Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of petroleum processing, in particular to an oil product desulfurization device, an oil product hydrogenation system and an oil product desulfurization method.

Background

The hydrogenation device is a processing device which must be configured for upgrading the quality of oil products, sulfur in the oil products can be removed in the process of upgrading the quality of the oil products, the sulfur is subjected to desulfurization reaction under the action of a catalyst in the hydrogenation device to generate hydrogen sulfide, the desulfurization reaction can be influenced due to the accumulation of the hydrogen sulfide to a certain degree, the quality of the oil products can be influenced, and corrosion to equipment and pipelines can be caused, so that a desulfurization tower is usually arranged in the hydrogenation device to remove the hydrogen sulfide.

Usually, a dimethyl diethanolamine solution (abbreviated as a lean solution) is used to purify a hydrocarbon gas containing hydrogen sulfide generated by a desulfurization reaction to remove hydrogen sulfide, the hydrogen sulfide is dissolved in the lean amine solution to form an amine-rich solution, and the amine-rich solution needs to be introduced into a solvent regeneration tower to be treated to regenerate the lean amine solution, so that recycling is realized. Since the gas introduced into the desulfurization tower may also contain a hydrocarbon layer such as methane and ethane, the upper layer of the amine-rich liquid inside the desulfurization tower may float the deposited hydrocarbon layer after the desulfurization tower is operated for a certain period of time, and thus the deposited hydrocarbon layer needs to be removed.

At present, the deposited hydrocarbon layer is mainly discharged into a flash tank for flash evaporation to remove the floating hydrocarbon layer, but the rich amine liquid is discharged into the flash tank while the hydrocarbon is discharged, and a large amount of hydrocarbon is discharged into the flash tank, so that the flash effect is poor, the hydrocarbon and the rich amine liquid cannot be effectively separated, and therefore the hydrocarbon easily enters the solvent regeneration tower along with the rich amine liquid, so that the liquid level fluctuation of the solvent regeneration tower is caused, and the regeneration treatment is influenced.
