As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the fan cover structure of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner includes a fan cover base 3 and a fan cover main body 4, wherein at least one positioning pin 32 is disposed on a base guide device 31 of the fan cover base 3, and at least one sliding guide slot 42 is disposed on a main body guide device 41 of the fan cover main body 4, wherein the base guide device 31 and the main body guide device 41 are matched with each other, the positioning pin 32 is disposed in the sliding guide slot 42, and the positioning pins 32 correspond to the sliding guide slots 42 one to one.

The invention is characterized in that a plurality of clamping grooves or screw holes matched with the fan cover base 3 are arranged on the outdoor unit front plate 2, and the fan cover base 3 is fixed on the outdoor unit front plate 2 through a plurality of clips or screws. Fan casing main part 4 passes through main part guider 41 and fan casing base 3 phase-match lock, and both lock through a plurality of locating pin 32 and the slip spacing groove 43 joint of distributing in base guider 31 and main part guider 41 periphery. The positioning pin 32 can slide along the slide guide groove 42, but the positioning pin 32 is finally confined in one of the slide limit grooves 43, thereby ensuring the stability of the position of the fan cover main body 4 in actual use. In general, it is preferable that the base guide 31 is a base guide side plate. In order to adjust the position of the fan cover body 4 so as to be movable in the direction perpendicular to the fan cover body 4, it is preferable that the extension direction of the base guide side plate is perpendicular to the surface of the fan cover body 4. Based on the same concept, the main body guide device 41 is preferably a main body guide side plate. Preferably, the extension direction of the body guide side plate is perpendicular to the surface of the fan cover body 4.

In general, it is preferable that the fan cover base 3 is fixedly installed on the outdoor unit front plate 2, and it is preferable that the fan cover base 3 is fixedly installed on the outdoor unit front plate 2 by screws 5. The invention successfully realizes the adjustment of the distance between the fan cover main body and the fan cover base, thereby changing the length of the air guide channel of the fan cover of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, being beneficial to discharging more air discharged from the air outlet out of the louver in time and avoiding being sucked by the outdoor unit again.
