As shown in fig. 1 to 13, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a replacement device for a slide plate of a housing of a universal rolling mill, as shown in fig. 1, a plurality of slide plates 91 are installed in the housing 9 of the universal rolling mill. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the replacing device comprises a first frame 1, a second frame 2, a third frame 3 and a hook device 5, wherein as shown in fig. 4, the first frame 1 is composed of a first vertical section 11 and a first horizontal section 12, the first vertical section 11 is vertically arranged, the first horizontal section 12 is horizontally arranged, one end of the first horizontal section 12 is connected with the upper end of the first vertical section 11, and a first groove 13 is arranged in the first horizontal section 12; the first frames 1 are provided with two first frames 1, the central lines of the two first vertical sections 11 of the two first frames 1 are located on the same plane, the central lines of the two first horizontal sections 12 of the two first frames 1 are located on the same plane, and the plane where the central lines of the two first vertical sections 11 are located is perpendicular to the plane where the central lines of the two first horizontal sections 12 are located.

As shown in fig. 5, the second frame 2 is composed of a second vertical section 21 and a second horizontal section 22, the second vertical section 21 is vertically arranged, the second horizontal section 22 is horizontally arranged, one end of the second horizontal section 22 is connected with the upper end of the second vertical section 21, and a second groove 23 is arranged in the second horizontal section 22; the number of the second frames 2 is two, the central lines of the two second vertical sections 21 of the two second frames 2 are positioned on the same plane, the central lines of the two second horizontal sections 22 of the two second frames 2 are positioned on the same plane, and the plane where the central lines of the two second vertical sections 21 are positioned is perpendicular to the plane where the central lines of the two second horizontal sections 22 are positioned; the planes of the center lines of the two first horizontal segments 12 and the planes of the center lines of the two second horizontal segments 22 are the same plane.

The other ends of the two first horizontal sections 12 and the other ends of the two second horizontal sections 22 are sequentially connected with a third frame 3, and a third groove 33 is formed in the third frame 3; the first grooves 13 of the two first frames 1 are communicated with the third grooves 33 of the third frames 3, and the third grooves 33 are also communicated with the second grooves 23 of the two second frames 2; the hook unit 5 is used for hanging the slide plate 91, and the hook unit 5 is movable in the first recess 13, the third recess 33, and the second recess 23.

When the replacing device is used for replacing the sliding plate 91 of the universal mill housing 9, the replacing device is firstly placed on the universal mill housing 9, the first frame 1 is located at the position of the sliding plate 91 needing to be repaired and replaced in the universal mill housing 9, the second frame 2 is located outside the universal mill housing 9, the sliding plate 91 is lifted by using the hook device 5, then the hook device 5 is moved, the hook device 5 sequentially passes through the first groove 13, the third groove 33 and the second groove 23 to move to one end of the second horizontal section 22 of the second frame 2, after the sliding plate 91 is repaired or replaced, the hook device 5 sequentially passes through the second groove 23, the first groove 13 and the third groove 33 to move to the other end of the first horizontal section 12 of the first frame 1, the sliding plate 91 is installed on the universal mill housing 9, and the repairing or replacing of the sliding plate 91 is completed.

Further, two first vertical segments 11 are located at one side of the third frame 3, and two second vertical segments 21 are located at the other side of the third frame 3; two first horizontal segments 12, two second horizontal segments 22 all parallel arrangement and all perpendicular with third frame 3, two first vertical segments 11, two second vertical segments 21 all parallel arrangement, the vertical distance between two first frames 1 equals with the vertical distance between two second frames 2.

The third frame 3 includes a third horizontal section 31 and a fourth horizontal section 32, the third horizontal section 31 being connected to the two first horizontal sections 12, and one end of the fourth horizontal section 32 being connected to the two second horizontal sections 22.

In an embodiment of the present invention, two ends of the third horizontal segment 31 are respectively connected to the two first horizontal segments 12, one end of the fourth horizontal segment 32 is connected to the third horizontal segment 31, the other end of one second horizontal segment 22 is connected to a sidewall of the fourth horizontal segment 32, and the other end of the other second horizontal segment 22 is connected to a sidewall of the other end of the fourth horizontal segment 32.

In another embodiment of the present invention, the replacing device further comprises a fourth frame 4, as shown in fig. 8, a fourth groove 41 is provided in the fourth frame 4; one or more fourth frames 4 are arranged between the other end of each second horizontal section 22 and the third frame 3, the fourth frames 4 are used for extending the second horizontal sections 22 of the second frames 2, the installation number of the fourth frames 4 is determined according to actual conditions, and the replacement device can be suitable for the universal rolling mill housings 9 of different specifications.

The hook device 5 can move to one end of the second horizontal section 22 through the first groove 13, the third groove 33, the fourth groove 41 and the second groove 23 in sequence at the other end of the first horizontal section 12.

Further, as shown in fig. 6, the third horizontal section 31 is a hollow cubic structure, the third horizontal section 31 has a first top plate 311 and a bottom plate 312, both ends of the first top plate 311 and both ends of the bottom plate 312 extend to the outside of the third horizontal section 31 along the length direction of the third horizontal section 31, and the first top plate 311 and the bottom plate 312 extending to the outside of the third horizontal section 31 can overlap with the first frame 1 and the fourth horizontal section 32, respectively.

As shown in fig. 7, the fourth horizontal section 32 is a hollow cubic structure, the fourth horizontal section 32 has a second top plate 321, one end of the second top plate 321 extends to the outside of the fourth horizontal section 32 along the length direction of the fourth horizontal section 32, and the second top plate 321 extending to the outside of the fourth horizontal section 32 can overlap with the first frame 1.

The vertical plate 53 can also slide out of the sixth groove 35, i.e. several pulleys 55 of the hook device 5 slide from the rails 343 of the trolley 34 into the first groove 13 of the first frame 1 or the second groove 23 of the second frame 2 (or the fourth groove 41 of the fourth frame 4). The wheels 342 are disposed at the lower end of the plate 341, and the trolley 34 can drive the hook device 5 to move in the third groove 33 through the wheels 342.

Further, as shown in fig. 11, the hook body 56 includes a sliding plate 561, a mounting rod 562, a hook handle 563, and a hook tip 564, the sliding plate 561 being located in the fifth groove 52 and being slidable in the fifth groove 52; the top and the sliding plate 561 of installation pole 562 are connected, and the bottom of installation pole 562 is provided with the screw hole, colludes and is provided with the external screw thread on the handle 563, colludes the top of handle 563 and the bottom threaded connection of installation pole 562, colludes handle 563 and colludes sharp 564 perpendicular setting, colludes the bottom of handle 563 and colludes the one end of sharp 564 and be connected. The length of the hook handle 563 into the installation rod 562 can be adjusted by rotating the hook handle 563 and then the height of the hook tip 564 can be finely adjusted. When the slide plate 91 on the universal mill housing 9 is overhauled or replaced by the replacing device,

1) firstly, assembling a replacing device, installing a first frame 1 of the replacing device into a universal mill housing 9, adjusting the height of the replacing device through a height supporting block 7 according to the internal condition of the mill housing and the position of a sliding plate 91 to be replaced, enabling a first horizontal section 12 to be close to the upper part of the sliding plate 91 to be overhauled or replaced, installing a sliding block 54 of a hook device 5 into a first groove 13 of the first horizontal section 12 of one first frame 1, and installing another sliding block 54 of the hook device 5 into a first groove 13 of the first horizontal section 12 of another first frame 1; the two trolleys 34 in the third frame 3 are moved into the third grooves 33 corresponding to the other ends of the two first horizontal segments 12, respectively.

2) Adjusting the position of the sliding plate 561 of the hook body 56 in the fifth groove 52 of the beam 51, rotating the beam 51 to make the hook tip 564 of the hook body 56 extend into the hole on the sliding plate 91 and detach the sliding plate 91, longitudinally pushing the hook device 5 to move along the first horizontal section 12 of the first frame 1 (i.e. the hook device 5 moves along the first groove 13 by using the slider 54), pausing when the two sliders 54 move to the two trolleys 34 respectively, laterally pushing the hook device 5 to move along the third frame 3 (at this time, the hook device 5 moves along the third groove 33 by using the two trolleys 34), pausing when the two trolleys 34 move to the position where the fourth frame 4 is connected with the third frame 3, longitudinally pushing the hook device 5 to move along the fourth frame 4 and the second horizontal section 22 of the second frame 2 (i.e. the hook device 5 moves along the fourth groove 41 and the second groove 23 by using the slider 54), when the slider 54 is moved to the end of the second horizontal section 22 of the second frame 2, it is stopped, and the slide plate 91 on the hook body 56 is repaired or replaced.

3) After the sliding plate 91 is repaired or replaced, the hook device 5 moves to one end of the first horizontal section 12 of the first frame 1 sequentially through the second groove 23, the fourth groove 41, the third groove 33 and the first groove 13, and the sliding plate 91 is installed on the universal mill housing 9, so that the operation is completed.
