chemical fiber layer, 40%.

3. The high-elasticity blended cotton yarn as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components:

30% of a plant fiber layer;

40% of animal fiber layer; and

chemical fiber layer, 30%.

4. The high-elasticity blended cotton yarn as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following components:

40% of a plant fiber layer;

30% of animal fiber layer; and

chemical fiber layer, 30%.

5. The blended yarn with strong elasticity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plant fiber layer comprises the following components:

20% -30% of corn fiber;

20% -30% of pineapple leaf fiber;

20-30% of soybean protein fiber; and

20-30% of coconut shell fiber.

6. The blended yarn with strong elasticity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the animal fiber layer comprises the following components:

40-60% of wool; and

30-50% of goose down.

7. The blended yarn with strong elasticity as claimed in claim 1, wherein the chemical fiber layer comprises the following components:

20% -30% of cotton fibers;

20% -30% of non-woven fabric;

20% -30% of polyester fiber; and

20% -30% of graphene.

Technical Field

One or more embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of cotton yarn, and more particularly, to a high elasticity blended cotton yarn.

Background

The cotton thread is a slender and randomly-bendable thread formed by twisting and spinning cotton fibers. Cotton has a wide variety of names, but not exclusively all cotton, all clear cotton (i.e. blended) and rayon. The cotton thread is a thread formed by twisting and spinning cotton fibers. The binding cotton threads have two types of glazing and non-glazing, and the packaging forms include a straight shaft type and a tower shaft type. The tower shaft type is mainly used for processing the lock wire, and the specifications of the tower shaft type are as follows according to professional standards: the white wax light tower thread with 4 strands and 6 strands of 42 yarns and 4 strands and 6 strands of 60 yarns has the models of S424, S426, S604 and S606 respectively, also can be marked as 42S/4, 42S/6, 60S/4 and 60S/6, wherein S represents the yarns, the numbers under oblique lines indicate that the cotton thread for binding the number of strands has two types of glazing and non-glazing, and the packaging form has two types of straight shaft type and tower shaft type.

The existing cotton thread is single in function, insufficient in elasticity and easy to cause problems in the using process, so that the requirement of comfort pursued by consumers cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, an object of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure is to provide a high elasticity blended cotton yarn to solve the problems of the background art.

In view of the above, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide a high elasticity blended cotton yarn, comprising the following components: 30 to 40 percent of plant fiber layer, 30 to 40 percent of animal fiber layer and 30 to 40 percent of chemical fiber layer.

Preferably, the fiber layer comprises 30% of plant fiber layer, 30% of animal fiber layer and 40% of chemical fiber layer.

Preferably, the fabric comprises 30% of a plant fiber layer, 40% of an animal fiber layer and 30% of a chemical fiber layer.

Preferably, the fiber layer comprises 40% of plant fiber layer, 30% of animal fiber layer and 30% of chemical fiber layer.

Preferably, the plant fiber layer comprises 20-30% of corn fiber, 20-30% of pineapple leaf fiber, 20-30% of soybean protein fiber and 20-30% of coconut shell fiber.

Preferably, the animal fiber layer comprises 40-60% of wool and 30-50% of goose down.

Preferably, the chemical fiber layer comprises 20% -30% of cotton fibers, 20% -30% of non-woven fabrics, 20% -30% of polyester fibers and 20% -30% of graphene.

From the above, it can be seen that the beneficial effects of the present invention are: the high-elasticity blended cotton yarn provided by the invention adopts the plant fiber layer consisting of corn fiber, pineapple leaf fiber, soybean protein fiber and coconut shell fiber, the animal fiber layer consisting of wool and goose down, and the chemical fiber layer consisting of cotton fiber, non-woven fabric, polyester fiber and graphene, and has the characteristics of high plasticity, high stretching degree, difficulty in wrinkling, comfort, air permeability and high elasticity.

To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure more apparent, the present disclosure is further described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments.

Example one

A high-elasticity blended cotton yarn comprises a plant fiber layer with the following components of 30%, an animal fiber layer with the following components of 40% and a chemical fiber layer with the following components of 30%.

As a modification of the scheme, the plant fiber layer comprises 20-30% of corn fiber, 20-30% of pineapple leaf fiber, 20-30% of soybean protein fiber and 20-30% of coconut shell fiber.

As a modification of the scheme, the animal fiber layer comprises 40-60% of wool and 30-50% of goose down.

EXAMPLE III

A high-elasticity blended cotton yarn comprises a plant fiber layer, an animal fiber layer and a chemical fiber layer, wherein the plant fiber layer comprises 40% of the following components, the animal fiber layer comprises 30% of the following components, and the chemical fiber layer comprises 30% of the following components.

As a modification of the scheme, the plant fiber layer comprises 20-30% of corn fiber, 20-30% of pineapple leaf fiber, 20-30% of soybean protein fiber and 20-30% of coconut shell fiber.

As a modification of the scheme, the animal fiber layer comprises 40-60% of wool and 30-50% of goose down.
