The invention belongs to the field of safety protection of temporary buildings, and particularly relates to a scaffold gangboard and an installation method thereof.

Background

Scaffolds are various supports that are temporarily set up for workers to operate and solve vertical and horizontal transportation in the construction process of building works. The springboard is erected on a scaffold and serves as the most common temporary operation platform in the construction of constructional engineering. However, many workers in the country step on the ground every year or a serious safety accident is caused by unstable placement of the steel fence pieces used as the gangway, so that reinforcement measures must be taken to avoid the safety accident. These ordinary springboards are relatively troublesome to fix and inconvenient to install.

Patent application CN 201120492975 discloses a steel springboard for scaffold, wherein U-shaped hooks for fixing the steel springboard are arranged on two end faces of the steel springboard. However, the side of the steel springboard is not provided with a reinforcing measure, and the steel springboard is only suitable for the scaffold with a fixed distance between the small vertical rods due to the U-shaped hook and cannot be adjusted.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a scaffold gangboard and an installation method thereof, so that the gangboard is combined with a steel pipe of a scaffold, the stability of the gangboard is enhanced, and the risk caused by potential safety hazards is reduced.

The invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Compared with the prior art, the method for installing the scaffold gangboard has the advantages that:

the reinforcing of the springboard is realized, the safety of the springboard is enhanced, the installation and the operation are simple and convenient, and the time and the labor cost are saved.

Further, a gasket is added between the movable clamping piece with the arc and the nut.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further described with reference to specific embodiments. It is to be understood that the following description is only for purposes of clearly illustrating the present invention and is not to be taken in a limiting sense.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the scaffold gangboard is composed of a gangboard frame 1, cross bars 2, longitudinal bars 3 and the like. The springboard frame 1 is of a rectangular structure, and two ends of the cross rod 2 are respectively and vertically welded to the inner sides of two short edges of the springboard frame 1. Two L-shaped buckles 4 are welded above one of the short edges of the springboard frame 1, as shown in fig. 2, and are used for connecting adjacent springboards. The long limit of one side of springboard frame 1 is equipped with the trompil of a plurality of equipartitions, and the diameter of trompil matches with the diameter of vertical pole 3, supplies vertical pole 3 to pass in the trompil. After the vertical rod 3 passes through the opening, one end of the vertical rod is vertically welded on the long edge of the springboard frame 1 which is not provided with the opening, and the other end of the vertical rod exceeds the long edge provided with the opening. Three longitudinal rods 3 with threads 7 are arranged at the positions beyond the ends, one longitudinal rod is positioned in the middle of the springboard frame 1, and the other two longitudinal rods 3 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the springboard frame 2. Taking the vertical rod positioned at the middle position as an example, one end of the vertical rod 3 provided with threads is provided with a movable clamping piece 6 with an arc, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the movable clamping piece 6 with the arc is fastened through a nut 8 and a gasket 9; and a fixing clamping piece 5 with an arc is arranged on the outer side of the long edge where the other end of the longitudinal rod 3 is positioned, as shown in figure 2. The fixed clamping piece 5 with the circular arc and the movable clamping piece 6 with the circular arc have basically the same structure, and the movable clamping piece 6 with the circular arc is provided with a through hole 10 corresponding to the position of the longitudinal rod 3. The movable clamping piece 6 with the circular arc is taken as an example for explanation, and is a rectangular block structure, a circular arc structure with the radius the same as that of the large cross bar of the scaffold is formed at the left lower side of the rectangular block structure through cutting, the circle center of the circular arc structure is superposed with the circle center of the large cross bar of the scaffold, and the arc length of the circular arc structure is 40% -50% of the outer circumference of the large cross bar, so that the circular arc structure and the large cross bar of the scaffold can be effectively and firmly clamped together. The through hole 10 of the movable clamping piece 6 with the circular arc is arranged above the circular arc structure.

On the other hand, the method for installing the scaffold gangboard is implemented by the following steps:

firstly, one side of a springboard, which is provided with a fixed clamping piece 5 with an arc, is lapped on an outer side large cross bar 11 of a scaffold, the fixed clamping piece 5 with the arc is firmly clamped with the outer side large cross bar 11, then one side of a longitudinal rod 3, which exceeds a long edge, is lapped on an inner side large cross bar 12 of the scaffold, a movable clamping piece 6 with the arc is penetrated on a longitudinal rod 2, the position of the movable clamping piece 6 with the arc is adjusted according to the distance between the outer side large cross bar 11 and the inner side large cross bar 12 until the movable clamping piece 6 with the arc is clamped on the inner side large cross bar 12, gaskets 9 are arranged on the outer sides of all the movable clamping pieces 6 with the arc, nuts 8 are screwed on the outer sides of the gaskets 9 and fastened, and the installation of the spring; and then connecting the other springboard with the springboard through a springboard connecting piece 4, repeating the steps, and paving along the long edge direction until the springboard of the layer of scaffold is fully paved. Fig. 6 to fig. only show two adjacent gangway boards connected to the scaffold.

The springboard is simple to manufacture, the stability and the safety of the springboard are greatly improved by reinforcing the three surfaces, the installation and the operation are simple and convenient, time and labor are saved, and the springboard can adapt to scaffolds with different large cross rod distances.
