet (6) corresponding to the air bag (3) is qualified.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of electric connector detection, in particular to an aircraft electric connector contact reliability tester and a detection method thereof.

Background

The aircraft electric connector contact reliability tester is detection equipment for detecting the contact reliability of an aircraft electric jack. The aircraft electric connector comprises electric jack and contact pin, and the shell fragment in the electric jack of aircraft links to each other with the contact pin butt, and the contact pin makes the shell fragment take place to deform and is connected with the contact electricity, makes the electric connector circular telegram. Under the influence of long-time plugging, vibration or natural aging of the electric connector, the positive pressure of the electric jack is reduced, the contact area of the contact point is reduced, and the phenomenon of hole expansion is caused. Finally, the contact resistance is increased, the contact reliability of the plug is reduced, and serious potential safety hazards are caused.

In the prior art, a detection contact pin is adopted to replace a contact pin of an airplane electric connector so as to test the contact reliability of the electric connector. The detection contact pin is composed of detection pins with different diameters, and the detection pins with different diameters are sequentially inserted into the electric jack, so that the hole expansion degree of the electric jack is obtained. However, in the detection process of the detection pin in the prior art, the detection pin needs to be repeatedly inserted into and pulled out of the electrical jack to wear the electrical jack. Moreover, more seriously, because four elastic sheets in the electric jack of the airplane electric connector are mutually independent, the problems of poor contact, deformation and the like of one or more elastic sheets can occur in the using process, and the existing detection contact pin can not find out the specific elastic sheet to be replaced. When the existing detection contact pin detects the reaming problem of the airplane electrical jack, the whole airplane electrical jack needs to be directly replaced, and the airplane electrical jack is special in structure and high in price, so that the maintenance cost of the airplane electrical jack is invisibly increased.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a tester for testing the contact reliability of an aircraft electric connector and a detection method thereof, and solves the problems that in the prior art, the tester for testing the contact reliability of the aircraft electric connector can wear an electric jack, and each elastic sheet in the electric jack cannot be tested independently, so that the maintenance cost of the electric jack is high. Therefore, the invention provides an aircraft electric connector contact reliability tester, which comprises:

the connecting column is internally provided with at least two air ducts for air to pass through;

shell fragment detection mechanism includes: the air bags are arranged on the connecting columns, each air bag is of a strip-shaped structure extending along the length direction of the connecting column, and the number of the air bags is at least two and the air bags are arranged along the circumferential direction of the connecting column; each of the air passages is communicated with one of the air bags;

the pressure detection mechanism is used for detecting the air pressure value of the air in the air bag;

and the inflation and deflation mechanism is respectively communicated with each air passage and is used for inflating or deflating the air bag.

Optionally, the pressure detection mechanism is a pressure gauge respectively arranged on each air duct.

Optionally, the inflation and deflation mechanism comprises a plurality of inflation tubes which are independently arranged, and each inflation tube corresponds to one of the air passages on the connecting column.

Optionally, a strip-shaped groove for accommodating the airbag is formed in the connecting column in the length direction; and the air bag is embedded in the strip-shaped groove in the uninflated state of the air bag.

Optionally, the number of the air bags is four, and each air bag is arranged corresponding to one of the elastic pieces in the electrical jack.

Optionally, the aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester further includes:

the air bag limiting stopper is arranged on the connecting column; the elastic piece detection mechanism is in a detection preparation state, the side part of the elastic piece is abutted to the air bag limiting stopper so as to limit the circumferential position of the connecting column, and the air bag is arranged opposite to the elastic piece.

Optionally, the air bag limit stopper is a baffle arranged along the length direction of the connecting column.

s3, comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is smaller than the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is unqualified;

and comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is greater than or equal to the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is qualified.

And the inflation and deflation mechanism is respectively communicated with each air passage, so that unequal amounts of gas can be filled in each air bag. The pressure detection mechanism detects the air pressure value of the air in the air bag, and compares the detected air pressure value with a preset air pressure value of the elastic sheet which can be normally used. When the detected air pressure value is smaller than the preset air pressure value, the problem of aging deformation of the elastic sheet is proved, the elastic sheet can deform under the drive of smaller acting force, and the problem of hole expansion of the elastic sheet is proved. Through the mutually independent air bags and the pressure detection mechanism capable of respectively detecting each air bag, whether each elastic sheet has the 'reaming' problem can be effectively and respectively detected, so that the detection of a single elastic sheet can be realized, the whole electric jack does not need to be replaced after the problem is detected, and only the single elastic sheet of the electric jack needs to be replaced. Because the aircraft electric connector is high in production and manufacturing cost, the maintenance cost can be effectively reduced by replacing a single elastic sheet.

5. The invention provides a detection method of a tester for the contact reliability of an aircraft electric connector, which comprises the following steps: s1, respectively filling equal amount of gas into each air bag through the inflation and deflation mechanism, wherein the air pressure in each air bag reaches a preset air pressure value; under the preset air pressure value, the air bag is abutted against the elastic sheet in the electric jack so as to push the elastic sheet to be in a power-on state; s2, sequentially reducing the air pressure value in each air bag to obtain the triggering electrified air pressure value of the air bag corresponding to each elastic sheet in the electrified state when the airplane electric connector is in the electrified state; s3, comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is smaller than the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is unqualified; and comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is greater than or equal to the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is qualified.

And (4) triggering the standard air pressure value of the air bag when the electric connector of the airplane is electrified under the condition that the elastic sheet is not loosened and deformed by pre-measurement. And measuring the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag by the detection method. Comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is greater than or equal to the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is qualified; and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is smaller than the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet corresponding to the air bag is unqualified.

a pressure detection means for detecting a pressure value of the gas in the airbag 3; the pressure detection mechanism is a pressure gauge which is respectively arranged on each air duct 2;

and the inflation and deflation mechanism 4 is respectively communicated with each air passage 2 and is used for inflating or deflating the air bag 3. The inflation and deflation mechanism 4 comprises a plurality of inflation tubes which are independently arranged, and each inflation tube is correspondingly arranged with one of the air ducts 2 on the connecting column 1. Each inflation tube can realize independently controlled inflation and deflation;

the air bag limiting stopper 7 is arranged on the connecting column 1, and the air bag limiting stopper 7 is arranged on the connecting column 1; the elastic piece detection mechanism is in a detection preparation state, the side part of the elastic piece 6 is abutted against the air bag limiting stopper 7 so as to limit the circumferential position of the connecting column 1 and enable the air bag 3 to be arranged opposite to the elastic piece 6. The air bag limiting stopper 7 is a baffle arranged along the length direction of the connecting column 1;

and the connecting column limit stopper 8 is arranged in the circumferential direction of the connecting column 1 and is positioned at the edge of the opening of the electrical jack 5, and the connecting column limit stopper 8 is used for limiting the depth of the connecting column 1 entering the electrical jack 5.

The detection method of the aircraft electric connector contact reliability tester comprises the following steps:

s1, respectively filling equal amount of gas into each air bag 3 through the inflation and deflation mechanism 4, wherein the air pressure in each air bag 3 reaches a preset air pressure value; under the preset air pressure value, the air bag 3 is abutted with the elastic sheet 6 in the electric jack 5 so as to push the elastic sheet 6 to be in a power-on state;

s2, sequentially reducing the air pressure value in each air bag 3 to obtain the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag 3 corresponding to each elastic sheet 6 in the electrified state when the airplane electric connector is in the electrified state;

s3, comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag 3 with a standard air pressure value, if the triggering electrified air pressure value is smaller than the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet 6 corresponding to the air bag 3 is unqualified;

comparing the triggering electrified air pressure value of each air bag 3 with a standard air pressure value, and if the triggering electrified air pressure value is greater than or equal to the standard air pressure value, the elastic sheet 6 corresponding to the air bag 3 is qualified.

Example 2

The present embodiment is different from embodiment 1 in that the aircraft electrical connector contact reliability tester in the present embodiment is a handheld device, as shown in fig. 5.
