Detailed Description

The first embodiment of the conveyor of the invention, as shown in fig. 1-6, comprises a frame, a chain wheel and a conveying chain assembly are arranged on the frame, the conveying chain assembly comprises two roller chains 2 which are arranged in parallel at intervals and are in transmission fit with the chain wheel, and a plurality of slats 1 are arranged between the two roller chains 2. The roller chain 2 comprises an inner chain plate 21, an outer chain plate 22 and a pin shaft 23, and a roller 24 is arranged on the pin shaft 23. As shown in fig. 7, the second embodiment of the conveyor according to the present invention is different from the first embodiment only in that the structure of the slats is different, in this embodiment, the raised ribs 15 are provided on the conveying surface of the carrier substrate, the ribs may be integrally press-molded or may be welded later, in this embodiment, the ribs 15 are integrally press-molded and formed in a triangular shape, and in other embodiments, the ribs may have other shapes such as a trapezoidal shape. When some smoother materials are conveyed, for example, round wood and metal are the same, when the flatness of the conveying surface of the conveyor is not required, the arrangement of the reinforcing ribs can be well suitable for the situation, so that the friction force and the overall strength of the conveying surface of the batten are improved.

The third embodiment of the conveyor of the invention, as shown in fig. 8, is different from the first embodiment only in that both ends of each slat are provided with enclosing plates 16 on the conveying surface, so that the conveyed materials can be prevented from entering the chain.

As shown in fig. 9, the fourth embodiment of the conveyor of the present invention is different from the first embodiment only in that a load-bearing roller 17 is disposed on the carrier substrate between the first arc-shaped engaging portion and the second arc-shaped engaging portion, and the load-bearing roller 17, the first arc-shaped engaging portion and the second arc-shaped engaging portion are located on the same side of the carrier substrate. At the moment, a track for supporting and matching the bearing roller 17 is arranged between the two roller chains on the machine frame, so that the bearing roller 17 is always in contact with and matched with the bearing roller 17 in the whole movement process to improve the load capacity of the batten, and the machine frame is suitable for conveying some heavier materials and simultaneously requires a flat conveying surface. The sealing device is suitable for occasions with strict requirements on noise or working conditions with higher requirements on the sealing performance of the conveying surface of the conveyor. The arc-shaped buffering wear-resistant sheet is made of plastic or rubber and is connected to the inner side face of the first arc-shaped matching portion in a bonding or clamping mode and the like.
