preparing a material A: manufacturing an upper positioning hole on the positioning upper paperboard, manufacturing a lower positioning hole on the positioning lower paperboard, and manufacturing a glue guiding groove on the glue guiding paperboard; a lead hole penetrating through the tube body is formed at the lower end of the firework paper tube;

In normal setting off, each tube row and each firework paper tube in the tube row are set off one by one according to the lead connection sequence. However, in the prior art, the combination fireworks are easy to have the phenomenon of fire crossing: namely, the gunpowder and the effect pieces in each firework paper tube are not sequentially ignited and launched by a firing cable according to a designed firing program, but two or more firework paper tubes in the same tube row or different tube rows are launched almost simultaneously, so that the firing effect is completely destroyed. Moreover, the faster the firing frequency (rhythm) of each firework paper tube is, the smaller the radial size of the firework paper tube is, the higher the probability of occurrence of a fire cross is.

Meanwhile, a certain standard distance is kept between the front part, the rear part, the left part and the right part of the firework paper tube of the combined firework product, which is favorable for setting off safety, so that a plurality of combined firework products with the distance exist in the market, and the requirement of the distance is more a mandatory standard of the countries such as the United states.

Meanwhile, the combined fireworks can be divided into upright products and special-shaped products according to the distribution postures of the firework paper tubes, in the upright products, the axis of each firework paper tube is vertical to the horizontal plane, and each firework paper tube is in an upright posture; in the combined firework product with the special-shaped distribution, the axes of all or part of the firework paper cylinders are not perpendicular to the horizontal plane, the firework paper cylinders are not in an upright state but in a left-inclined state and/or a right-inclined state, and the combination of the firework paper cylinders in different inclined states can form products such as a fan shape, a W shape, a V shape and the like. In actual production, when the interval special-shaped combined firework product needs to be processed, the manual production process is complex:

1. the method comprises the following steps that glue is manually brushed on a bottom paperboard, paper tubes are placed and adhered one by one according to a set interval and a set posture, the paper tubes can be moved for subsequent processing after the glue is solidified for 2-4 hours after being placed, and the lower end edge of the bottom paperboard is bent towards the side of the paper tubes to avoid fire crossing. Because of manual work, there may be a deviation in the position of the cylinder of each paper tube, and after being launched aloft, the deviation is amplified to affect the effect of firing.

2. Because the cylinder body is not well positioned, the whole long lead wire cannot be used for connecting the lead wire holes of the paper cylinders of the whole cylinder row in series. Two lead holes can be drilled out on the paper tube one by one and small sections of leads are planted for fire transfer connection, and the whole safety lead needs to be installed for standby use as fire transfer due to low fire transfer reliability, so that fire cutoff is prevented.

3. And (3) sealing treatment for preventing fire cross: sealing the lead hole area by using kraft gummed paper, wherein the kraft gummed paper can be effectively sealed only by flattening and pinching; and then adhering and covering the upper surface paper board, and winding and sealing the bottom paper board and the surface paper board by using tin foil paper. The manufacture of one cylinder row is completed.

4. The tube rows are separated by battens to form intervals among the rows, the tube rows are assembled and molded in a laminated mode, and then the ends of the leads among the tube rows are connected in a fire transmission mode (commonly called surrounding leading) to complete basin assembly. The production process has high requirements on production staff, so that only part of specific staff which can be qualified is often selected to carry out the work in practice, but even if the specific staff is limited by the characteristics of manual labor, the phenomenon of fire cross cannot be avoided.

Therefore, for the combined fireworks, the production work efficiency of products with traditional structures is low, the labor intensity is high, the production cost is high, and the production quality is difficult to guarantee.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects, the invention aims to provide the special-shaped combined firework with the space, so that the phenomenon of fire crossing is effectively avoided, and the production process is simplified. The invention also provides a preparation method of the special-shaped combined fireworks with the space. In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that the special-shaped combined firework with the space comprises a plurality of firework paper tubes and a fire transmission lead thereof, wherein the firework paper tubes are provided with lead holes; each firework paper tube penetrates through one upper positioning hole and one corresponding lower positioning hole, the bottom end of each firework paper tube is inserted into the glue guide groove, the lead hole of each firework paper tube and the fire transfer lead thereof are located in the glue guide groove, the depth of the glue guide groove is not smaller than the aperture of the lead hole, and the glue guide groove is filled with glue.

Preferably, the glue guide paper board is fixed below the lower positioning paper board in an adhesive manner, a plurality of strip-shaped glue guide grooves are formed in the glue guide paper board, the number of the glue guide grooves corresponds to the number of rows of the lower positioning holes, and the bottom end openings of the lower positioning holes in each row are located in the same glue guide groove. Preferably, the upper positioning hole for positioning the upper paperboard and/or the lower positioning hole for positioning the lower paperboard and/or the glue guiding groove for guiding the glue paperboard are punch-formed structures. Preferably, the firework paper tube is in interference fit with the upper positioning hole and/or the lower positioning hole through which the firework paper tube passes. The combined firework is integrally of a paper structure, is good in environmental protection property and easy to recycle, is good in adhesiveness, is easy to form a closed structure to prevent fire crossing, is small in density, high in structural strength, low in cost and easy to process.

Preferably, the fire wire of each row of firework paper cylinders is a complete long wire.

Preferably, the preparation method of the spaced special-shaped combined firework comprises the following steps:

preparing a material A: manufacturing an upper positioning hole on the positioning upper paperboard, manufacturing a lower positioning hole on the positioning lower paperboard, and manufacturing a glue guiding groove on the glue guiding paperboard; a lead hole penetrating through the tube body is formed at the lower end of the firework paper tube; the manufacturing mode is preferably a stamping mode.

In the method, if the whole combined firework is connected in series by using the long lead wire, the step of surrounding the lead wire is not needed, but the firework paper tube is too large in quantity and is inconvenient to be connected in series by using the long lead wire. Furthermore, a surrounding glue guiding groove is arranged on the glue guiding paper board corresponding to the connecting part and communicated with the glue guiding groove. Therefore, the phenomenon of fire cross can be effectively avoided.

In conclusion, the beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

1. the combined firework can effectively prevent the phenomenon of fire cross on the basis of simplifying the production process and reducing the labor intensity and the labor precision;

2. the distance arrangement among the front, the back, the left and the right of the firework paper tube is realized through the upper positioning plate, the lower positioning plate and the positioning holes thereof, so that the firework paper tube is convenient and quick;

3. the posture of the firework paper tube can be adjusted by adjusting the position relation of the upper positioning hole and the lower positioning hole, so that the firework paper tube is in a left-inclined state and/or a right-inclined state, and the firework paper tubes in different inclined states can be conveniently combined to form fan-shaped, W-shaped and other special-shaped products;

4. the combined firework integrally adopts a paper structure, so that the combined firework is good in environmental protection property and easy to recycle, good in adhesiveness, easy to form a closed structure to prevent fire crossing, low in density, high in structural strength, low in cost and easy to process;

5. the gluing combination of the lower positioning paper board of the combined firework and the glue guide groove filled with glue has enough strength to bear the recoil of the firework paper tube after being set off and launched, and a bottom plate is not required to be additionally arranged, so that the process is further simplified;

6. the combined firework has better tightness, which means that the same height can be achieved by using less propellant powder, and the reduction of the amount of the propellant powder is beneficial to improving the safety of the firework.
