Background

The main raw material for producing the packing paper is waste paper, and the waste paper is recycled to manufacture the cardboard paper, which needs a certain special property, mainly comprising a series of properties such as paper strength, printability, water resistance, stiffness and the like. The waste paper is smashed, decolored and pulped to produce the recycled paper through various procedures, and 80 percent of the raw materials of the packing paper are from the recycled waste paper, so the waste paper is praised as environment-friendly paper with low energy consumption and light pollution. The limitation of the current national policy on imported waste paper leads the production of packaging paper to be dominated by national waste, namely domestic waste paper, and the domestic waste paper is paper made of wood fibers recycled for many times, so that the paper fibers are short, and a lot of fine sand and other impurities are doped in the processes of making, recycling and reusing. Compared with imported waste paper, the quality of domestic waste paper is much poorer, because the foreign waste paper is relatively less in recycling frequency, the content of fiber in one time is high, and the strength of the imported waste paper is much higher when the imported waste paper is reused. Because the quality of domestic waste is poor and the strength is low, the surface gluing process is needed to improve the strength in the production flow of the packaging paper, and the surface gluing process is to change starch into liquid with certain viscosity after the starch is steamed, gelatinized, screened and purified, and the liquid is called surface gluing, namely surface gluing starch glue solution. The glue solution is transferred to the paper surface of the base paper by surface sizing equipment according to a certain solid content and viscosity range, so that the paper has higher strength (breakage resistance, folding resistance, ring crush resistance, stiffness, fracture length and the like), and then aluminum sulfate and a surface sizing agent (water repellent agent) are added into the glue solution so that the paper has certain water resistance, and the whole process is called surface sizing of the paper. The requirement on the cleanliness of starch glue solution is high due to the large use amount of starch, and meanwhile, a large amount of fine sand grains and paper wool in domestic waste are brought into the reflowing glue solution, so that the existing glue solution reflowing treatment cannot meet the requirement easily.

a purification system for surface sizing starch glue solution comprises a sizing tank, a sizing machine and a backflow tank which are sequentially connected through pipelines and form a loop, wherein the sizing tank is connected with a pipeline between the sizing machines to form a sizing unit; the feeding sieve is arranged between the gluing tank and the gluing machine and used for removing impurities in glue solution of the gluing unit, and the glue solution flowing out of the gluing tank enters the gluing machine for gluing after impurity removal treatment of the feeding sieve; the glue inlet end of the slag remover is connected with the glue outlet end of the reflux tank, and the slag remover is used for removing impurities with high density in the glue solution of the reflux unit; the glue inlet end of the square vibrating screen is connected with the glue outlet end of the slag remover, the glue outlet end of the square vibrating screen is connected with the upper glue tank and used for introducing the treated backflow glue solution into the glue tank, and the square vibrating screen is used for removing large-volume impurities in the backflow unit glue solution.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) aiming at the problem that more impurities are generated in the process of producing paperboards or cartons by using domestic waste paper, the invention arranges a group of slag separators for treating fine sand grains and paper wool in the backflow glue solution, wherein the backflow glue solution is firstly subjected to the slag separators to remove the fine sand grains, and then is further filtered by a vibrating screen to remove light impurities such as the paper wool; the deslagging device arranged in the backflow unit adopts a centrifugal force heavy slag removal mode, so that the existing mode of filtering impurities by adopting a volume mode is avoided, sand grains with small volume and large density are omitted, specifically, the deslagging device utilizes the density of a substance to separate, the centrifugal force is larger when the density is larger, fine sand with large density in glue liquid can be separated in the rotating process of the glue liquid, the traditional treatment process can only separate impurities with large size in the glue liquid, the sand grains with small size cannot be screened out, and the fine sand grains can block a hanging rod of the glue applicator after entering a system, so that the glue application is not uniform; after the centrifugal force is used for removing slag, light fibers such as paper wool and the like are removed in a volume screening mode, so that the purification of glue solution in the reflux unit is facilitated;

(2) The centrifugal force slag remover of the original gluing unit is moved into the backflow unit to treat heavy slag firstly, so that the heavy slag of backflow glue solution is prevented from flowing into the gluing tank, the phenomenon that the inlet of the gluing tank is easy to block is reduced, the clean glue solution in the gluing tank is prevented from being polluted firstly, the heavy slag is dispersed, further impurity removal procedures are not facilitated, and the cleanliness of the glue solution is influenced finally;

(3) the glue solution to be purified is firstly processed by pasting starch, wherein the pasting starch has the action mechanism that the pasted starch is uniformly coated on the surface of paper to improve the strength of the paper, and the starch is an organic matter with larger molecular weight and can decompose the organic molecular groups in groups into molecular structures with a plurality of branched chains after being cooked and pasted, and the molecular structures of the branched chains have stronger strength after being dried and combined on the surface of the paper, so that the strength of the paper is improved;

(4) the invention also adds a mutually independent purification system in the sizing process of the front and back surfaces of the paper, and the cleanliness of the backflow glue solution is enhanced by arranging one purification system in the prior art.
