1. A fastening mechanism for connecting a first outer sheet and a second outer sheet arranged in parallel, the fastening mechanism comprising:
a body having a first end and a second end opposite the first end;
A first rivet connection portion provided at a first end portion of the body and protruding outward from the first end portion so as to form a first step surface surrounding the first rivet connection portion at the first end portion of the body, the first step surface being for abutting against the first outer panel after the first rivet connection portion is riveted to the first outer panel;
the second riveting part is arranged at the second end of the body and protrudes outwards from the second end, so that a second step surface surrounding the second riveting part is formed at the second end of the body, and the second step surface is used for being abutted against the second outer plate after the second riveting part is riveted with the second outer plate.
2. The fastening mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first riveted portion is connected to the first outer plate by a press rivet, a flip rivet, or a crimp;
or the second riveting part is connected with the first external plate through press riveting, turn riveting or turn-up.
3. The fastening mechanism of claim 1, wherein the first rivet and/or the second rivet comprises serrations.
4. The fastening mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a first protrusion protruding outward from the end surface is provided on the end surface of the first end portion of the body, and the first protrusion is configured to be embedded in the first outer plate after the first rivet portion is riveted to the first outer plate.
5. A fastening mechanism according to claim 4 wherein the first projection comprises at least one cog block provided at an edge at or adjacent the end face of the first end of the body.
6. The fastening mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a second protruding portion protruding outward from the end surface is provided on the end surface of the second end portion of the body, and the second protruding portion is configured to be embedded in the second outer plate after the second rivet portion is riveted to the second outer plate.
7. A fastening mechanism according to claim 6 wherein the second projection comprises at least one cog block provided at an edge at or adjacent the end face of the second end of the body.
8. The fastening mechanism of claim 1, including a support portion disposed outside the body, wherein two end faces of the support portion are flush with the end face of the first end portion and the end face of the second end portion of the body, respectively.
9. The fastening mechanism of claim 8, wherein the body and the support portion are of unitary construction.
10. The fastening mechanism of claim 8, wherein the support portion is cylindrical or polygonal or shaped.

The improvement of automobile science and technology makes automobiles become the most common transportation tools for people to go out. In the process of automobile molding and assembling, two or more plate members are generally required to be connected. At present, two plate parts are directly and fixedly connected by directly adopting a threaded connecting piece, and the device has the characteristic of simple structure.
A plurality of threaded connecting pieces are usually required to be fixed between the two plates at the same time, and when the distance between the two plates needs to be adjusted, each threaded connecting piece needs to be adjusted, so that the operation is complicated; and many car plates are the thin slice material, and the error that produces in the adjustment process can cause the deformation between two plates usually, influences the work accuracy nature between two plates on the one hand, and on the other hand influences the whole aesthetic property of car.

Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a fastening mechanism, which can realize abutting of end surfaces of two external plates through two step surfaces of the fastening mechanism, so as to reduce the deformation degree of the external plates, and on the other hand, the two riveting parts are riveted with the external plates, so that the installation procedure is effectively simplified, and the installation time is shortened.
The embodiment of the application discloses: a fastening mechanism for connecting a first outer plate and a second outer plate arranged in parallel comprises a body, a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, wherein the body is provided with a first end and a second end opposite to the first end; a first rivet connection portion provided at a first end portion of the body and protruding outward from the first end portion so as to form a first step surface surrounding the first rivet connection portion at the first end portion of the body, the first step surface being for abutting against the first outer panel after the first rivet connection portion is riveted to the first outer panel; the second riveting part is arranged at the second end of the body and protrudes outwards from the second end, so that a second step surface surrounding the second riveting part is formed at the second end of the body, and the second step surface is used for being abutted against the second outer plate after the second riveting part is riveted with the second outer plate.
Further, the first riveting part is connected with the first external plate through press riveting, turn riveting or turn-up; or the second riveting part is connected with the first external plate through press riveting, turn riveting or turn-up.
Further, the first riveting portion and/or the second riveting portion comprise flower teeth.
Furthermore, a first protruding portion protruding outwards from the end face is arranged on the end face of the first end portion of the body, and the first protruding portion is used for being embedded into the first external plate after the first riveting portion is riveted with the first external plate.
Further, the first boss includes at least one gear tooth block disposed at an edge at or adjacent an end face of the first end of the body.
Furthermore, a second protruding portion protruding outwards from the end face is arranged on the end face of the second end portion of the body, and the second protruding portion is used for being embedded into the second outer plate after the second riveting portion is riveted with the second outer plate.
Further, the second boss includes at least one gear tooth block disposed at an edge at or adjacent an end face of the second end of the body.
And the support part is sleeved on the outer side of the body, and two end faces of the support part are respectively flush with the end face of the first end part and the end face of the second end part of the body.

By means of the technical scheme, the embodiment of the invention has at least one of the following beneficial effects:
1. the arrangement of the first step surface and the second step surface can increase the contact area between the first external plate and the fastening mechanism, and when the first external plate and the second external plate are subjected to external force, the step surfaces can bear part of the external force, so that the deformation degree of the first external plate and the second external plate is effectively reduced;
2. the first step surface and the second step surface are riveted with the first external plate and the second external plate, the original locking connection of a threaded part is replaced, the installation procedure is effectively simplified, and the installation time is shortened; meanwhile, an external fixing piece introduced when a threaded piece is used is avoided, and the overall production cost is reduced;
3. Through setting up the supporting part in this application, need be to two in actual assembly perpendicular clearance between the plate is controlled, then selects to have suitable height just the polygon body can realize accurate control to predetermineeing the clearance, has replaced the manual work to adjust its position on the screw rod through swivel nut and has realized.
