Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sealed grouting front end device and a grouting construction method, and solves the technical problem that a grouting hole in the front end of a grouting pipe in the prior art is easily blocked by soil to affect the grouting effect.

The present invention in a first aspect provides a sealed grouting front end device, comprising:

the first end of the protective sleeve is detachably connected with a conical head;

when the lower pipe of the grouting pipe reaches the designed grouting position, grouting pressure is applied to the grouting pipe, the protective sleeve and the conical head are pushed to break loose the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe downwards, the grouting hole in the short connecting pipe is exposed, and grouting operation is performed.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) when the grouting front-end device drills in a soil body, the grouting front-end device is in a closed state, and the front-end device is in a closed state due to the addition of the sealing ring, so that the blockage caused by the fact that silt enters the grouting front-end device from a grouting hole is avoided;

(2) when the grouting pipe reaches the designed grouting position, grouting pressure is applied to the grouting pipe, the protective sleeve is pushed forwards, and therefore the device is opened, the grouting hole is exposed, and grouting is conducted;

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first aspect of the present embodiment provides a sealed grouting front end device, which specifically includes: a protective sleeve 11, a conical head 12, a short connecting pipe 13, a grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 and a sealing ring 15. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:

the first end of the protective sleeve 11 is removably attached to the flat end of the conical head 12 (i.e., the end opposite the conical tip). Preferably, the cone head 12 is connected to the first end of the protection sleeve 11 by a screw connection manner, wherein a first screw thread is arranged on an inner wall of the first end of the protection sleeve 11, a second screw thread is arranged on an outer wall of the flat end of the cone head 12, and the first screw thread and the second screw thread are screwed together.

The pipe wall of the junction pipe 13 is provided with a plurality of grouting holes 131 (the number of the grouting holes is not limited and is not limited to the arrangement form shown in the figure, and can be changed according to grouting requirements), the second end of the protection sleeve 11 is sleeved outside the junction pipe 13 and can move relatively between the protection sleeve and the junction pipe, the moving range of the protection sleeve 11 can cover the length of the whole junction pipe 13, when the second end of the protection sleeve 11 moves to the second end of the junction pipe 13, the protection sleeve 11 completely covers the grouting holes 131 on the junction pipe 13, and silt can be prevented from entering the device from the grouting holes 131 to cause blockage.

In this embodiment, the anti-releasing structure includes a first limiting ring 161 disposed on the inner wall of the second end of the protection sleeve 11 and a second limiting ring 162 disposed on the outer wall of the first end of the junction pipe 13, and the outer diameter of the second limiting ring 162 is greater than the inner diameter of the first limiting ring 161.

The first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 can be detachably connected to the second end of the short connecting pipe 13 far away from the conical head 12, the first end of the protective sleeve 11 is simultaneously sleeved on the outer side of the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14, and a sealing effect is achieved by arranging the sealing ring 15 between the first end and the outer side, the sealing ring 15 is preferably a rubber sealing ring, elastic sealing rings made of silica gel materials and the like can be adopted, certain elasticity is met, the device can be kept in a closed state in the pipe descending process of the sealed grouting front end device, and the protective sleeve can be separated from the grouting pipe connecting pipe under the condition that the protective sleeve is pushed by grouting pressure.

Wherein a first end of the grouting pipe adapter 14 is connected to a second end of the junction stub 13 by means of a threaded connection. The second end of the grout pipe nipple 14 is provided with a threaded pipe 141 to which the grout pipe is connected.

In this embodiment, the inner wall of the first end of the grouting pipe connection pipe 14 is provided with a third thread, the outer wall of the second end of the connection short pipe 13 is provided with a fourth thread, the third thread and the fourth thread are screwed together, and the grouting pipe connection pipe 14 and the connection short pipe 13 can be conveniently detached and installed during cleaning and replacement by adopting a threaded connection mode.

The inner wall of the second end of the protective sleeve 11 is sleeved on the outer wall of the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14, the sealing ring 15 is sleeved on and cemented on the outer wall of the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14, one or more sealing rings can be arranged, the number of the sealing rings is more, the sealing capability is better, however, the sealing capability is not too much, otherwise, the protective sleeve 11 can be smoothly struggled from the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 during grouting, and 1-2 sealing rings are generally arranged.

Further, the edge of the inner wall of the second end of the protection sleeve 11 is provided with a third limiting ring 163, and the sealing ring 15 can abut against the third limiting ring 163 to enhance the sealing effect.

The invention also provides a grouting construction method realized by using the sealed grouting front end device in the embodiment, which specifically comprises the following operation steps:

step S1: providing a conical head 12, a protective sleeve 11, a short connecting pipe 13 and a grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 which are connected in sequence;

step S2: the second end of the protective sleeve 11 is tightly sleeved outside the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 of the grouting pipe 1, the second end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 is connected with a grouting pipe (not shown in the figure), and a gap between the inner wall of the second end of the protective sleeve 11 and the outer wall of the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 is sealed through a sealing ring 15;

step S3: the conical head 12 is inserted into a soil body (not shown in the figure) downwards, pipe discharging operation is carried out, the sealing ring 15 is utilized to enable the sealing type grouting front end device to be in a sealing state in the pipe discharging process, and silt is prevented from entering the device from a grouting hole and a gap between the protective sleeve 11 and the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 to cause blockage;

step S4: when the lower pipe of the grouting pipe reaches the designed grouting position, grouting pressure is applied to grouting in the grouting pipe, the protective sleeve 11 and the conical head 12 are pushed to break loose the first end of the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 downwards, the sealing ring connection between the protective sleeve 11 and the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 is overcome, the grouting hole 131 in the short connecting pipe 13 is exposed, and grouting operation is carried out.

In addition, when the sealed grouting front end device needs to be cleaned, the protective sleeve 11 and the conical head 12, and the connecting short pipe 13 and the grouting pipe connecting pipe 14 are in threaded connection, so that the device can be disassembled into parts, and cleaning and replacement are convenient.

Compared with the prior art, the sealed grouting front end device and the grouting construction method have the following advantages:

(1) when the grouting front-end device drills in a soil body, the grouting front-end device is in a closed state, and the front-end device is in a closed state due to the addition of the sealing ring, so that the blockage caused by the fact that silt enters the grouting front-end device from a grouting hole is avoided;

(2) when the grouting pipe reaches the designed grouting position, grouting pressure is applied to the grouting pipe, the protective sleeve is pushed forwards, and therefore the device is opened, the grouting hole is exposed, and grouting is conducted;
