Preferably, the aqueous resin is one of an aqueous epoxy resin, an aqueous polyurea resin, an aqueous phenol resin and an aqueous polyurethane resin.

Preferably, the aerogel felt is one of a silica aerogel felt, an alumina aerogel felt, a titania aerogel felt, and a zirconia aerogel felt.

Preferably, the flame retardant is one or more of phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant, inorganic flame retardant, DOPO, decabromodiphenyl ether and decabromodiphenyl ethane.

Preferably, the inorganic flame retardant is aluminum hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, ammonium phosphate or zinc borate, and the phosphorus-nitrogen flame retardant is ammonium polyphosphate, isopropylated triphenyl phosphate, melamine pyrophosphate or melamine cyanurate.

Preferably, the dispersant is one of BYK-161, BYK-163 and BYK-2000.

A preparation method of the heat-insulating flame-retardant sheet comprises the following steps:

(1) according to the composition of the flame-retardant coating, the water-based elastic coating and the water-based resin are stirred uniformly, then the flame retardant, the dispersing agent, the coupling agent and the silicon dioxide powder are sequentially added, and the stirring is continued until the mixture is uniform, so that the flame-retardant coating is obtained;

(2) Purging the surface of the aerogel felt to be clean, and removing floating powder on the surface to obtain a felt body A;

(3) spraying the flame-retardant coating obtained in the step (1) on the periphery of the felt body A obtained in the step (2);

(4) and (4) drying the felt obtained in the step (3) to obtain the heat-insulating flame-retardant sheet.

(3) according to the invention, a layer of water-based elastic coating is coated outside the flame-retardant coating so as to form a protective layer outside the flame-retardant coating, so that the flame-retardant coating is protected and is not easy to fall off;

(4) the heat-insulating flame-retardant sheet prepared by the invention can be applied to new energy automobiles in a large scale, and the excellent heat-insulating property of the heat-insulating flame-retardant sheet has great reference significance for the application of the heat-insulating flame-retardant sheet in the heat-insulating fields of buildings, industry, civil use and the like.
