5. A fibreboard mould assembly as claimed in claim 4, characterised in that the surfaces of the front and rear formworks (1, 9) remote from each other are coated with a uniform distribution of fire-resistant mortar (19).

6. A fibreboard mould assembly as claimed in claim 4, wherein the first (10) and second (14) polystyrene balls are both a slurry of mixed cement and sand.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of fiberboard molds, in particular to a fiberboard mold assembly.

Background

Compared with the common wood board mold, the fiberboard mold has the characteristics of decay resistance and worm damage resistance, and meanwhile, the fiberboard has small expansion and shrinkage and is convenient to process, so that the fiberboard mold has better production performance when being used compared with the traditional wood board mold.

The existing fiber board die on the market generally does not have the function of fixing the metal pipes, so that the metal pipes in the fiber board cannot be well and accurately arranged and stably fixed; meanwhile, most of the existing fiber boards are troublesome to combine with each other and unstable due to lack of corresponding combined structures, and therefore, in order to solve the problems, the fiber board die assembly is provided.

Disclosure of Invention

The fiber board die assembly provided by the invention solves the problem that the metal pipes cannot be accurately arranged in the fiber board because the conventional fiber board die does not have the function of fixing the metal pipes.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

the fiberboard mould component comprises a cement fiberboard, a bottom template, a fixing device and a medium template, wherein the top end and the bottom end of the cement fiberboard are respectively provided with an insertion station and a fixing seam, the fixing seam is arranged close to the side surface of the cement fiberboard, one side surface of the fixing device close to the cement fiberboard is fixedly connected with plugs which are distributed uniformly, the plugs are respectively connected with the insertion station and the fixing seam in a sliding manner, the two side surfaces of the cement fiberboard and the two ends of the fixing device are respectively provided with a mortise and provided with a tenon, the tenons and the mortise are matched with each other, the cement fiberboard is fixedly mounted inside with uniformly distributed aggregation templates, connectors are fixedly mounted between the aggregation templates, circular metal pipes and embedded metal pipes are slidably mounted between the aggregation templates, and the circular metal pipes and the embedded metal pipes are respectively fixedly connected with the connectors, the side and the top surface of cement fiberboard are coated with first polystyrene ball and second polystyrene ball that evenly distributed respectively, just the equal fixedly connected with intermediary's template of both sides face of cement fiberboard.

Preferably, a side fixedly connected with embedding station that cement fiberboard was kept away from to fixing device, just evenly distributed's embedded groove is seted up to a side that the die block board is close to fixing device, embedding station and embedded groove sliding connection.

Preferably, the two side surfaces of the cement fiberboard are fixedly provided with side end strip modules.

Preferably, a front template and a rear template are fixedly connected to one side surface of the intermediate template away from each other.

Preferably, the surfaces of the sides, far away from each other, of the front formwork and the rear formwork are coated with uniformly distributed refractory mortar.

Preferably, the first polystyrene sphere and the second polystyrene sphere are both made of slurry prepared by mixing cement and sand.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

The mortise and tenon openings are respectively formed in the two side faces of the cement fiberboard and the two ends of the fixing device, and the tenon is arranged at the two side faces of the cement fiberboard, so that the mortise and tenon openings and the adjacent tenon are riveted, the cement fiberboard and the fixing device are conveniently spliced, and the device can be conveniently and stably installed.

3. Referring to fig. 1-7, a fiberboard mold assembly comprises a cement fiberboard 2, a bottom formwork 5, a fixing device 6 and a middle formwork 4, wherein the top end and the bottom end of the cement fiberboard 2 are respectively provided with an inserting station 15 and a fixing seam 12, the fixing seam 12 is arranged close to the side surface of the cement fiberboard 2, one side surface of the fixing device 6 close to the cement fiberboard 2 is fixedly connected with plugs which are distributed uniformly, the plugs are respectively connected with the inserting station 15 and the fixing seam 12 in a sliding manner, two side surfaces of the cement fiberboard 2 and two ends of the fixing device 6 are respectively provided with mortise ports 18 and tenons 17, the tenons 17 and the mortise ports 18 are matched with each other, the inside of the cement fiberboard 2 is fixedly provided with uniformly distributed strand formworks 8, connectors 16 are fixedly arranged between the strand formworks 8, round metal pipes 7 and embedded metal pipes 13 are arranged between the strand formworks 8 in a sliding manner, and the round metal pipe 7 and the embedded metal pipe 13 are respectively fixedly connected with the connector 16, the side surface and the top surface of the cement fiber board 2 are respectively coated with a first polystyrene ball 10 and a second polystyrene ball 14 which are uniformly distributed, the two side surfaces of the cement fiber board 2 are respectively and fixedly connected with an intermediary template 4, the fixing device 6 is far away from one side surface of the cement fiber board 2 and is fixedly connected with an embedding station 11, a side surface of the bottom template 5, which is close to the fixing device 6, is provided with a uniformly distributed embedding groove, the embedding station 11 is in sliding connection with the embedding groove, the two side surfaces of the cement fiber board 2 are respectively and fixedly provided with a side end strip module 3, one side surface of the intermediary template 4, which is far away from each other, is respectively and fixedly connected with a front template 1 and a rear template 9, one side surface of the front template 1 and the rear template 9, which are far away from, the first polystyrene sphere 10 and the second polystyrene sphere 14 are both made of slurry mixed by cement and sand.

Referring to fig. 6, the surface of the fixing device 6 is provided with plugs C and fixing clips F which are symmetrically distributed, and the positions of the plugs C and the fixing clips F on the surface of the fixing device 6 correspond to the insertion station 15 and the fixing slot 12 on the surface of the cement fiberboard 2, respectively.

The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, firstly, the tenon 17 of the fiber board component is inserted into the inside of the mortise 18 of the adjacent fiber board component, so that the splicing between the two fiber board components is completed, then, the tenon is inserted into the inside of the embedded groove of the bottom template 5 through the embedded station 11 of the fixing device 6, so that the fixing device 6 is fixedly connected with the bottom template 5, meanwhile, the mortise 18 and the tenon 17 are respectively arranged at the two ends of the fixing device 6, so that when the fiber board components are spliced, the adjacent fixing devices 6 can also be mutually spliced through the tenon 17 and the mortise 18, so that the fixing device 6 can be fixedly connected, then, the plug on the fixing device 6 is inserted into the inserting station 15 on the cement fiber board 2, so that the cement fiber board 2 is fixedly connected with the bottom template 5, then, a connector 16 is arranged at the middle position of the cement fiber board 2 in a penetrating manner, and fixedly connecting the round metal pipe 7 and the embedded metal pipe 13 with the connector 16, so that the round metal pipe 7 and the embedded metal pipe 13 are respectively and fixedly connected with the connector 16, so that the round metal pipe 7 and the embedded metal pipe 13 are fixed inside the cement fiberboard 2 according to a certain sequence, the front formwork 1 and the rear formwork 9 are respectively and fixedly installed at two sides of the cement fiberboard 2, and the refractory mortar 19 is uniformly coated on the surface of one side, away from each other, of the front formwork 1 and the rear formwork 9, so that the device has a certain refractory performance.
