Background

The invention provides a multi-flue converging structure which is characterized by comprising at least one group of multi-flue single-side converging assemblies, wherein each multi-flue single-side converging assembly comprises an induced draft fan, a flue collecting pipe and a plurality of flues, the flue collecting pipe is connected to the induced draft fan, the flues are respectively connected to the flue collecting pipes, the flue collecting pipes are perpendicular to the induced draft fan, the flues are perpendicular to the flue collecting pipes, and the induced draft fan is perpendicular to the flues.

Furthermore, the number of the flues is three, and the three flues are respectively connected to the flue collecting pipe.

Furthermore, a single maintenance hanger rail is arranged on the flue collecting pipe and is installed on the axis direction of the induced draft fan.

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples. As shown in fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment, the at least one set of multi-flue single-side junction assembly 1 includes two sets of multi-flue single-side junction assemblies 1, the multi-flue single-side junction structure further includes an induced draft fan junction pipe 2, and the two sets of multi-flue single-side junction assemblies 1 are symmetrically connected to two sides of the induced draft fan junction pipe 2. The two draught fans 11 are arranged in such a way that the total flue is shortened, and the two draught fans are coordinated, unified, compact and orderly with the arrangement of desulfurization and coal conveying.

It should be noted that the positions and connection modes of the induced draft fan 11, the flue collecting pipe 12 and the plurality of flues 13 of the two-side multi-flue one-side collecting assembly 1 are completely the same.

As shown in fig. 3, in the above embodiment, the flue manifold 12 includes two symmetrically arranged connecting pipes 21, the connecting pipe 21 includes a first pipe section 211 and a second pipe section 212, and the first pipe sections 211 are communicated with each other for communicating with the chimney; the second pipe sections 212 are respectively communicated with two sides of the first pipe sections 211 and are used for being communicated with the induced draft fan 11. Preferably, the first pipe section 211 and the second pipe section 212 are perpendicular to each other, and a circular arc transition section is provided at a connection position of the first pipe section 211 and the second pipe section 212.

In the above embodiment, the number of the flues 13 is three, and the three flues 13 are respectively connected to the flue collecting pipe 12. The flue 13 is connected with the induced draft fan 11 through the flue collecting pipe 12, compares with million units induced draft fan 11 and its exit flue arrangement mode in the past, reduces 3 elbows of 90 degrees that are connected with the induced draft fan, and the flue gas resistance reduces about 270Pa, and preliminary estimate can practice thrift about 810000kW of fan electric power every year for every fan, and every unit includes two induced draft fans 11, can practice thrift about 1782000kW of fan electric power totally every year.

In the above embodiment, the flue collecting pipe 12 is provided with a single maintenance hanger rail 14, and the single maintenance hanger rail 14 is installed on the axial direction of the induced draft fan 11. Can transversely hang out impeller and motor and put on ground, do not have the negative influence to the maintenance of draught fan 11 and the flow of flue gas simultaneously, the fan is overhauld conveniently, and the flue gas flow state is smooth and easy.
