Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) according to the invention, the metal plating surface of the aluminum-plated pearlized film is printed, so that the prepared packaging film has a strong metal effect, can attract the eyeball of a consumer, has a good shelf effect, and potentially improves the additional value of the product; and the packaging film has good ink adhesion, is resistant to rubbing, and does not have the phenomena of printing image-text ink loss and the like in the circulation process of logistics and commodity channels.

2) The primer coating is PA9079, and the main components of the primer coating are 73-77 wt% of acrylic resin, 9-10 wt% of ethanol, 4-6 wt% of polyacyl amide, 0.4-0.6 wt% of defoaming agent and 9-11 wt% of deionized water; the bottom coating can play a role in bonding the aluminum plating layer and the ink layer, so that the adhesive force of the ink is enhanced; and the ethanol used in the bottom coating component plays a role in diluting, so that the environment-friendly effect is good, the adaptability of bottom coating printing is good, the leveling property on the surface of a packaging film can be good, and a series of problems such as ink lines, knife threads and plate blockage can be avoided.

3) The invention uses the gloss paint PA910, the main components of which are 70-71 wt% of carbonic acid acrylic resin, 12-16 wt% of ethanol, 4-6 wt% of polyacid amide, 0.4-0.6 wt% of defoaming agent and 9-11 wt% of deionized water; the gloss paint can well protect the ink layer, meets the requirement that the integrity of the ink is ensured after the commodity is continuously rubbed in the passage process, meets the rubbing resistance requirement of customers, and ensures the integrity of printed pictures and texts when the package is twisted.

4) The heat-sealing layer of the pearlized film uses the metallocene MLDPE resin which is heat-sealed at low temperature, so that the packaging film can obtain higher heat-sealing strength at higher packaging speed; and the metallocene MLDPE resin adopts SP1071C resin produced by Mitsui company, the resin has good processing characteristics, has good low-temperature heat sealing performance when being used for extruding a coating layer, can better meet the requirement of rapid packaging, and has good puncture resistance compared with other resins, so that the content can be better protected.

5) Through a reasonable preparation process, the defects of poor adhesion between ink and an inorganic material aluminum layer, poor ink scraping and kneading effects and the like are overcome, so that the surface printing technology of the aluminizer is greatly improved, the packaging design has strong metal feeling, the shelf effect of the product is increased, the product can attract the eyeballs of consumers, meanwhile, through the extrusion process design, the packaging speed of the product is greatly increased, and the use cost of the client is reduced; meanwhile, the process can be greatly expanded to surface printing of other aluminum-plated products.
