(4) the rubber compound treated in the step (3) is firstly heated and then sent into an open mill, sulfur is added, the rubber compound is turned over and refined until the rubber compound is smooth and uniform, and the rubber compound is dried in the air by isolation cooling water and is stored for later use;

(5) after the sizing material treated in the step (4) is heated, feeding the sizing material into a calender for calendering, then feeding the sizing material into a flat belt vulcanizing machine and carrying out one-step forming vulcanization on the sizing material and the base cloth;

(6) cooling and coiling the elastic adhesive layer vulcanized in the step (5) by an auxiliary machine, and then packaging;

Background

The body shaping clothes can be properly pressed on the abdomen, buttocks, thighs and other parts of a human body to support or tighten and relax drooping muscles and adjust poor postures, and further, the body shaping clothes are shaped into a beautiful and uniform body state, so that the body shaping clothes are widely popular among women. The body shaping clothes are usually made of elastic fabrics with stronger elasticity, and most of the elastic fabrics are composite fabrics with one surface being a rubber sheet and the other surface being a textile fabric; the existing composite fabric is bonded with the rubber sheet and the fabric through the adhesive, the adhesive is water-soluble, the adhesive and the fabric are easy to separate, and particularly, the fabric and the rubber sheet are basically separated after being washed, so that the rebound body shaping effect is not achieved, and the shaping effect is influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an elastic fabric and a preparation method thereof, which can ensure that a base fabric layer and an elastic adhesive layer are directly formed at one time and are firmly combined, and the elastic fabric has the advantages of good tensile strength, high tearing strength, high resilience and good softness.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides an elastic fabric which comprises a base fabric layer and an elastic adhesive layer, wherein the elastic adhesive layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 1.5-2 parts of sulfur, 2.5-3.5 parts of an accelerator, 4-6 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-3 parts of an anti-aging agent and 18-30 parts of a reinforcing agent. Wherein, the base cloth layer is made of elastic fabric. Wherein, the base cloth layer is a fabric, and the fabric has elasticity. Preferably, the elastic glue layer further comprises 0.1-0.2 part of perfume, and the smell of the elastic glue layer can be adjusted.

The preferable scheme of the invention comprises 100 parts of natural rubber, 1.5-1.7 parts of sulfur, 2.5-3 parts of accelerator, 4.5-5.5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 1-3 parts of stearic acid, 2-2.5 parts of anti-aging agent and 18-30 parts of reinforcing agent.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing agent is carbon black, and a black elastic rubber layer can be obtained.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the elastic glue layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 1.6 parts of sulfur, 2.5 parts of accelerator, 5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2 parts of stearic acid, 2.2 parts of anti-aging agent and 20 parts of carbon black.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the elastic glue layer further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 25-40 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-6 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.7-1 part of color master batch, wherein the reinforcing agent is white carbon black, and a white or colored elastic adhesive layer can be prepared.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the elastic glue layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of natural rubber, 1.6 parts of sulfur, 2.5 parts of accelerator, 5 parts of nano zinc oxide, 2 parts of stearic acid, 2.2 parts of anti-aging agent, 20 parts of white carbon black, 30 parts of calcium carbonate, 6 parts of titanium dioxide and 0.8 part of color masterbatch.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the anti-aging agent comprises styrenated phenol and 2-mercaptobenzimidazole, and the mass ratio of the styrenated phenol to the 2-mercaptobenzimidazole is 1.6: 0.6. styrenated phenol is an anti-aging agent with medium strength, has good protection effect on aging such as thermal oxidation, weather and light deflection, and is easy to disperse, free of color change and pollution. The 2-thiol benzimidazole can reduce the color change of rubber during vulcanization, and the rubber is not discolored and polluted. Experiments show that the styrenated phenol and the 2-thiol benzimidazole are used together according to a certain proportion, so that an obvious synergistic effect can be obtained, and the anti-aging performance of the rubber product is effectively enhanced.

All the raw materials of the invention meet the requirements of civil clothes, and the elastic fabric can be used for preparing body shaping clothes.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the elastic fabric, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:

(1) feeding all raw material components except sulfur into an internal mixer for mixing, and discharging rubber after mixing is finished;

(2) after the rubber compound discharged in the step (1) is turned and refined to be uniform and smooth, the rubber compound is cut into strips, and the strips are sent to a rubber filter for filtering to remove impurities in the rubber material; preferably, the stainless steel filter screen of the rubber filter is circular and consists of two layers of filter screens with 20 meshes and 40 meshes respectively;

(3) pressing the rubber compound filtered in the step (2) back into a sheet shape, drying the sheet shape by isolated cooling water, and standing for later use; preferably, the flaky mixed rubber is cooled to below 45 ℃, and then is folded and placed in an iron stand for standing for more than 6 hours;

(4) the rubber compound treated in the step (3) is firstly heated and then sent into an open mill, sulfur is added, the rubber compound is turned over and refined until the rubber compound is smooth and uniform, and the rubber compound is dried in the air by isolation cooling water and is stored for later use; preferably, the heat refining in the step can be carried out in an open mill or an internal mixer, the roller distance is adjusted to control the thickness of the rubber compound to be 8-10 mm, and the compounding agent and the rubber compound are further uniformly dispersed by a rubber turning device;

(5) after the sizing material treated in the step (4) is heated, feeding the sizing material into a calender for calendering, then feeding the sizing material into a flat belt vulcanizing machine and carrying out one-step forming vulcanization on the sizing material and the base cloth; in the step, the flat belt vulcanizing machine is selected according to the required patterns;

(6) cooling and coiling the elastic adhesive layer vulcanized in the step (5) by an auxiliary machine, and then packaging;

preferably, the mixing of step (1) comprises the following steps:

a: adding natural rubber, white carbon black and titanium dioxide into an internal mixer, or adding the natural rubber and the carbon black into the internal mixer, adjusting the temperature to 100 +/-5 ℃, pressurizing to 15 +/-2 MPa, and mixing for 10 +/-2 s;

b: lifting the suppository, pressurizing to 15 +/-2 MPa, and keeping for 15 +/-2 s until the temperature reaches 105 +/-5 ℃;

c: adding the rest materials, continuously mixing for 15 + -2 s, and pressurizing to 12 + -2 MPa until the temperature reaches 110 + -5 deg.C;

d: lifting the suppository, pressurizing to 12 +/-2 MPa, and keeping for 20 +/-2 s until the temperature reaches 115 +/-5 ℃;

e: lifting the suppository, pressurizing to 15 +/-2 MPa, and keeping for 20 +/-2 s until the temperature reaches 120 +/-5 ℃;

f: heating, pressurizing to 15 + -2 MPa, maintaining for 20 + -2 s until the temperature reaches 130 + -5 deg.C,

and (6) discharging the glue.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the molding vulcanization in the step (5) has the following process parameters: the temperature is 180 +/-5 ℃, the pressure is 5-8 MPa, and the speed is 0.8 +/-0.05 m/min.

Compared with the prior art, the elastic fabric provided by the embodiment of the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the elastic fabric prepared by the invention has good tensile strength, high tearing strength, high resilience and good softness; the base cloth layer and the elastic glue layer are directly formed at one time, the operation is simple and rapid, the working procedures are reduced, the base cloth layer and the elastic glue layer are firmly combined, and the base cloth layer and the elastic glue layer are not bonded by adhesives, so that zero formaldehyde and no peculiar smell are realized.
