Background

The crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage for the mine is used for blasting holes needed in tunneling of small-sized roadways, tunnels and the like in the underground engineering field of coal mines, metal and nonmetal mines, hydraulic engineering and the like, and realizes mechanization by replacing manpower with drilling operation in the roadways.

When the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage travels in a roadway, a crawler is used as a traveling assembly, and a crawler driving wheel drives the crawler to rotate and turn; the chassis of the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage plays a role in bearing the working parts of the tunneling drill carriage; the chassis of the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage comprises a chassis main body, a crawler box body beam and a crawler, wherein the crawler box body beam is fixedly connected to the chassis main body in a welding or other connection mode.

Limited by the operating environment, the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage for the mine in the prior art is often slow to pass or even cannot pass when passing through narrow roadways and roadway corners (poor trafficability), and other engineering vehicles are sometimes required to widen the channel and reshape the corners of the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage by using the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage, so that the process is complicated, time and labor are wasted, and the operating efficiency is influenced; the reason why the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage for the mine is wide in width is the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage, although the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage is designed to be compact enough as far as possible, the width of the chassis of the crawler-type hydraulic tunneling drill carriage is generally not narrower than one fourth of the diameter of the operation range of the tunneling drill carriage in consideration of the safety and the stability of the tunneling drill carriage during the operation (the gravity center of the drill carriage is inclined during the operation due to the fact that the chassis of the vehicle is too narrow).

The embodiment of the application provides a high trafficability characteristic hydraulic tunneling drill carriage, solves the technical problem that the trafficability characteristic of the hydraulic tunneling drill carriage is poor in the prior art, and achieves the technical effect of improving the trafficability characteristic of the hydraulic tunneling drill carriage.
