1. A terminal structure mounted on a circuit breaker and provided with a heat sink, comprising:

a central terminal structure coupled to a center of the circuit breaker; and

a side terminal structure body coupled to the circuit breaker so as to be positioned at one side or both sides of the central terminal structure body,

the side terminal block structure includes:

a side plate-shaped connection terminal;

a side T-shaped terminal combined with the side plate-shaped terminal; and

and the heat radiating piece is combined with the side plate-shaped wiring terminal and the side T-shaped wiring terminal respectively.

2. The terminal structure body according to claim 1,

the heat sink includes:

a first heat sink coupled to the side plate terminal; and

a second heat sink coupled to the side T-shaped connection terminal,

the first heat dissipation element and the second heat dissipation element are arranged along directions orthogonal to each other.

3. The terminal structure body according to claim 2,

the side T-shaped terminal is combined with one side of one side surface of the side plate-shaped terminal,

the first heat sink is coupled to the other side of one side surface of the side plate-shaped connection terminal.

4. The terminal structure body according to claim 1,

the side T-shaped terminal includes a side horizontal portion and a side vertical portion,

the side horizontal portion is joined to the side plate-like connection terminal, and the side vertical portion extends in a direction orthogonal to the side horizontal portion.

5. The terminal structure body according to claim 1,

an insulation distance holding portion is formed in the side plate terminal so as to face a fixed member of the circuit breaker.

6. The terminal structure body according to claim 1,

the central connection terminal structure body includes:

a central plate-shaped wiring terminal;

a central T-shaped connection terminal combined with the central plate-shaped connection terminal; and

and the heat radiating piece is combined with the central T-shaped wiring terminal.

7. The terminal structure body according to claim 6,

the central T-shaped terminal includes a central horizontal portion and a central vertical portion,

the central horizontal portion is coupled to the central plate-shaped connection terminal, and the central vertical portion extends in a direction orthogonal to the central horizontal portion.

8. The terminal structure body according to claim 7,

A first central heat dissipation member is combined on one side surface of the central vertical portion, and a second central heat dissipation member is combined on the other side surface of the central vertical portion.

9. The terminal structure body according to claim 2,

the side terminal structure bodies are arranged symmetrically to each other on both sides of the central terminal structure body,

the second heat dissipation members are respectively mounted to the side T-shaped connection terminals toward the central connection terminal structure.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a terminal block structure for a circuit breaker.

Background

Generally, a terminal mounting surface is formed on the rear surface of the circuit breaker, and a plurality of terminals are fixed to the terminal mounting surface.

In addition, a heat sink (heat sink) for suppressing a temperature rise is attached to the terminal.

However, in the case where the space in which the heat sink can be mounted is insufficient, the amount of heat generation will increase.

Further, as the amount of heat generation increases, the fraction defective increases, and eventually, a problem arises in that the cost loss increases.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a terminal structure for a circuit breaker, which can maximally inhibit the temperature rise of a terminal by maximizing the installation space of a heat sink.

A terminal block structure according to an embodiment of the present invention is a terminal block structure mounted to a circuit breaker and including a heat sink, including: a central terminal structure body coupled to a center of the circuit breaker; and a side connection terminal structure body which is combined with the circuit breaker in a manner of being located at one side or both sides of the central connection terminal, the side connection terminal structure body including: a side plate-shaped connection terminal; a side T-shaped terminal combined with the side plate-shaped terminal; and a heat sink coupled to the side plate terminal and the side T-shaped terminal, respectively.

In addition, in the terminal structure body, the heat sink includes: a first heat sink coupled to the side plate-shaped connection terminal; and a second heat sink coupled to the side T-shaped connection terminal, the first and second heat sinks being arranged in directions orthogonal to each other.

In the terminal structure, the side T-shaped terminal may be coupled to one side of the side plate-shaped terminal, and the first heat sink may be coupled to the other side of the side plate-shaped terminal.

In addition, in the terminal structure, the side T-shaped terminal may include a side horizontal portion to which the side plate-shaped terminal is coupled, and a side vertical portion that may extend in a direction orthogonal to the side horizontal portion.

In the terminal structure, an insulation distance maintaining portion may be formed at the side plate-shaped terminal so as to face a fixing member of the circuit breaker.

In addition, in the terminal structure, the central terminal structure includes: a central plate-shaped wiring terminal; a central T-shaped terminal combined with the central plate-shaped terminal; and a heat sink coupled to the central T-shaped terminal.

In the terminal structure, the central T-shaped terminal includes a central horizontal portion to which the central plate-shaped terminal is coupled and a central vertical portion extending in a direction orthogonal to the central horizontal portion.

In addition, in the terminal structure, a first central heat sink is coupled to one side surface of the central vertical portion, and a second central heat sink is coupled to the other side surface.

In the terminal assembly, the side terminal assemblies may be arranged symmetrically with respect to each other on both sides of the central terminal assembly, and the second heat sink may be attached to the side T-shaped terminals toward the central terminal assembly.
