When the inspection device 1 is in operation: 1. a worker clamps a ready-made garment on a clamping jaw 105 at the bottom of a garment support 104, turns on a stepping motor 91, the stepping motor 91 drives a chain wheel 93 to rotate through an output shaft 92, the chain wheel 93 drives a chain 81 to rotate, the chain 81 drives a hanging piece 10 and the ready-made garment to move, and the stepping motor 91 stops running after the ready-made garment moves between two fans 5; 2. the fan 5 respectively exhausts the front and the back of the ready-made clothes, so that the front and the back of the ready-made clothes move to one side of the adjacent fan 5, an opening is formed at the bottom of the ready-made clothes, meanwhile, the inflator 23 inflates the telescopic bag 3, and the telescopic bag 3 moves upwards; meanwhile, gas discharged from the gas outlet of the fan 5 is discharged into the first pipe 61, the gas in the first pipe 61 is discharged into the second pipe 63 through the three-way pipe 62, the gas in the second pipe 63 is discharged into the bottom airbag 41, the gas in the second pipe 63 is partially discharged from the third pipe 64, the third pipe 64 is positioned at the bottom of the ready-made clothes, the gas discharged from the third pipe 64 supplies air to the inside of the ready-made clothes, the opening area of the bottom of the ready-made clothes is increased, and therefore the bottom airbag 41 can conveniently stretch into the ready-made clothes; after the bottom air bag 41 lifts the ready-made clothes support 104, the worker inspects the ready-made clothes and marks the ready-made clothes, and after the inspection is finished, the fan 5 is turned off, and the air pump 24 is turned on, so that the air in the bottom air bag 41 is exhausted, and the inspection is finished.

The implementation principle of the processing technology for the hollow-out clothes in the embodiment of the application is as follows: weaving the wire into an original cloth, dyeing and drying the original cloth, cutting and sewing the original cloth after the dyeing and drying of the original cloth are finished, and inspecting the hollowed-out part and the finished cloth piece on the finished clothes after the finished clothes are sewn. During the inspection, will aerify portion 4 and stretch into the inside of ready-made clothes, aerify portion 4 and take place the inflation and then drive the ready-made clothes inflation, aerify portion 4 and act as the human body, the effect when simulation ready-made clothes quilt is worn, and the staff can be audio-visual inspects the ready-made clothes. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the volumes of the air filled in the air filling parts 4 are different, the expansion degrees of the air filling parts 4 are different, and the air filling parts can be matched with ready-made clothes with different sizes for use.
