Background

At present, most of low-voltage feed switches used in domestic coal mines are monomer feed switches, and are used for supplying power and providing protection functions for loads such as continuous mining machines, digging and anchoring machines, feeding and crushing machines, shuttle cars, anchor rod and anchor cable machines, electric welding machines, water pumps, lighting and the like. The existing feed switch has the following defects:

1. The existing feed switch is mainly a single feed switch, the underground coal mine continuous excavation working face has more equipment, if the single feed is used, the equipment is more laid, the cost is higher, meanwhile, the matching and wiring are more troublesome, and the cable connectors used by the feed switch are more and the cost is higher;

2. in the existing continuous excavation working face, the space of an equipment train is limited, and the space occupied by the installation and matching mode of the existing feed switch is too large, so that the installation of other equipment on the equipment train is influenced;

3. the existing feed switch of the continuous excavation working face has low automation program and can not meet the requirements of the existing intelligent mine.

The PLC control module 17 has functions of data acquisition, information transmission, control command issuing, and the like.

Further, an MP3 voice alarm module is further installed in the low-pressure cavity 6, can be connected with a belt along a line for amplifying a telephone and locking an emergency stop, can replace a sealing-tape machine protection controller, has the sealing-tape machine protection function (seven protection functions of coal piling, emergency stop, speed, deviation, smog, over-temperature water sprinkling and longitudinal tearing), and realizes the integration of voice early warning and broadcasting.

In this embodiment, the control loop of low pressure chamber 6 adopts dual supply redundancy design, switches through auxiliary relay, ensures the operation of control loop 220V power, has guaranteed the stability of low pressure chamber 5 equipment.

As a preferred scheme of the invention, the box body shell 1 is made of Q345 steel, and if different requirements exist, other grades of carbon steel can be used for manufacturing.

As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the 1140V input side cable connectors 9, the 1140V output side cable connectors 10, the 660V input side cable connectors 11, and the 660V output side cable connectors 12 are different in size, and cannot be used universally and interchanged, thereby avoiding wrong connection and improving the safety and stability of the device.
