step S1, placing the carrier band on the material placing frame 2, then placing the bulk product in the magnetic floating basket 56, sucking the product by the vacuum sucking mechanism 5, and guiding the product to make the product in a vertical state;

step S2, branching the pins of the product through the TGM branching mechanism 6, wherein the branching is in a splayed shape, and then switching to the TGM inserting taping mechanism 8 to tape the product;

step S3, then the TGM pin trimming and cutting mechanism 7 trims and cuts off the pins of the product, thereby meeting the requirements;

and step S4, winding and collecting the product by the material collecting mechanism 3 after cutting.
