The invention provides a mixed soap base electric appliance contact lubricating grease which is prepared from base oil, a thickening agent and an additive, wherein the base oil consists of PAO olefin oil and polyether synthetic oil, the thickening agent is a mixed soap base and consists of 12-hydroxystearic acid and a synthetic inorganic soap base, the additive consists of an antioxidant additive and an antirust additive, and the raw materials are as follows by mass percent:

40-50% of PAO olefin oil, 44-52% of polyether synthetic oil, 4-6% of 12-hydroxystearic acid, 2-3% of inorganic silicon dioxide soap, 0.3-0.5% of antioxidant additive and 0.3-0.5% of antirust additive; the preparation method comprises the following steps:

heating 12-hydroxystearic acid and 1/3 base oil until all components are dissolved; when the temperature is 85-95 ℃, starting to add lithium hydroxide aqueous solution for saponification, controlling the temperature between 100 ℃ and 105 ℃, and finishing saponification for 2 h; heating to dehydrate until the temperature is 150 ℃, sampling and titrating with phenolphthalein, wherein the color is changed into red and is alkaline, and keeping for 30 minutes; adding synthetic inorganic soap base, stirring, and slowly adding the rest base oil for thickening; meanwhile, when the temperature is stirred and heated to 190 ℃, the base oil is added completely; when the temperature of the materials in the kettle reaches 205 +/-2 ℃ and becomes a true solution, immediately filtering the solution through a 120-mesh metal net, pouring the solution into a tray and cooling the solution; when the temperature is cooled to 90 ℃, adding the additive, and uniformly stirring to obtain the product.

The base oil is water-insoluble polyether oil which adopts PAO olefin oil and polyether synthetic oil, wherein the viscosity of the PAO olefin oil is 46-50mm2/s at 40 ℃, the pour point is-48 ℃, the flash point is more than 250 ℃, the viscosity of the polyether synthetic oil is 25-35mm2/s at 40 ℃, the pour point is-45 ℃, and the flash point is more than 210 ℃. The two kinds of oil are light synthetic oil, have small effect on metal and rubber, high flash point, high viscosity index, low volatilization and low pour point, can be completely volatilized even if being burnt at high temperature, do not leave burnt sediments on equipment, and can reduce or eliminate harmful electric foxes generated due to current increase during switching.

The additive of the invention adopts an antioxidant and an antirusting agent, wherein the antioxidant is aromatic amine diphenylamine, phenyl-alpha-naphthylamine and phenol 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-p-cresol. The present invention selects alkyl diphenylamine (liquid). The antirust agent is mainly used for the rust prevention of nonferrous metals, such as tolyltriazole (liquid).
