Background

At present, when a pulled piece (rolling mill) on a steel rolling production line is replaced, an old pulled piece needs to be pushed out and removed, and then a new pulled piece (rolling mill) needs to be pushed in, and in the process, a pulled piece quick-change device needs to be connected with the pulled piece (rolling mill) to drive the pulled piece (rolling mill) to move. At present, the connection between a quick-change device of a pulled part and the pulled part (rolling mill) mostly adopts a clamping plate connection mode, the pulled part (rolling mill) needs to be stopped after moving in and out, and the pulled part (rolling mill) can be moved again after the clamping plate is jacked open by another set of device. The replacement mode has the advantages of multiple steps, long time consumption, complex equipment and high failure rate.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the guide trolley is driven by the unhooking driving device to reciprocate on the power guide rail section, and the push block and the unhooking assembly are driven to reciprocate on the unhooking guide rail section; pushing the pulled piece from the first guide frame to the third guide frame by the pushing block; or the towed piece is towed from the third guide frame to the first guide frame by the unhooking assembly; the traction of the pulled piece is finished at the first preset position, and the unhooking action of the pulled piece is finished at the second preset position; the traction piece is replaced between the two preset positions, and meanwhile, the operation of assembling and disassembling the fixed connecting piece between the traction piece and the traction piece is omitted, so that the generation of errors and the waste of time are avoided; the invention has small and hidden appearance, does not occupy space, and is economic and reliable.
