However, the annual liquor stored in a natural state has long storage time, high storage cost and limited white liquor storage capacity, and can occupy a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources of an enterprise, so that the market demand is difficult to meet. Therefore, the novel storage device and the novel storage method are provided for replacing the original cellaring device, so that the effect of cellaring for several years can be achieved within a short period of time for white spirit storage.

s3, the filtered white spirit is put into a thermostatic chamber to be processed for 10-20 hours at constant temperature, the temperature in the thermostatic chamber is 20 ℃, and the humidity is 50-60% rh, so that the influence of the external environment temperature on the white spirit is reduced, the white spirit is alcoholized under constant temperature, the mutual fusion and conversion speed of the components of the white spirit is improved, and the soft and mellow taste of the white spirit is improved;

s2, the refrigerated white spirit is subjected to constant temperature treatment in a constant temperature chamber for 10-20 hours, the temperature in the constant temperature chamber is 20 ℃, and the humidity is 50% rh, so that the influence of the external environment temperature on the white spirit is reduced, the white spirit is alcoholized under the constant temperature, the mutual fusion and conversion speed of the components of the white spirit is improved, and the soft and mellow taste of the white spirit is improved;

s3, placing the white spirit subjected to constant temperature treatment in a room at normal temperature for 24 hours to alcoholize the white spirit at natural temperature, and improving the soft taste and the aromatic components of the white spirit;

s4, repeating the steps from S1 to S3 for 3 times, and achieving the effect of storing for 1 year in the conventional method; the steps of S1 to S3 were repeated 9 times, achieving the effect of 3 years of storage in the conventional method.
