Background
The high-voltage circuit breaker (or called high-voltage switch) not only can cut off or close the no-load current and load current in the high-voltage circuit, but also can cut off the overload current and short-circuit current by the action of the relay protection device when the system is in fault, and has quite perfect arc extinguishing structure and enough current breaking capacity.
Because high voltage circuit breaker need install in the open air sometimes, because the difference in temperature round the clock, perhaps when air humidity is big, the vapor in the air can condense into the drop of water on the insulating cylinder, and the drop of water falls into the electrical apparatus incasement along the insulating cylinder landing easily, increases the probability that the electrical components appears damaging owing to weing in the electrical apparatus incasement, and the fault rate of device is higher. Therefore, there is a need to provide a new high voltage circuit breaker to solve the above technical problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a high-voltage circuit breaker with low failure rate.
The high-voltage circuit breaker comprises an electrical box, a support mechanism, an insulating cylinder, a vent mechanism and a moisture removing mechanism, wherein the upper surface of the electrical box is obliquely arranged; the support mechanism is connected with the electric appliance box and comprises upright columns, a sliding block, a scraping plate, a threaded rod, a grid plate and a handle, the grid plate is arranged above the electric appliance box and fixedly connected with the electric appliance box through two symmetrically arranged upright columns, the threaded rod parallel to the electric appliance box is arranged between the two upright columns, one end of the threaded rod is rotatably connected with one of the upright columns, and the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the other upright column and is fixedly connected with the handle; the lower surface of the grid plate is connected with a sliding block in a sliding mode, the threaded rod penetrates through the sliding block and is in threaded connection with the sliding block, the lower surface of the sliding block is fixedly connected with a scraping plate, and the lower surface of the scraping plate is in contact connection with the upper surface of the electric appliance box; the number of the insulation cylinders is multiple, and the multiple insulation cylinders are connected with the upper surface of the grid mesh plate; the ventilation opening mechanism is connected with the electrical box; the moisture removing mechanism is connected with the electrical box.
Preferably, the vent mechanism comprises a filter screen plate, a rubber ring, T-shaped sliders and a support plate, the electrical box is provided with a vent, the filter screen plate is arranged in the vent, the lower surface of the filter screen plate is fixedly connected with the two T-shaped sliders which are symmetrically arranged, the T-shaped sliders are connected in T-shaped chutes formed in the upper surface of the support plate, and the support plate is fixedly connected with the inner surface of the electrical box; the edge of the filter screen plate is fixed with a rubber ring, and the filter screen plate is clamped in a ventilation port formed in the electrical appliance box through the rubber ring.
Preferably, the vent mechanism further comprises a pressing plate and a rotating shaft, the inner surface of the electrical box is rotatably connected with a connecting plate through the rotating shaft, a damping rubber pad is installed between the rotating shaft and a mounting hole corresponding to the electrical box, one end of the connecting plate far away from the rotating shaft is fixedly connected with the pressing plate, and the pressing plate is in extrusion contact with the filter screen plate.

(2) The filter screen plate plays a role in filtering, and reduces the probability that impurities such as dust in external air enter the electric appliance box when the air inside and outside the electric appliance box circulates, so that the probability that electric appliance elements in the electric appliance box are damaged due to the dust is reduced, the filter screen plate can be conveniently and rapidly detached independently, replacement and cleaning of the filter screen plate are facilitated, and the working difficulty of maintenance personnel is reduced.
