And the heavy building boards are grabbed one by large-scale hoisting equipment to be placed on the conveying trolley, so that the cost is high and the efficiency is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problem that no corresponding equipment is used for splitting plates when building materials are transported on site, and brute force is used for damaging a body and a transport trolley, and provides a plate splitting machine applied to laminated building materials, which can safely and quickly separate and place the uppermost building material on the transport trolley.

According to the plate separator, the telescopic device comprises the first telescopic cylinder, the bottom of the cylinder barrel of the first telescopic cylinder is hinged to the middle position of the lifting part, and the center of gravity is stable when the pulling part acts.

According to the plate separator, the rear part of the supporting part is provided with the telescopic device moving along the vertical direction, the inner side of the vertical support is provided with the roller groove, the rear part of the lifting part is provided with the roller, and the telescopic device is directly connected with the lifting part or is connected with the lifting part through a transmission piece.

The plate separator further comprises a control part, the control part is located above the traveling part and is convenient for workers to operate on site, and the control part controls the lifting part and the telescopic device of the pulling part to act.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Meanwhile, the tensile force from the direction of the clamping jaw on the first telescopic cylinder is reduced, and the service life of the first telescopic cylinder is prolonged.
