1. A back edge bending rigidity reinforcing device is characterized by comprising a positioning block, a screw rod, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a supporting rod, a U-shaped connecting rod, a nut, a T-shaped bolt and a pin with a hole;

the first connecting rod comprises a rod A, a rod B and a first pin with holes, which are hinged with each other, the first ends of the rod A and the rod B are hinged with each other through the first pin with holes, through holes are formed in the first pin with holes, and the through holes are formed in the diameter direction of the first pin with holes;

the second connecting rod comprises a rod C, a rod D and a second pin with holes, which are hinged with each other, first ends of the rod C and the rod D are hinged with each other through the second pin with holes, the second pin with holes is provided with an internal thread hole matched with the screw rod, and the internal thread hole is formed along the diameter direction of the second pin with holes;

3. The device for reinforcing the bending stiffness of the back edge of claim 1, further comprising a gasket, wherein the gasket is sleeved on the screw rod of the T-bolt and is located between the second end of the support rod and the back edge.

4. The device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge as claimed in claim 1, wherein the top of the screw rod is provided with a circular through hole along the diameter direction for passing a cylindrical wrench.

The device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge according to claim 1, wherein the positioning block comprises a square tube and a first U-shaped hinge which are fixedly connected with each other, the height of the square tube is smaller than the distance between the middle gaps of the back edge, the square tube is positioned and inserted in the middle gaps of the back edge when in use, and the vertical direction of the back edge is limited outside the first U-shaped hinge; the first U-shaped hinge part is provided with a hinge hole for being hinged with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod.

The stiffening device for bending stiffness of a dorsal bar according to claim 1, further comprising a U-shaped frame, wherein the U-shaped frame comprises a second U-shaped hinge and a third U-shaped hinge for hinging with the U-shaped connecting rod, the second U-shaped hinge and the third U-shaped hinge being fixed back to back; the second U-shaped hinge part is provided with a hinge hole for being hinged with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the direction of the hinge hole of the second U-shaped hinge part is vertical to that of the hinge hole of the third U-shaped hinge part; the U-shaped frame is hinged with the middle part of the U-shaped connecting rod through a hinge hole of the third U-shaped hinge piece.

The device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in use, the positioning block is installed at a proper position in the length direction of the back edge, the back edge is located between the nut end of the T-shaped bolt and the support rod, and the distance between the nut end of the T-shaped bolt and the support rod is adjusted by the nut to lock the back edge.

8. The dorsal bar bending stiffness enhancing device according to claim 1, wherein the bars a, C are of the same size structure, and the bars B, D are of the same size structure;

or the rod A and the rod B are in the same size structure, and the rod C and the rod D are in the same size structure;

or the rod A, the rod C, the rod B and the rod D are all in the same size structure.

9. The back edge bending-resistant rigidity reinforcing device according to claim 1, wherein a reinforcing rib plate is further arranged on the back surface of the limiting plate.

10. The back ridge bending stiffness enhancing device according to any one of claims 1-9, wherein the back ridge bending stiffness enhancing device is a symmetrical structure.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of building template reinforcement, and particularly relates to a back ridge bending rigidity reinforcing device.

Background

The back edge is generally made of square tubes or aluminum profiles, called steel or aluminum back edge, and is commonly used for reinforcing aluminum templates or templates in other forms.

After the wall and column aluminum formworks are installed, the aluminum formworks are reinforced by using split bolts and back edges so as to resist the lateral pressure of the aluminum formworks when concrete is poured. According to the requirements of national specifications, a plurality of back ridges are vertically arranged on the template, and split bolts are transversely arranged on each back ridge at certain intervals.

For wall formworks, the national specification "technical Specification for Combined aluminum alloy formworks" (JGJ 386-2016) stipulates in section 5.3.1, and the transverse spacing between split bolts is not more than 800 mm. In fact, the performance of the aluminum template and the back edge is higher than the national standard requirement, so the transverse distance between the split bolts is usually properly enlarged in engineering, even reaching 1000 mm. When the cross section of the concrete column reaches more than 350mm, the column template is provided with a back edge and a split bolt.

The back edge is subjected to bending deformation in the horizontal direction due to the lateral pressure of the template during concrete pouring, the larger the transverse distance between the counter bolts is, the more obvious the deformation is, and the deformation control of the template directly influences the concrete forming effect.

In the aspect of wall formwork reinforcement, the split bolts can generally penetrate through the wall body, and occasionally, the split bolts cannot penetrate through the wall body. For the transfinite post, a post cross-sectional dimension is too big, causes the split bolt overlength (according to post size field fabrication), in case have the shaped steel condition in meetting the post moreover, often can't run through the split bolt, and this just brings certain difficulty for the reinforcement of post template.

Disclosure of Invention

The purpose is as follows: in order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of a back edge.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

a back edge bending rigidity reinforcing device comprises a positioning block, a screw rod, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, a supporting rod, a U-shaped connecting rod, a nut, a T-shaped bolt and a pin with a hole;

the first connecting rod comprises a rod A, a rod B and a first pin with holes, which are hinged with each other, the first ends of the rod A and the rod B are hinged with each other through the first pin with holes, through holes are formed in the first pin with holes, and the through holes are formed in the diameter direction of the first pin with holes;

the second connecting rod comprises a rod C, a rod D and a second pin with holes, which are hinged with each other, first ends of the rod C and the rod D are hinged with each other through the second pin with holes, the second pin with holes is provided with an internal thread hole matched with the screw rod, and the internal thread hole is formed along the diameter direction of the second pin with holes;

the through hole and the internal thread hole are positioned on the same straight line; the screw rod sequentially penetrates through the through hole and the internal thread hole and is in threaded connection with the second pin with the hole, and the distance between the first pin with the hole and the second pin with the hole can be adjusted by rotating the screw rod;

the second end of one of the rod A and the rod B is hinged with the positioning block, the second end of the other of the rod A and the rod B is hinged with the U-shaped connecting rod, the second end of one of the rod C and the rod D is hinged with the positioning block, and the second end of the other of the rod C and the rod D is hinged with the U-shaped connecting rod;

two ends of the U-shaped connecting rod are respectively hinged with a supporting rod; the first end of the support rod is hinged with the U-shaped connecting rod, the second end of the support rod is hinged with the T-shaped bolt through the pin with the hole, the threaded end of the T-shaped bolt is arranged in the hole of the pin with the hole in a penetrating mode, and the threaded end of the T-shaped bolt is provided with a nut in a matched mode;

the nut end of the T-shaped bolt is provided with a limiting plate, the width of the limiting plate is smaller than the distance between the middle gaps of the back ridges, and the length of the limiting plate is larger than the distance between the middle gaps of the back ridges.

In some embodiments, the second end of the support rod is provided with a rounded configuration.

In some embodiments, the device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge further comprises a gasket, wherein the gasket is sleeved on the screw rod of the T-shaped bolt and is located between the second end of the support rod and the back edge.

In some embodiments, a circular through hole is formed in the top of the screw rod along the diameter direction and used for penetrating the cylindrical wrench.

In some embodiments, the positioning block comprises a square tube and a first U-shaped hinge which are fixedly connected relatively, the height of the square tube is smaller than the distance between the middle gaps of the back ridges, the square tube is positioned and inserted in the middle gaps of the back ridges when in use, and the vertical direction of the back ridges is limited at the outer side of the first U-shaped hinge; the first U-shaped hinge part is provided with a hinge hole for being hinged with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod.

In some embodiments, the stiffening device for bending stiffness of the back edge further comprises a U-shaped frame, the U-shaped frame comprises a second U-shaped hinge and a third U-shaped hinge for hinging with the U-shaped connecting rod, and the second U-shaped hinge and the third U-shaped hinge are fixed together back to back; the second U-shaped hinge part is provided with a hinge hole for being hinged with the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod; the direction of the hinge hole of the second U-shaped hinge part is vertical to that of the hinge hole of the third U-shaped hinge part; the U-shaped frame is hinged with the middle part of the U-shaped connecting rod through a hinge hole of the third U-shaped hinge piece.

In some embodiments, when the device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge is used, the positioning block is installed at a proper position in the length direction of the back edge, the back edge is located between the nut end of the T-shaped bolt and the support rod, and the distance between the nut end of the T-shaped bolt and the support rod is adjusted through the nut to lock the back edge.

In some embodiments, rods a, C are the same size structure, rods B, D are the same size structure;

or the rod A and the rod B are in the same size structure, and the rod C and the rod D are in the same size structure;

or the rod A, the rod C, the rod B and the rod D are all in the same size structure.

In some embodiments, the back surface of the limiting plate is further provided with a reinforcing rib plate.

In some embodiments, the back-ridge bending stiffness enhancing means is a symmetrical structure.

Has the advantages that: the device for reinforcing the bending rigidity of the back edge, provided by the invention, has the advantages of convenience in use, good reinforcing effect and time saving, and has the following advantages: the locating piece forms the trapezium structure after mutually fixing with the bracing piece, and two bracing pieces are under the drive of U type connecting rod, and the bracing piece becomes or reduces with the stupefied contained angle of back of the body. When the positioning device is used, the positioning block is clamped at a proper position of the back ridge, the four connecting rods keep a certain included angle with the horizontal plane, and the two supporting rods are fixed by locking the nuts at the two sides. And finally, the lead screw is driven by the cylindrical wrench, the distance between the first pin with the hole and the second pin with the hole is reduced, the distance between the positioning block and the U-shaped connecting rod is increased, and prestress is applied to the connecting rod and the support so as to offset the bending deformation of the back edge. Even when the back edge is found to be transversely bent outwards in the concrete pouring process, the deformation can be eliminated by rotating the cylindrical wrench.
