The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The conditions in the embodiments can be further adjusted according to specific conditions, and simple modifications of the method of the present invention based on the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the claimed invention.

Referring to fig. 1-11, the present invention provides an exhaust gas purification apparatus for desulfurization and denitrification in environmental protection engineering, which comprises a precipitation tank 1, a purification tank 2 communicated with the top of the precipitation tank 1 through a flat discharge pipe 3, a plurality of support seats 4 fixed between the purification tank 2 and the precipitation tank 1, a water storage tank 5 arranged at the rear side of the precipitation tank 1, an air inlet pipe 6 communicated with one end of the purification tank 2, a flat air outlet pipe 19 communicated with the other end of the purification tank 2, a connecting pipe 20 communicated with one end of the flat air outlet pipe 19, a drain pipe 33 with a valve communicated with the side of the precipitation tank 1, an atomization assembly arranged on the purification tank 2 and assembled to purify dust in exhaust gas, a bent pipe 51 communicated with the top of the water storage tank 5, a filter screen 52 installed at one end of the bent pipe 51 far away from the water storage tank 5, an inner bottom surface of the purification tank 2 being an inclined surface, a horizontal plate 7 fixed inside the purification tank 2, and a reciprocating screw rod 8 is rotatably arranged between the transverse plate 7 and the inner surface of the purifying box 2, a nut seat 10 is connected on the reciprocating screw rod 8 by screw threads, the reciprocating screw rod 8 is parallel to the inner bottom surface of the purifying box 2, the bottom of the nut seat 10 is provided with a scraping component, the other end of the purifying box 2 is provided with a speed reducing motor 18, and the output shaft of the speed reducing motor 18 penetrates and extends into the purification box 2 and is fixedly connected with one end of the reciprocating screw rod 8, the scraping component comprises a first scraping plate 14, a second scraping plate 15 and a third scraping plate 16, the widths of the first scraping plate 14, the second scraping plate 15 and the third scraping plate 16 are gradually reduced, supporting strips 17 are fixed at the top ends of the first scraping plate 14, the second scraping plate 15 and the third scraping plate 16, one ends of the supporting strips 17 are hinged with the nut seat 10, a protection component is arranged on the reciprocating screw rod 8, and the protection component is assembled to reduce the abrasion of the reciprocating screw rod 8; the waste gas to be purified is introduced into the purification box 2 by the air inlet pipe 6, and the atomized cold water is fully contacted with the waste gas by the atomization assembly, so that the waste gas can be cooled, impurities such as dust in the discharged waste gas can be discharged, the waste gas is effectively purified, and the working efficiency of the whole device is improved; the supporting seat 4 is arranged, so that the purifying box 2 can be stably fixed at the top of the settling box 1; the flat air outlet pipe 19 and the connecting pipe 20 are arranged, so that purified air can be quickly discharged; through setting up reciprocal lead screw 8 and nut seat 10, cooperate scraping flitch 14 that the width differs again, scrape flitch two 15 and scrape the striking off of flitch three 16 to impurity for the dust of adhesion bottom surface in purifying box 2 etc. can be clear away rapidly, has satisfied actual user demand.

The protection assembly comprises a first waterproof cloth cylinder 9, a second waterproof cloth cylinder 13 and a plurality of slide rods 12, slide holes 11 with the same number as the slide rods 12 are formed in a nut seat 10, the slide rods 12 penetrate through the slide holes 11, the slide rods 12 are fixed between a transverse plate 7 and the inner surface of the purification box 2, the slide rods 12 are uniformly distributed around a reciprocating screw rod 8, the first waterproof cloth cylinder 9 and the second waterproof cloth cylinder 13 are sleeved on the outer sides of the slide rods 12, the first waterproof cloth cylinder 9 and the second waterproof cloth cylinder 13 are respectively positioned on two sides of the nut seat 10, one end of the first waterproof cloth cylinder 9 is fixedly connected with the transverse plate 7, the other end of the first waterproof cloth cylinder 9 is fixedly connected with the nut seat 10, one end of the second waterproof cloth cylinder 13 is fixedly connected with the nut seat 10, and the other end of the second waterproof cloth cylinder 13 is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the purification box 2; through setting up protection component, utilize a waterproof cloth section of thick bamboo 9 and a waterproof cloth section of thick bamboo two 13 to prevent that the deposition of dust-laden drop of water from reciprocating on reciprocal lead screw 8 to reduce reciprocal lead screw 8's wearing and tearing, prolonged reciprocal lead screw 8's life, cooperation slide bar 12 is to waterproof cloth section of thick bamboo 9 and waterproof cloth section of thick bamboo two 13's support and to the limiting displacement of nut seat 10 simultaneously, make the steady operation that whole structure can be long-time, reduced the device's use and maintenance cost.

The inner surface of the purification box 2 is fixedly provided with a uniform box 21, the uniform box 21 is communicated with an air inlet pipe 6, one side, away from the air inlet pipe 6, of the uniform box 21 is communicated with a plurality of guide pipes 22, one end face, away from the uniform box 21, of each guide pipe 22 is an inclined face I23, a rubber pad I25 is arranged on each inclined face I23, one side face, away from the inclined face I23, of each rubber pad I25 is fixedly provided with a pressing plate I24, and the top end of each pressing plate I24 is hinged to the corresponding guide pipe 22; through the arrangement of the uniform box 21 and the plurality of guide pipes 22, the waste gas entering the purifying box 2 can be subjected to homogenization treatment, so that the waste gas can uniformly and stably contact with atomized water drops, and the actual cooling and purifying effects are improved; by arranging the first inclined surface 23 and the first pressing plate 24 on the first inclined surface 23, dust-containing water drops in the interior of the purifying tank 2 cannot enter the interior of the homogenizing tank 21 along the guide pipe 22.

The interior of the settling tank 1 is divided into a first settling chamber 27 and a second settling chamber 28 by a partition plate 26, two collecting hoppers 29 are fixed at the bottom of the settling tank 1, the two collecting hoppers 29 are respectively communicated with the first settling chamber 27 and the second settling chamber 28, a sludge pump 30 is installed at the bottoms of the two collecting hoppers 29, a first shielding inclined plate 49 and a second shielding inclined plate 50 are respectively fixed at the inner tops of the first settling chamber 27 and the second settling chamber 28, a communicating square pipe 53 is communicated between the settling tank 1 and the water storage tank 5, the height of the communicating square pipe 53 is lower than that of the top end face of the partition plate 26, the communicating square pipe 53 is positioned above the second shielding inclined plate 50, and two ends of the communicating square pipe 53 are respectively provided with a plugging component; the inner space of the settling tank 1 is divided into a first settling chamber 27 and a second settling chamber 28 by the partition plate 26, so that sewage entering the settling tank 1 can be settled in a sectional mode, and the sludge can be quickly cleaned by matching with the sludge pump 30; the arrangement of the first shielding inclined plate 49 and the second shielding inclined plate 50 plays a role in buffering water waves, and the influence of water drops on sludge settled at the bottom in the settling tank 1 is reduced as much as possible; through setting up intercommunication side pipe 53, conveniently introduce the inside of storage water tank 5 with the inside water of setting tank 1 to realize the cyclic utilization of water resource.

An observation port 31 is formed in the side surface of the collection hopper 29, a transparent plate 32 is installed inside the observation port 31, the edge of the transparent plate 32 is positioned on the inner surface of the observation port 31 and is in sealing connection, and a liquid level meter 34 is installed on the side surface of the settling tank 1; through the arrangement of the observation port 31 and the transparent plate 32, workers can conveniently observe the internal condition of the aggregate bin 29, so that sludge can be cleaned in time; the liquid level gauge 34 is arranged to facilitate the staff to observe the liquid level in the settling tank 1.

The atomization assembly comprises a booster pump 38, a water pump 45, a water pipe I43, a water pipe II 44, a water pipe III 46 and a cooling part, the booster pump 38 is installed at the top of the purification box 2, the water pump 45 is installed on the water storage box 5, the water inlet end of the booster pump 38 is communicated with one end of the water pipe I43, the other end of the water pipe I43 is communicated with the cooling part, one end of the water pipe II 44 is communicated with the water outlet end of the booster pump 38, a plurality of water pipe IV 47 are installed on the inner top surface of the purification box 2, a plurality of atomization nozzles 48 are installed at the bottom of the water pipe IV 47, the other end of the water pipe II 44 is arranged in a sealing mode, the water pipe II 44 is communicated with the water pipe IV 47, the water inlet end of the water pump 45 is communicated with the inner cavity of the water storage box 5, the water outlet end of the water pump 45 is communicated with one end of the water pipe III 46, and the other end of the water pipe III 46 is communicated with the cooling part; through installation atomization component, utilize booster pump 38 and water pump 45's cooperation to have certain pressure in the water pump inlet pipe four 47, recycle atomizer 48 and spray its atomizing to the inside of purifying box 2 to be favorable to improving the cooling rate to waste gas and the dust removal effect to waste gas, the practicality is strong.

The cooling part comprises a shell 37 and a plurality of cooling pipes 40, the shell 37 is sleeved on the outer side of the flat air outlet pipe 19, a first cooling cavity 39 and a second cooling cavity 41 are formed between the inner surface of the shell 37 and the outer surface of the flat air outlet pipe 19, the cooling pipes 40 penetrate through the flat air outlet pipe 19, the first cooling cavity 39 is communicated with the second cooling cavity 41 through the cooling pipes 40, a heat dissipation sheet 42 is fixed inside the cooling pipes 40, the other end of a first water pipe 43 is communicated with the first cooling cavity 39, the other end of a third water pipe 46 is communicated with the second cooling cavity 41, supporting legs 35 are installed at the bottom of the shell 37, and connecting plates 36 are fixed between the supporting legs 35 and the settling box 1 and the purifying box 2; by arranging the cooling part, cold water pumped by the water pump 45 from the water storage tank 5 is pumped into the second cooling cavity 41, then is conveyed into the first cooling cavity 39 through the cooling pipe 40, and finally is input into the booster pump 38 through the first water pipe 43, so that moisture in damp-heat gas passing through the flat air outlet pipe 19 is removed, the cold water is fully utilized, the structure is ingenious, and the practicability is high; through the arrangement of the heat dissipation sheet 42, the water flow passing through the cooling pipe 40 can be continuously rolled, so that the actual dehumidifying effect is improved; through setting up supporting leg 35 and connecting plate 36, improved the structural stability of the device in the in-service use process, prevent that the fracture phenomenon from appearing in the junction of flat outlet duct 19 and purifying box 2.

The plugging assembly comprises fixed columns 56, a guide rod 57, a guide sleeve 58, a limiting plate 59, a connecting block 60, a pressing plate II 61, a rubber pad II 62 and a floating block 63, two end faces of the communicating square pipe 53 are an inclined plane II 54 and an inclined plane III 55 respectively, the two fixed columns 56 are installed inside the sedimentation tank 1 and the water storage tank 5 respectively, one end of the guide rod 57 is fixedly connected with the fixed columns 56, the other end of the guide rod 57 is fixedly connected with the limiting plate 59, the guide sleeve 58 is sleeved on the guide rod 57 in a sliding mode, the pressing plate II 61 is fixedly connected with the guide sleeve 58 through the connecting block 60, the rubber pad II 62 and the floating block 63 are fixed on two side faces of the pressing plate II 61 respectively, and the two rubber pads II 62 are matched with the inclined plane II 54 and the inclined plane III 55 respectively; through setting up the shutoff subassembly at the both ends of intercommunication side pipe 53, the setting of two 54 and three 55 on inclined plane of deuterogamy, when the liquid level is higher in storage water tank 5, intercommunication side pipe 53 can be cut off to the condition emergence of having avoided the water in the storage water tank 5 to enter into the setting tank 1 in, thereby improved the stability in use of whole device.

Fixing rings 64 are fixed at two ends of the guide sleeve 58, the fixing rings 64 are sleeved on the guide rod 57, a dustproof brush 65 is arranged on the inner surface of each fixing ring 64, and bristles of the dustproof brush 65 are in contact with the guide rod 57; by providing the fixing ring 64 and the dust brush 65, foreign substances such as particulate matter can be prevented from entering the gap between the guide sleeve 58 and the guide rod 57, thereby reducing the abrasion of the guide sleeve 58 and the guide rod 57.

When the purification box is used, the speed reducing motor 18, the booster pump 38 and the water pump 45 are started, the water pump 45 pumps water from the water storage tank 5 and conveys the water to the cooling cavity II 41, the water is conveyed to the cooling cavity I39 through the cooling pipe 40, the water is finally conveyed into the booster pump 38 through the water pipe I43 and atomized and sprayed out through the atomizing spray head 48, the waste gas to be purified is introduced into the homogenizing box 21 through the air inlet pipe 6 and enters the purification box 2 through the guide pipes 22, the gas is fully contacted with water mist at the moment to be rapidly cooled, impurities mixed in the gas can be deposited on the inner bottom surface of the purification box 2 under the action of the water mist, the speed reducing motor 18 drives the reciprocating screw rod 8 to rotate, the nut seat 10 makes linear motion under the limiting action of the slide rod 12, and therefore, the impurities on the inner bottom surface of the purification box 2 can be scraped by the scraper plate I14, the scraper plate II 15 and the scraper plate III 16, impurity and water scraped can enter into precipitation chamber 27 along unloading pipe 3 in, make the water level in precipitation chamber 27 rise gradually, when water level reaches a definite value in precipitation chamber 27, unnecessary water will overturn the inside that baffle 26 entered into precipitation chamber two 28, after the sediment of two cavitys, can get into the inside water of storage water tank 5 through square pipe 53 of intercommunication and can directly utilize, the cyclic utilization of water resource has been realized, but when the water level in storage water tank 5 was too high, square pipe 53 of intercommunication can suffer to cut off because of being located the inside shutoff subassembly of storage water tank 5, consequently only can drain water through drain pipe 33 this moment, transparent plate 32 is used for observing the mud condition in the collecting hopper 29, so that in time utilize sludge pump 30 to discharge mud.
