Background

The ballastless track structure has the characteristics of small deformation, high reliability, strong bearing capacity, small daily maintenance amount, long service life and the like, and the high-speed railway in China mainly adopts the ballastless track structure. Under the influence of long-term dynamic load, temperature force, special climatic environment and the like of a train, damage can occur to ballastless track bed filling layer mortar, filling layer concrete, base plate post-cast strip concrete, supporting layer concrete, narrow seam concrete and the like, and when the damage is serious, the stability and durability of a ballastless track structure can be reduced, and the ballastless track needs to be replaced in time.

However, the wire saw cuts the reinforcing bars, and therefore, this method has a limitation, and is not suitable for replacement of filling layer concrete, foundation plate concrete, and foundation plate post-cast strip concrete containing reinforcing bars inside.

The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides a method for replacing a hidden structure of a ballastless track bed.

(3) the method is not damaged to the reinforcing steel bars, and is suitable for replacing the hidden structure of the ballastless track with or without the reinforcing steel bars inside;

(4) the high-pressure water can be adjusted according to the strength of the broken concrete and mortar, and is controlled by combining a high-pressure water gun guide device, so that the non-replacement structure is not damaged;

(5) the construction process is simple, only the high-pressure water gun and the high-pressure water gun guiding device need to be carried to the site for construction, large devices such as a power supply device and a high-pressure water pressurizing device do not need to be carried, and the device can be arranged outside a line through a vehicle, so that the construction flexibility and the construction efficiency are high, and the device is suitable for large-scale replacement of a hidden structure of a ballastless track bed;

(6) the automatic degree of the machine tool is high, the labor intensity of workers is low, the controllability of the construction process is strong, the construction can be completed within the skylight time, and the risk of driving along points is avoided;

(8) the pouring material has good fluidity, can quickly pour the hidden part of the ballastless track bed fully, has high mechanical strength for 2 hours, and meets the requirement of immediate traffic after construction.
