Meanwhile, the invention also discloses a use method of the local heating cutting device for producing the waterproof roll, which comprises the following operation steps:

s1, opening the feeding placing shaft 306 by rotating the waterproof roll to be processed, placing the processing material on the shaft body of the feeding placing shaft 306, then rotating the feeding placing shaft 306 and rotating the L-shaped extension block 311 to enable the two placing shaft limiting clamps 310 to limit and rotate the feeding placing shaft 306;

s2: then, the material of the feeding shaft 306 is drawn, the conveyed material is observed through the observation window 303, and then the position needing to be heated and cut is determined;

s3: then, the up-and-down position of a sliding displacement block 412 in a displacement block sliding groove 413 is adjusted through an up-and-down adjusting rod 414, and then the position is fixed by utilizing a hook arranged on the surface of a first assembly supporting column 401, so that the movable rolling shaft 406 and a discharging limiting rolling shaft 405 are limited;

s4: then, the positions of the cutting displacement slide block 502 and the heating displacement slide block 509 are respectively adjusted by using two different position pull rods 501, and then the positions of the small-sized air heater 510 and the electric circular saw 504 are adjusted as required to realize the processing operation of the materials;

s5: then, the material is tensioned by the discharging limit roller 405 rotatably arranged in the bearing extension plate 407 and the discharging limit roller 405 at the lower end, so that the heating and cutting operation is completed.

This a working principle that is used for waterproofing membrane production to add cutting device with local heating: when the waterproof roll is used, the feeding placing shaft 306 is opened by rotating the waterproof roll to be processed, the processing material is placed on the shaft body of the feeding placing shaft 306, then the feeding placing shaft 306 is rotated, and the L-shaped extension block 311 is rotated, so that the two placing shaft limiting clamps 310 limit the feeding placing shaft 306 to rotate; the material of the shaft 306 is then placed by drawing in the material.

Observing the transmitted material through the observation window 303, and then determining the position needing to be heated and cut; then, the up-and-down position of a sliding displacement block 412 in a displacement block sliding groove 413 is adjusted through an up-and-down adjusting rod 414, and then the position is fixed by utilizing a hook arranged on the surface of a first assembly supporting column 401, so that the movable rolling shaft 406 and a discharging limiting rolling shaft 405 are limited; the cutting displacer 502 and the heating displacer 509 are then adjusted in position by two different position linkages 501.

Then, the positions of the small air heater 510 and the electric circular saw 504 are adjusted as required to realize the processing operation of the materials; then, the material is tensioned by the discharging limit roller 405 rotatably arranged in the bearing extension plate 407 and the discharging limit roller 405 at the lower end, so that the heating and cutting operation is completed.

It should be noted that the electric circular saw 504 has a specific model specification of M1Y-FF-185, and the small hot air blower 510 has a specific model specification of SH-41.
